The food is really good and rooms are well crafted. However, the washrooms in most of the rooms are unclean, AC not working properly in many rooms and house keeping staff needs to be called multiple times for any help you need.Overall, a recommended hotel for marriage stays and group bookings.

It was poor services all along. We booked the hall and rooms for our guests as it was near to our home, but the things which were committed to us for the services were not fulfilled and even the venue which was promised to us for the function was not provided to us after long explanation to hotel staff on the day of function it was given but it was too late for us, And food taste is also very bad. And the quantity and quality of snacks were inappropriate lots of guest went off without having snacks in the function. Staff members for providing services during the function were not upto the mark , very bad services & waste of money.

Very nice and matured hotel. Staffs are very friendly, well mannered, courteous.We accidentally lost the room key and the hotel staff didnt make any fuss and created a new magnetic key and handed it over to us.We went out at night. The staff gave the managers number and asked us to call if we have any issue . It gave us added confidence to roam around the city.The wifi is very good. Wfh was seamless.buffet spread can be a little better. But the service you guys provided makes you get 5 star. Thanks!

I had called the hotel to inform them i would be checking in late but assured them that check out would be according to the hotel rules. Despite being pre informed the staff at reception denied check in stating that i were late. I made him understand that i had pre informed and also that i should be able to check in anytime between the booking time as long as i am checking out on time. Finally he had to call one of his seniors to let me check in. After that the first room he alloted already had guests in it. The second room did not have a functional flushing system. Ultimately i was alloted a third room. The experience was horrible.

Stayed at Room 302, Date 27.03.20211. Worst management - The check experience was poor - time taken 45 minutes, even after prior booking was there. Printer not working for xerox of guest docs. Kept waiting at reception till the room was arranged.2. Hot water facility not there - time to rectify 2 hours.3. TV not working/recharged - time to rectify 2 hours. You have to view handful of channels as per choice of hotel.4. Tons of mosquitoes in the room, and not provided with mosquito repellent.5. Room service worst - call on 333/222 and nobody will pick up.6. Despite 10 times request - Complaint book not made available.I would say Cheap Hotel with bad services.

Just like to inform the management of this property while staying here I haven’t found staff were happy with their job. That made lots of impact on service . Many staff said that sir salary ni milti yha management bht bekar hai. Paisa maar dete hain staff, i was honestly surprised how someone can do like this. That really made me upset honestly don’t want visit such place where they made their staff cry.!!! Isse jyada kya bura ho skta hai ek company k liye ki waha ka staff apna dukh guest ke sath share kr rha. Have stayed in many hotels around globally but that was surprising. God bless you all and my sympathy with them. And one more thing no one insists me to do so, have written this for my own willingness

Well their bathroom was broken. I could hear water spilling voice throughout the stay which did not let me sleep properly in night. The worst part is that I started receiving call from 8:30 in the morning asking me for what time I will checkout and then again after 1 hour i got a call asking what time will I checkout where as normally checkout was supposed to be by 11. When I finally got down to checkout there was a lady at reception asking me to pay a bill for what I did not ordered. Then they wasted my 15 mins clearing between their staff that is this correct or not. After wasting my 15 mins at reception the lady asked me to go back to room so that they can figure out whats wrong which took away my patience and when I asked them show the bill, then on the name of the bill they gave me slip with different items written on it with a pen. Then I asked who is the delivery guy who says he bought this to my room, then a service guy came and I asked him did I ordered this thing to room no 203 then he said no I did delivered this to room 103. When i tried to make the lady understand that I just ordered 2 water bottles, then she was like give me Rs200 for 2 water bottles and when I again asked her then she said no no give me Rs100 for 2 water bottles.

The Hotel is quite good in terms of worth. The hotel has good rooms. I stayed in the deluxe room having complimentary breakfast. The room was not much spacious. Queen size bed was there. The ventillation was a problem. AC was old but it was fine to do with the circulation atleast. Room Service was slow. The menu from restaurant may seem good but it was high on the price. The complimentary breakfast was good and was having multiple options like omlette, South Indian dishes, North Indian breakfast, tea, Coffee and juices.Hotel Amenities -* The Hotel has 2 Banquet Spaces for 50-70 people each. There is one open air at terrace and one at basement/upper ground-floor.* There are 2 options for the room Deluxe and suite room. Extra bedding is also available which is chargeable.* The lift is available in the premise as it has 5 floors of operation.* Separate parking space is not available valet parking is there but they park on slots which are on road side.* The premise is just next to metro station entry/exit gate.* Wifi is also available but only on request.

I have stayed here lots of time from past 3 years. Almost 25 times i have stayed here. There rooms were good and clean. But sometimes they delay a lot in their services. Sometimes due to attitude problem of the staff i have to suffer. Otherwise a good place for staying. But they need a lot of improvement in their hospitality services.I dont like their attitude. Earlier a person name Suraj who sits at the reception, i must say that guy was a very professional attitude, humble, polite. I personally feels that the guy Suraj and one more guy name Anchit and another guy I dont remember the name, but they were awesome. I really appreciate them and thanks them for their services. but now things have changed and they need improvement in their services.

A 3star hotel located in naraina area of delhi. The hotel doesnt provide you car parking. The hotel is clean and well maintained. They have an average size banquet available in basement the best part it is a few steps away from naraina metro station which makes it easy for commuters to reach here. The food is average and the hotel staff is well trained.

The hotel is an average stay hotel. We booked 2 rooms & stayed there with family and had booked breakfast. After night ling travel we checkend in at 5 am in morning. Had requested for some leniency with breakfast timing. At 10:20 am when we called, they refused as time was till 10 am. Ok, understood, then we asked for in-room dining options on paid basis, which they said is available but only sandwiches...ok, understood, pls serve us sandwiches on paid basis, after waiting for 1hr 10 min, they cut a sorry figure saying they would need 30-45 more min. But it was time to check... its amazing that it is a kind of hotel which coils not serve their guests even with a few slices of breads leave alone amy other courtesy. Had it been me alone, i could have managed but when you ade travelling with kids and family.... its un-forgivable

The room service is very good. The food is prepared well. The catering staff should be checked regularly.

The rooms are clean and food quality is also quite well and service is also good but one problem is that they have not their own parking area you have to park your vehicle outside the Hotel on the roadside. Also you can host small gathering or functions (upto 50 people) here for some small kind of functins.
