The Park New Delhi has been working a lot on sustainable and organic foods in their restaurants. I have been very regular at Fire and their menu which is now almost 80% organic. They have been focusing a lot on seasonal and local produce. The effort which they have been putting is clearly showing in their menu. Now they have a new Executive Chef - Amit Wadhera and new Marcom Head - Ankita Dawar and on their invite we headed to Fire for lunch. I loved the watermelon orange and pomegranate as amuse-bouche with kombucha ( a naturally fermented probiotic). Great way to start your meal. Salad was fresh and the mustard dressing that gave it a tangy flavor was absolutely delicious. A specially designed thali came for us which had a lot of food. The nalli nihari and fresh sauteed vegetables were excellent. The gooseberry chutney was sweet and tangy. Multigrain bread was pleasantly delicious and I loved them with bheja fry which was perfectly cooked.,Even though we ate a lot, I didn’t feel being stuffed! They have worked a lot and I was told that they have almost changed 60-70% of the menu. I keep coming to this place regularly because the food is excellent and would love to go back sometime soon :).#EatWithShylock#DesiConnoisseurs#urbanescapades#theurbanescapades#AnythingButOrdinary#ShotOnOnePlus
I was impressed by their total focus on the guests that were dining. It was absolutely a top notch service and i ordered cold coffee with asian greens, portion size is perfect, food was delicious. Will visit again soon.
We went to the Fire Restaurant for a family dinner.Food was good, service was good, could have been a bit faster.Staff was courteous enough, ambience of the place was excellent with some music playing in the background.Quantity of the food was suited to two people per dish.No ty hing to complain and all in all an enjoyable evening at the Fire Restaurant.
Food tasted good. I tried the north indian dishes. Service & ambience were average
The best Indian food with the nicest of staff.......ever!!! These guys go to the extreme to make you happy. Their staff are lovely and the food is top class.
All hype. Food and service were disappointing.
If u want to taste the worst food available in delhi.please visit this place😂P.s- please dont attempt the stunt of visiting this restaurant.
Lovely dining experience... courteous staff.. food is also good...
Great food try thali both veg and non veg snacks chicken tikka n beetroot kabab worth itThe head girl Neha takes great care and her suggestions are worth following
Food is amazing. If youre a vegetarian, then khajoor anjeer pulav and dal makhni are must for yiu. Garlic Naan is flavorsome here. If you talk about snacks, Gulnaar ki tikki and bhutte ka taco are mind blowing.
Modern Indian, Sustainability and Farm to Fork are old words in the Lexicon of Fire’s Menu. Coupled with Ms Priya Paul’s vision a decade ago and Chef Bakshish Dean being only too aware of the mammoth potential of his land; Fire those days offered an incredible selection of regional Indian cuisine with a contemporary presentation, served in an ambience that was (still is) extraordinarily stylish; thus making Fire the first Modern Indian restaurant in India where Dean even dappled in Molecular gastronomy. Chef Abhishek Basu pays tribute to the same ethos with Fire’s new seasonal menu like never before. Basu draws stimulus for his menus from the beats of the season and the exceptional, locally-sourced ingredients of his close network of small producers and artisans. On offer is a combination of good taste and modern presentations and familiar though slightly forgotten Indian ingredients with impulses from across the country. One of the highlights is the Madurai Arasi Idlis entwined around gunpowder, nestle beside desi cow ghee and inji chutney which is both decadent and sensory enhanced by excellent quality produce and stylish presentation. End on a sweet note with Meghalaya’s organic unpolished black sticky rice Kheer…So good! Fire is the first Modern Indian restaurant in India.
