The first time when I entered this college with loads of aspirations to become an artist , I was a little petrified for a moment to see such amazing art works by the students of the course I was going to take admission in. I wondered if I would ever be able to match up to that level of exceptionally amazing pieces of art.But with the support and guidance of the utterly talented faculty I am getting one step closer to create eye- pleasing works everyday.I am a diploma student which is a 10 month course , which includes knowledge and experience for every medium which an art student would require to become a great artist.There’s so much to learn and explore. Joining DCA removed all my doubts and each day I have seen my artwork come out ad a new discovery of my inner potential.The 11 months diploma course has been so well designed of which I have successfully covered 6 months. The teachings have been vie methodical yet always encouraging the students to practice and discover the various mediums and techniques for ourselves.The video classes sounded such an unusual concept for a field like fine arts however, there have been times when certain doubts were cleared so well through the video class that they seemed to be self sufficient. Supporting these video classes is an excellent team of teachers who are always readily present to give us live demos and point out corrections in our work in an encouraging way.I am working on weekdays, because of which I am able to invest vie little time to my art work.. Running a program for working people with classes running only on Sundays is like an asset for people like me . In no way have I ever felt that there has been any difference in the teachings. Regular classes where students spends sufficient hours in the studio would surely be another world experience for them.The class environment and facilities are vie conducive for students to work at ease..In addition the outdoor classes are like an open opportunity to grasp as much as u can..Last of all the quarterly exhibition at the center are like an all time encouragement and driving force to do our work better and better. Ever since I learnt to hold the pencil in my hand, my mother observed that I would love to draw anything and everywhere. Since then, I think my learning has started. Eventually, during my school and college days, I started taking part in many competitions. Then, there I got an opportunity to enroll myself in this reputed institute of art, Delhi Collage of Arts. I still remember the first day I went to the class, being nervous but at the same time excited to learn. They oriented the training from the scratch. Within 20 minutes of what they taught I knew I was at the right place. The faculty and the overall environment of the college was full of warmth. Its was the first art exhibition I have ever attend and I love it. Unfortunately my family couldnt attend so I was little disappointed. DCA- known as Delhi Collage of Art, but for me it means Dreaming & Creating Art, as this institute has helped me actually creating the dreams i have! Before joining this institute, i was an amateur, just fiddling with paints but had no knowledge about how to work and play with them. Well, theres still a long way to go but in these 6 months, DCA has not only taught me a wide array of techniques, but also how to time my artwork along with it being perfect. The staff here deserves tremendous praise. i havent seen such patient people anywhere. I joined this course a month late, so was behind the curriculum. And there are many students like me who missed the initial days. But the teachers here worked so patiently and individually, still maintaining the quality of work and not compromising on it! Not only is the course amazing, but the ambience, infrastructure, the concept of video lectures as well as availability of wifi makes a students time in the institute worth it. I lose track of time and outside world the moment i step into the hall and tend to put in my soul and heart in painting my vision onto paper!

Very bad private Institute had a very bad experience. They only teach by video classes and all the paintings are made through graph we cannot enhance our knowledge. The fees is also very high and you have to take the stationary from them and they will not tell you about the exhibition fees but when they are going to set the exhibition the fees is also very high overall thy are going business of art.

This institute is total frod...i attended few classes here n understood tat they just want money n they wont teach u anything. Teachers here dont know what is art. They jus know to copy works.. They cannot even do live sketches. They will only show u there students copied works.. Wen i went there they were teaching me as if i am jus touching pencil for the first time in life. They r jus brain washing students on the name of art.Any student wit bit of practice in art will do better then these teachers.My suggestion for u is dont listen to me.. Go there attend 2 to 3 classes n dont pay ur fees in the beginning. U will understand the condition of this institute in 1st day itself.

In india art is not given as much importance as compared to the rest of the fields. The colleges available can sometimes be difficult to get in or for some other reasons may not be suitable. Its when under such circumstances DCA fills such gaps for people like us. They provide similar education, paths and knowledge. The effort they put in, if one gives in to the fullest with guarantee is more than 100%.

I joined DCA almost 2year ago and it was such a great experience here to be a part of such a good institute . I learned here a lot of art techniques , different types of art which I usually dont have any idea before joining this place. It provides a really good working environment , great teachers in short its a worthful place to learn something you are passionate about.

Since I started my course at DCA and my experience at dca has been a memorable one. DCA has helped me to not only grow as an artist but also as a better human. I can surely say that dca is the best platform for learning art and it will provide you with the best knowledge and will enhance your creativity to the best level. As a part of DCA, learning in DELHI COLLAGE OF ART is speechless because of atmosphere we get to work in, instead of going on a single path teachers here always try to teach students from many different methods,the friendly behaviour of staff and ofcourse our dean of the college MR.ASHWANI KUMAR PRITHVIWASI who always listen to us and guides on the correct path.Talking about the teaching method, they believe in the performance of a student so he /she can stand in the industry confidently.And also we get to display our work in exhibition in every 3 months and that is something i think is the most important part of course from which we get to know our performance better,and then the grand annual exhibition of DCA(the main exposure for students and their artwork)And then its the international educational tour to Europe,And many more small tours in india itself so the Students get to know about the art history more vibrantly.This is my experience at DCA.

I m really impressed by the efforts and hardwork of the teachers here in DCA,I will work hard as per their expectationsI really feel blessed that I am in this institution and appreciate the way teachers teach their students.
