This is the amazing and very nature friendly place. I have visited 2 times here and both times I relaxed with my family. Very good spacious rooms. Having zym, swimming and kids playing area tooo..... loving this place...

It was a very nice stay. We planned a one day reunion and it was really amazing. The location is near to the airport. Rooms were good and the breakfast was really worth it. Palak in the restaurant was very kind and humble to us.The premise was very big so you can enjoy your full day here doing nothing if you have a group to enjoy.

Amazing infrastructure and really good staff , loved it totally.But No outside food allowance ? But why? I ordered dal and 4 rotis I ended up paying 1100 something for a dal and roti . Worst part was the quality of dal was very pathetic And also no outside food allowance then atleast make sure you serve good food to customers on good price . Not like charging 500 ruppes for pathetic uncooked dal . Ethics are missing here , food is over charged and low quality.

Decent property surrounded by ample of greenery. Though not a luxurious one, quite simple rooms... nothing fancy or decorated. Breakfast and dinner spread was okay and tasty. Good for 1-2 night stay.

The hotel is very close to T3 of Delhi Airport, which was the reason we stayed there. Rooms are good and staff is very helpful. Service in the restaurant is slow. I would recommend that you order from outside. Architecture of the hotel is also weird.

The worst customer service I have experienced with Marriott Group with their Duty manager Ram Bharti. I have booked a room with Four Points by Sheraton for my family and they gave hard time check-in, taking food in the rooms and no extra bed for the third person on the reservation. Manager doesnt have any sense of responsibility towards the customers. I have booked Marriott for my family comfortable stay but they made it worse. I will give ZERO STAR if I can. If Marriott has any courtesy, contact me for the reservation No. 83965663. I will never recommend or stay at Marriott properties.

Had a very good stay with my family. Buffet spread for lunch, dinner and breakfast was very good and everything was nicely cooked. Rooms were a bit on smaller size but ok for a couple. Swimming pool is small and operational but clean and my kid had a good time. After the lockdown opened, I could see some work being done on the property. Overall, we liked our stay.

This is a nice hotel near airport. But needs more publicity, since prepaid taxi driver had hard time finding it. It is a standard hotel. Clean, well-kept and has a pool. Restaurant is basic, but the malls nearby have ample places for food.

As it was a Marriott property I had little bit more expectations but it was not up to the mark. Noisy corridor even at 2am in the night. Food and restaurant services were good. Coming to hospitality it was as bad as going to a 2star hotel. In the room amenities it was given as bath accessories and slippers everything is complimentary but nothing was provided, I didnt wanted to call and ask because it was a bare minimum to provide the assured items in the room before check in. Overall the say was Okay but not that good. If given a chance wont be visiting there ever again.

Had a pleasant stay at hotel,visited with my family in 1st week of September, very good service,buffet breakfast was superb,booked comfort room,staff was cordial,will visit again,washroom size is bit small,and wash basins should be changed as lot of water overflows from it,when we use it..thanks

Highly uneducated with backward mentality staffs.. I would never recommend anyone to go at this 0 star hotel. Zero hygiene, zero manners and food tastes like bad hostel food.

Love this place amazing staff . Also the artitect was quite statisfying the rooms were well designed with tv and all other stuff that is needed for rooms.Again staff is one thing that is really interactive and well mannered.Excellent food service and i would like to compliment cake service.

It was good experience staying here for a night. They dont provide toothbrush/ toothpaste, slippers, unless you ask for it. They are following these norms to avoid COVID-19 infections among guests. Overall it was fine. I had given feedback about breakfast being served to the hotel executive. He said he would immediately look into it but he didnt even move from his place. LOL, I was shocked. But all working staff are good and helpful.

Just rating it as 3 out of 5 stars. Staff was super courteous and co operative. However the overall feel of property was disappointing. Its not much of a sheraton kinda place. Largely a farmhouse of NH8 with lot of banquets converted into a hotel. Not worth the money. Good for one night stay. Food options are very limited. And the corridors/ rooms are in a just ok Condition. Obviously theres no lobby to welcome you, but the staff try their best to do whatever they can for you. Your pssage to the rooms passes through restaurant and theres absolutely no sheraton charm to it. Swimming pool is more of an enlarged bath tub. Suited for kids. Not much use of greenery around. Located in a desolated area with no options to go out and eat in close vicinity. Any ways for all that we had, 3 out of 5 stars

Good property, good open space but rooms are not that good, they upgraded my room category but still rooms are below average considering the brand like marriot, small washrooms, small washbasin, no space to wash your face as position of washbasin is bad, floor broken, seelan on walls, no balcony, small tv overall not good comfortin room, very averageAs far as staff is concerned staff was good, helpfull and ready to help.

The stay was quite good and comfortable.The staff was really courteous.Regarding the food, we liked almost everything in the buffet. They did not have a huge spread, but whatever they had, was good. This was true for all the meals.Rooms were clean and normal in size. Nothing exceptional here. Bathrooms were a bit smaller than my expectations. They didnt have hand shower or a bath tub in their bathrooms.Regarding the activities, they didnt have much to offer. They have a lawn where you can roam, they have bicycles, a swimming pool (which was closed according to the then present guidelines). Gym was good.Overall, it really depends on the price youre paying for it. I got a really good deal, which made this stay a real value for money.

The room was too far from the entrance and despite requesting for closer room due to foot ache there was no consideration! The room was noisy with some drilling work very close!

Staff was courteous, service was good including in room dining turn around time. Internet connection was good. Entire property is smoke free, and smoking within room or compound is not allowed. It is well connected with national highway 8, close to airport. Ola /Uber is available. I can certainly say, if you are travelling alone, or as couple or family this is a ideal place to stay safety & privacy both is their.

The hotel has an attractive look and offers many luxuries. The room was good with 2 individual beds, a working table and chair and hair dryer. The food was like every luxury hotel serves, not too spicy. The things which I didnt like were the hair dryer not working, key card not working.

This place is completely awesome love it. Came here with friends it is awesome. The food is good, rooms are spacious and clean. Same for the bathrooms. It has high gardens. It has a pool, trampoline, and so many more activities. U can even cycle here they have their own cycles. Its just mind blowing.

We have checked in on 7th evening in Room no.103 and the A/C is not working 1st time we informed around 7:00PM some engineer came and checked he told the A/C gonna work but we have waited for a long time but that does not work and we are not able to sleep in the room, around 3:00 AM we have called reception again and informed they told that no other rooms are available. The next day we had a room change around 8:00PM and they informed us that is the premium room the room no is 414 which has a A/C controlled digital meter also. But the same issue in this room also the A/C is not working the temperature in the room is 24 degrees centigrade again we informed reception they have sent the engineer he told the AC will work after the inspection but that didnot work we had lost patience like we are making repairs for our home and till the 11th the AC didnot work the worst experience we had and we dont have a proper sleep also.And when it come to the bed the bed is worst there is no foam like we slept on springs we have shown to the manager also about the bed and AC but no body reacted properly.

Found used condoms in the room. Once I called the room service team, they simply collected the waste and went away, with zero efforts towards an apology.Disgusting !!!!

Good hotel overall. hotel itself might need some renovation but the staff is amazing. the housekeeping guy , Mangal was efficient and took great care of hygiene during covid times.

So we checked in on 16th and checked out on 20th because this is a mad hotel. Their staff doesnt care what is happening in the property. There was someone banging my door in the middle of the day and people speaking loudly in the corridor and running too. Its complete madness. And every morning they have some drilling work happening in other rooms or corridors which made it super difficult for us to sleep. We wanted to extend our stay but due to this we cancelled and booked another room. The food was average and their attitude is super casual to any complaints and does things as per their convenience.They blame their customers for escalating matters and being proactive. If weve told their staff then what else are we supposed to do.Horrible hotel. Would not recommend it to anyone

Its a lovely pristine property nestled in outskirts of Delhi. Open spaces, lush green lawns, well landscaped. Please try their Buffet which is excellent for business lunches. Great chef and assorted dishes. I personally liked their Salads.

Had worst experience. AC stopped working middle if the night. At 4:15 AM had to call the person for repair. Light started fluctuating.Its a two star resort. Staff at reception was not compassionate. On top of it guard and workers just stood idle. There was no one at the counter to carry our luggage.Please do not choose this resort

Place was okay to stay. But was highly disappointed with the lunch/dinner buffet they got very limited options. First time, I ever saw a buffet with such limited options. No starters at all.. Only that Papdi Dahi that Chaat as a starter for both lunch and dinner. Seriously???? 0 Rating for tge food!

We had a corporate event here, the place is overall good, food was ok. But dj was best...

I would rate it a medium hotel , rooms are not that spacious, open lawns for marriages, 2 banquet halls with 200 to 250 people capacity... surroundings are very private and beautiful..

To start with after reading few reviews where people have said all good about property but giving 3 starts thinking that this rating is about the type of property 3 or 4 star , how lame .Coming to my review , it was thoroughly value for money , best facilities, cleanliness, rooms and guest services. We were really taken care of very well. Mr Bhavya who is the senior manager there is extremely cordial, guest friendly and made efforts again and again to make our stay most comfortable . Property and services deserves 5 - star .

The lawns are quite good for parties and marriages. Quite spread out over large area and comfortable.

Nice Hotel with nice service and food. Just been there for new year. Best place to stay for 2-3 days. Big lawns and kind staff but just no activities for kids or adults.

I spend 2 days in the 4 point by sherton with my family. It was a very comfortable stay, Food was good, staff was polite and there is ample of space for outdoor activities. We played cricket, badminton and did some cycling in the resort. Overall it is a very good option if you are looking for a place relax with you family in Delhi.

Pathetic experience... believe me you will also be disappointed...this hotel looks good only from outside...not at all feeling of a good hotel inside the room...very small rooms... my room window was covered with stickers... not at all worth... I saw other visitors were also not happy... I guess hotel management has self given all good reviews

Nice service and fully hygienic but AC is not working

We booked an event at Four Point Sheraton, NH8, Airport Road, New Delhi. The services are pathetic. Food quality was bad. They did not serve food for the guest. Bad experience. Please think twice to book this place for big event. The staff members are very unprofessional and they dont have any experience to deal with Corporate client. They insisted to take payment in cash and took full payment in advance. They did not issued any receipt in spite of many reminders

We were here for the Pareek and Gaur wedding , the hotel has well maintained flora and fauna ! Staff is couteous special thanks to Mohit in front office , Aman who helps with the concierge , Pankaj and the lady associate at the coffee shop ! All are thorough hoteliers ! Food was not good was there to attend a business conference today and buffet lunch was organised however food was not upto the mark the cake was too creamy and not sweet I would say and then the breads were dry chicken was not flavourful no salt or spices and then in veg only dal was available no other main course was there god knows who designed todays menu whoever he was seems like he was not in mood today.
