Prior web check-in mandatory.Immigration process from the Departure terminal is nice, clean and all the protocols are followed.Duty free are not of much use because the destination countries dont allow more than 1-2 bottles of liquor or 100-200 cigarettes.Rest of the things are pricey.The food court is not very spacious.There are Prayer/Namaz rooms for Muslims. (However theyre just Empty rooms and everyone is welcomed)Sadly, the gates are very very far and one has to walk a lot. You might also miss your flight if you check-in late and arent a professional athlete.

Terminal 3 is nice. All shops and present here. You can go anywhere right now. Few international flights were also operated.You enjoy Starbucks coffee here. You enjoy enjoy a meal of burger at burger King.

Indira Gandhi International Airport Biggest airport in India, The airport architecture has its own class. The airport is really clean and very nice, Airport staff is very helpful. There are number of gates and counters for enquiry. After security check-in arrives at the airport mall you can do duty free shopping if you feel the need and if you are hungry there are also many restaurants, if your flight time is longer you can access more lounges. All the chairs are near the boarding door. If there is more flight time, you can rest there.

Very big and busy Airport. There are around 80 gates. Traffic will always be there. So, I would recommend reaching at least 1.5-2 hrs before the departure time. There is a big food court as well where travellers can satiate their hunger. There is smoking room as well.

The best airport of India, and it has maintained the stature for over 10yrs after the makeover by GMR many years back. This can compete with any other popular international airports in the world. The airport is actually very huge, due to which one has to walk a lot in order to reach the exit gates. There are the airport staff at every point to guide us. Free RTPCR tests are also being conducted here, and the process is simple and superfast. The luggage bay is huge with around 10 odd luggage bays. The interiors are eye catching. The airport is usually busy. Taxi, metro, bus etc are very conveniently accessible. There are so many shops for shopping and eating joints to eat. Gives one the feeling that one has entered a shopping mall. Overall extremely impressed with the airport.

The airport is huge but the T2 terminal for a connecting flight experience was terrible. The distance to walk is way too long and if you make any delay in reaching your next gate, your flight will be surely missed. Long waits at security check in. But since is the capital of the country, one also needs to understand the value of the security.

Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 3 is one of the best airport I have ever been. The airport is well maintained, clean ,enough spacious to maintain social distancing. The airport has many options for food , shopping, bar, etc. The airport provide complimentary buggy service for old, handicapped. Charging points are installed everywhere so that passengers dont face any issue for charging. The toilets are cleaned.

One of the best managed airport on the planet. Considering its in India with over population, the Management team has done a phenomenal job to keep it neat, tidy and professional. It has a good placemrnt of displays, helpful staff, ample number of washrooms, premium brand stores, as well as coffee and food shops.It is a silent airport so announcements fee and far in between. You really should reach your gate and check updated information on display boards.

Staff Working at Baggage Handling, are mishandling the baggage so that luggage open and look like accidentally opened and then they steal from the luggages and says it might have fell somewhere.as far as airport is concerned, its huge, clean, well maintained infrastructure and facilities.

Most user friendly Airport in India. It has decent conveniences facilities with evenly spread coffee shops. Security personnel are well trained and experienced. There is a dedicated multi storey parking lot near to Departure gate. As far as Parking lot is concerned, place is less secure. So, dont leave valuables in your vehicle parked inside.

The airport is really clean and nice, the staffs are really good. Recently visited. One among the busiest airports. Dense fog engulfing early mornings till 10AM interrupting flight operations. These images will give you an idea of the fog engulfed in the T3 runways. Visibility came down to just 50m. It was crazy. But the in house facilities are amazing. Great experience.

Class. Very neatly maintained and one of its kind with well furnished, designed, a diversified airport with thousands of passengers flown everyday. Travelators are available all around the airport on all terminals to facilitate the passengers. Electric cars to facilitate the passengers are also available.

Its one of the best airports I have ever seen. The area of international departure is really impressive and huge but the area of domestic departure is very small as compared to the international one.Domestic passengers do not have the access to the duty free.

I already reviewed the arrival of T3 but departure is also amazing. It’s just huge and well maintained. All the facilities are there and you will get charger points, reclining seats etc. AirPort wifi is not that good as I experienced but workable. Overall it’s my favourite departure area in India.

I have travelled from Delhi Indira Gandhi Airport two times and the experience was amazing. Its very clean and very well maintained. The airport has been built at a nice place with good facilities for their passengers. I love the staff at the airport as they are very polite and even apologize for small-small mistakes. Indira Gandhi Airport is one of the most crowded place as tourist used to come and go every day which creates little crowd but thats OK as Delhi is one of the most visited city of India.

T3 is big, clean and spacious airport!

India Largest Airport like CSIA Mumbai... the interior of Airport is very very high. Connecting flight experience at delhi airport is supurb.

Airport is always maintained spic n span with something new to offer always. The choice of items available at the airport just spoils you. The arrangements at the security screening is also very streamlined and efficient. Despite high rush at all times, the airport is very well managed.

IGI airport is Neat and clean airport and has good facilities like Medical shop. Indeed its very busy airport and security check takes too long time. Airport authorities need to work on faster security check for ease of passengers.

IGI Terminal 2 is good for operate a flight,But sitting facilities is very bad...no seats available for rest

Beautiful, awesome. All facilities available including arrival and departure for domestic and international flights. Modern State of the art facilities. You can book direct flight tickets from counter. Air India, Indigo, Air Asia, Vistara, Go Air and Spice jet are operating their flights to various locations in domestic and International destination.

Faster security check now with bigger trays and moving on automatic belt system. Washrooms are clean and well maintained. Food court on first floor at T 3 departure is undergoing renovations and as of now many small kiosks have come up including Subway and KFC. The only shop worth shopping from is Marks and Spencer at T3. Rest of the shops are charging exorbitant rates and just fleecing customers. Cellar is another shop for picking up liquor for the fond tipplers.

Definitely amongst the finest Airports in India. Loads of outlets to statiate all kinds of demands. Right from High-end cars to cigarette shops, you will all at Terminal 3 of the Indira Gandhi International Airport Delhi. Recent past they have opened more Smoking Zones, I guess the few ones existing earlier did not suffice. The security check in too has been expedited. Could be due to less influx of passengers due to Corona Pandemic. Overall a good experience.

I had good experience here. Though i had to walk from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2 for next flight but i was satisfied with cleanliness and hygiene of the area. Good staff and management. Overall everything is fine.❤️

One of the best airport in India with good comnectivity to the main city.Bus metro taxi you name it and you got it.The airport is super clean and the ways are marked well.The only thing that is not good is the huge lines in security. Security takes over 45 mins and that caused delay to many passangers.Overall a very good airport.

Terminal 2 is Very well organised, spacious, neat and clean airport.Washroom facilities are very good.Has enough check in counters, departure gates and security check in counters.Departure lounge has restaurants and bar. Also has a wine shop named Cellar.Overall it will be a pleasure travelling through the terminal 2.

T3 terminal is for international whereas T2 is for domestic.This airport is recently upgraded and is one of the most sophisticated airport in India.Has all the modern facility which includes escalators, lifts, parking, more runways, shops, places to spent time etc,.It has got connectivity through cabs, meteo, regular buses with ans without fare etc.Just for information in case you are at T3 and want to go to T2, there is a way at T3 close to gate no 6 from where you can reach T2 about 1.5 Km far.

Managed really nice by the GMR authorities. The entire airport vacinity is very huge and has alot of space also there are 3 different terminals available out of which only terminal 3 is used for international and domestic both flight departures the interior of terminal 3 is really amazing as it is based on the bharat natyam mudras as they built it kepping in mind all the aesthetic measures. however the other 2 is only for domestic departures in India. The staff take proper precaution during COVID time also they take good care of cleaniness and safety.

There have been some tremendous improvements in safety and handling of large numbers of people since the airport began normal operation again after a big pause in this pandemic situation. Despite being moderately crowded we were able to love through security at least as fast. The staff is generally helpful and the security is good. Even with limited number of people working currently due to the pandemic, most of the services are still available and are quick enough to let you make it through to your flight on time.
