Lot of rush on some days, but relief for women and senior citizens, 3:1 ratio in queue was something I appreciated. Fair to all approach. Second Sat is an off friends. Timings for learners test are different.

If someone is visiting this place make sure to pay bribe otherwise you wont be able to have work done. This place is like a fish market outside with smiling agent that who can get your work done 😅😅. Incredible india. Government can not do anything until or unless we stop paying bribe and we need to change our mindset. If someone needs to visit you are at worst place in your life .😅

I was there for hypothecation removal of my car. Be careful take your prior appointment from web site of RTO otherwise RTO counter man will not entertain you. And out site their are many brokers who can take your appointment online and charge you Rs 300/- for giving you a print of appointment. Kindly note that official fee for this work is zero. All other work they do normally as usual.

Typical govt office dealing. Keeps sending visitors from one counter to other. For licence testing there is a field on backside of panjab keseri printing.Tips for licence passing is1. Staff is not helpful. Be easy and calm with them.Process might take some extra delay but it will be done. No corruption inside the office and that why they are rude.

Staff is not at all helpful. They treat us like we owe them money. Also there is no help desk and you are completely on your own without any guidance. They wont even properly tell the documentation required and the procedure.

I had to get my rc from here. The person incharge of handling the rcs was rude. It takes them 3-4 hours even for small tasks. One important thing: get documents photocopied from your nearby shop and then go. The price for photocopying documents at a shop near RTO was rs10 per page.

I found response good.ProsNo agent approached me at the gate .I found all officials wearing a name tab which is very good , at least you can call the person behind the counter by name .I found Photos of Bhagat Singh ,, National Flag , Bande Mataram on the walls which speaks of postive serving attitude .Suggestions1. An enquiry counter needs to be kept where all enquiries can be referred like the one in RTO Vasant Vihar .2 The office management is below par. The files can be kept in special almirahs and thus clutter can be reduced.3. More money to be invested to improve the infrastructure.4 The area needs to be cleared of files for enabling ppl to stand in Q.

Staff is not at all cooperative. Expect no help from them and be ready to face their rude behaviour.

Stupidest RTO in the world.. I mean its for the general public but still special treatment is given there to those who give bribe.. The learning liscence officer should be fired immediately.. Reason? He comes when he likes... He comes only 3 days in a week.. And who is supposed to make a line for learning test? Public or the officials.. Officials are supposed to make arrangements for the public to stand properly but they have no interest in doing so.. This RTO should be closed or should fire the officials working right now..

Based on my personal experience.its a long review but you must read for a heads up.My car got burnt and to settle the claim, insurance people said that i have cancel the RC and submit the cancellation letter issued by the RTO to them.I thought it will easy to get that. But no.I got there, i asked an old employee who sits on the last desk, in front of MLO Room 2 and distributes new RC and driving licences to people.He asked me fill a form and get it signed by the owner.I went there the next day. He again gave me 2 more forms which i filled up. Now, when i got there to submit the forms there was a long que but i waited. When my number came he said that the form is not attested by the MLO, get it attested.I got in the MLO room 1 where a sardarji sits. He said me to get it attested in room 2. Since there was no one in room 2 i asked him politely that there is no one in the room, i dont know why he showed me attitude but he said ab tere liye wait bhi mai kru kya? I mean who speaks like this?I ignored because i am a normal citizen and i cant do anything about it. I waited for the guy in room 2.Finally he came and the form got attested.I went to the old guy. Again in the que, when my number came, he said iski parchi katwao means pay the fees.I paid the fees and the lady who took the fees gave me the documents back and the receipt to me and asked me to submit the documents at the last desk.Again que, when my number came he said with attitude mai kya karu iska? 7 number pe jama krwaane ko bola haiI ignored. Submitted on fees counter and i was told by the lady to come in 25 days. I left.This doesnt end here. I told you its a long real story.I went there yesterday after 23 days. Again in the que for talking to the old guy at last desk.I showed him the receipt and his actual words were kyu pareshan kar rahe ho mujhe, uss din de to dia tha maine parcha he showed me the paper and again repeatedly asked diya nhi tha ye, diya nhi tha ye and i was like what the hell.First you fool the customers and i was treated like some beggar on the road. I wasted 2.30 hours on day one. I wasted 23 days for the letter and at the last day he is the one complaining. Wow.I must say this government department is one of the most disaster place i have seen.

This authority is near the Subhash Place Depot which is near the Punjab Kesari News Paper. There are all kinds of works here. The Authority is operational in the Authority and it is a little shorter. The problem of parking is the problem of the parking lot is over here without the broker Also, the helpdesk is a little weak, the concerned officer needs to pay attention to this, the concerned officer should pay attention to this. If the government has started a helmet campaign, improve it a little bit. If a person does not have a helmet, then the police challans it.
