Completely Dissatisfied with the working at InCircle. There is no coordination neither any followups. We were promised 4 Hirings but we were given only 1 in 1 month.They did not brief the candidates regarding the company profile and job description to the candidate.Events Hub has taken the package for the same but without following up they are saying your package is expired you have to take a new package again which is ethically wrong.

After dealing with so many service providers, Incircle has been best among all. Good job team.

@InCircle management- I am from Events Hub and would like you to crosscheck all the information you possess. First of all there was only one Hiring from In Circle i.e. Mansi Sharma. Rinki and Riya aggarwal are the same person. Sadhana did not clear the training in 3 days hence did not join. Same happened with Rinki Alias Riya agarwal. Alka and Neha came on reference from a friend of theirs who also used to know Events Hub and hence can not be counted as legitimate candidates from In Circle. Lalit came two days after with reference of Mansi. In Total we hired four people who cleared the training period in 3 days in which technically there was only ONE candidate from InCircle.Regarding the payment the cheque did not bounce but the payment was put on hold due to lack of candidates and as the candidates joined the payment was done thereafter.

I am working as a PHP developer and this because of Thencircle team and good things is they dont charge anything ..thank you Theincircle

Very poor service with fake commitments. I am an employer. They took money in advance and no ownership is being taken for the services committed. Misguiding candidates by sending fake salary Msgs and wasted hell lot of time of employer like me. The worst part is, No senior comes on line for discussing the concern, and they dont even provide you any no to escalate the matter further.Whole issue mentioned below that i had written to them, No satisfactory revert has come !!I am really forced to write this mail with a sense of great disappointment that a fraud nexus is going on in your company who are looting people by making false promises.You guys have taken my money with certain commitments but I am being given false promises, wasted lot of time and causing mental harassment. Let me narrate the whole fraud :1) I received a call from from somebody mentioning Incircle placement services.2) I liked the idea and commitment given on phone and your BDM Alok dubey visited me.3) He committed 2 assured recruitment under a salary package of 6-8k per month (Nearby area, Bhajanpura) with a retention commitment of 40 days wide bill no 21 Dt 31/08/2-17.4) Till date no recruitment has happened.5) People were sent who are already drawing a salary of 12k plus.6) Relationship manager Sumit assigned to me, Who gave me commitment 5-6 times that 3 candidates are coming tomorrow for interview, but that tomorrow hasnt come till date.7) Today when i asked for seniors/owners no, he straightway denied giving details.8) Candidates who came already drawing high salary, misbehaved with us since they were not informed about the range we are offering.9) Fraud Msgs were sent by you guys to candidates mentioned 8-12k salary whereas range was 6-8k.10) Sumit told me company is 10 yrs old, but social media story is different.Why wrong commitments were made in the first time?Why I have not been given any seniors/owners no. clearly reflects wrong intentions ?Why you guys took payment in advance and committed joining in 6-8k salary bracket and sending wrong msgs to candidates?I would urge you to investigate the matter and sort out the issue on priority. Theres no credibility left for your company in my mind where people are not keeping words for even small things.
