Such a huge and wide jungle with so many places to visit inside of it such as qutub view point, wall of a quila, mayur hills, a number of parks and many more things. Nice weekend morning spot for ncr people. Opens at morning 5 can easily hop up to a point where we can see sunrise if its clear sky. Public toilet facility is available.and the park is maintained well. Its suitable for off-road cycling too. Parking is charged but a moderate fee of 20 for 4 hours. Its a arid forest which offers you a walk of around 3 km . Try to reach earlyorning yo avoid the crowd. Qutab minar has a view point from here.

If nothing else just go there for the peace and laze around in the park. Its huge so you will have a feeling that you are all alone. Lots of peacock around to amzae you. There are few exotic birds around as well.

Away from the City rush, this park/small forest is best to witness the beauty of Sunrise in Delhi. One has to find its way to Qila Lal Kot before sunrise and sit there in peaceful silence . If youre coming from far away , consider going in groups. Best time to visit according to me is Before sunrise and in winter or mild rain.

Its literally a Van area. Though the track is little dusty but you can roam without any noise from surrounding of nearby roads and residencies. You may find some animals roaming here and there. Though, it wont harm you but its better to be little attentive.

Sanjay Van is a great lush green forest. It has a lake within. Ideal place for a morning walk. It has a viewpoint too which gives a lovely view of the forest.

The best place in the city if you wish to feel the deep, rustic forest and nature, then this is the place to be. Lovely water bodies inside the forest which basically are natural water treatment channels. You also get to see a variety of wildlife from birds to jackals, bluebull etc to snake at times. Also one of the oldest fort walls go through the forest. A view from the top fills your heart with utter peace and joy.

This forest area to Qutub Minar is a paradise for runnes and riders. Although located in the 💓 heart of the city, you can breathe in the clean oxygenated air while breezing through the greens. The track is perfect for cycling and has the right number of twists and turns. A trip to Sanjay Van can be doubled up with bird, Neel Gai, , deer, mongoose, Monkey watching trip and you may even be able to introduce your children to native flora. Make sure you carry food and water for your children as there is no retail store nearby. I went for a pre run event sponsored by IDBI and Adidas.Also have heard some reumers, Like white saree ghost lady in roams around those trees. Many have seen her scary eyes.The myth of the lady ghost made Sanjay Van extremely haunted specially at night.
