Worst experience ever. The Vaccination staff wasnt humble. The Doctors inside the curtain were not aware of, where vaccine is to be applied (whether on left or right hand). They need to be trained in the Work Ethics.Though, the civil defence behaviour was elegant & one of the doctor who was sitting out side the curtain was also amazing and taking our review about previous vaccine and guiding us for this second dose very pleasently.NOTE: THIS REVIEW IS OF CORONA VACCINATION ONLY.

My experience with other department was too good,So 3 star for that. But the worst department is surgery OPD room 104. For them patient visits hospital just for fun,and keep on giving new dates,and at the end of the day with a simple excuse senior doctor is absent. And one more thing is worth mentioning here,for the 1st time one lady doctor mentioned, you are here for free treatment so you will have to bear this much of patience. Worst experience with this department.

Rooms are good, cleaning staff is really appreciable, Doctors are humble... Counter staff is not that good.. they dont elaborate the things to patients and make them wandering around

This place is located at the distance of 300m to 400m from Mohan estates metro station.From Mohan estates exit from gate no.2 and cross the foot over breeze.Currently there RAT (rapid antigen test) and RTPCR test is going here which at gate no.4 . (Which is at the back side of the main building)Also you can get vaccine of covishield here. But for that you have to book online first.The line for covid test is so long. So avoid the line come early in the morning near about 7 to 7:30 A.M. They provide token here. And they will call 10 people at a time.Vaccine is going on Dhanwantri block.

This hospital is situated on Delhi Mathura road. Hospital is good and having big building, lush green garden.Parking is outside the hospital and unattended. Guards are very rude towards public.There is no online appointment as on date. Tokens are distributed to patients at the hospital gate by the security guard. After taking token, patient has to wait around 2-3 hours for registration and consulting in OPD. OPD timings are 9-12am but for getting early number one should get token by 7:30am.

I hv been treated for Ano-fistula by Dr VD Mahanta and team. Apart from surgery expertise Dr Mahanta is a great Doctor who is serving the needy people thinking it to be noble cause. He is putting in day and night efforts to treat patients with utmost care and intelligence. His style of teaching budding surgeons is immensely appreciated and Doctors like him only are compared to almighty’s deeds. Dr Abham under his supervision is going to be best surgeon basis her consistent hard work, caring attitude and her round the clock presence for treatment of patients. Dr Abham is really putting in beyond capacity efforts to come up as shining star in medical profession. I thank God that still we are left with the shadows of him in medical profession. Though I m not full recovered from post operative bruises but I hv confident to be recovered fully without any problem. Heartfelt Thanks to all the paramedical staff and Doctors.

My first visit to this place.OPD was very well organized.Staff and doctors were helpful.

Architecture is very good but bathrooms in patient rooms are not maintained properly, drainage system is poor. However support from employees, security and other staff is very good. Token system is placed and approx 1000 patients get consultation every day. Salute to Modi Government to encourage AYURVEDA and setup of this hospital.

I had fistula surgery here. I am 100% satisfied for surgery and support provided by Dr. VD Mahanta, his team and other staff.

Best place to get treatment based on ayurveda. Staffs and doctors are very supportive. Get the token number at opd entrance and wait for your number . Then Registration will be done(fee =10 rupees). Free medicines are also available after recommendations of doctor , but one has to wait for queue(30-40 minutes). All medicines are ayurvedic . Well maintained ,clean and green campus . U would hardly believe its government hospital. Recommendations of doctors really work . So Ayurveda is not that much slow 😊.

Doctors are great, but the staff here is quite rude. Chemist of free medicine division is also very rude. But the medicine prescribed helped and is quite a remedy for the ill.

People are returning again to the age old medical systems and AYUSH is a worthy initiative in this regard. All India Institute of Ayurveda is premiere institute of the country for Ayurveda.Hospital is beautifully built and spread over a large area. Token system is doing good and well managing the crowd. The process flow for consultation at OPD is as under-The token distribution starts at 8:30 am, for new patient, old patient and senior citizens separate tokens are given. After collecting token one need to go for registration counter where token no. is displayed and one by one registration is done and card is issued at an nominal fees of Rs.10.00.Then after registration one need to go for taking sequence no. for his/her assigned OPD for consultation. And then on sequence consult the doctor at assigned OPD.After consultation one can collect free medicines from medicine distribution counter.AYUSH is the need for the hour and dedicating a separate ministry to it shows the commitment of government regarding it.Hospital has proper amenities and staff is courteous and helpful.Hope the AYUSH, blesses all with all well being.

The Guard is pathetic and dont know how to talk with patients/visitors who come hospital for treatment. He even dont scare of any complains openly said by Guard I dont scare with anyone not director of AIIA hospital. Such a rude, illeterate official staff specially Guards.

Worst hospital ever seen.First of all, they are very slow.Secondly, the doctors are not well trained they dont know which medicine would be beneficial.I am suffering from skin infection and consult here. They are not able to cure my disease even Im using there medicines so long. Worst hospital not to suggest anyone😡😡😡

An appreciatable initiative by govt. Management is very good. from gatekeeper to doctor everyone is less or more kind to all.Youll get almost every kind of checkups here. also here medicines are free of cost (Free).Youll only be charged only 10 ₹ for a month.

Best treatment ever I had

We would like to thank the entire staff of AIIA for the outstanding and excellenct COVID recovery care they have provided. The hospital was spotless, the staff were amazingly polite and kept everyone entertained as well, not letting us feel lonely or scared even for a minute. They were very attentive and caring every minute of every day. I would REALLY REALLY like to thank the ward boys, cleaners, nurses and doctors for saving lives and caring so deeply for all patients who come. Thank you

All india institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) is a central government Hospital for Ayurveda medical treatment. Ayurveda is an indian treatment methods for human body. Most of The Ayurveda medicine is based on natural plants and seeds. It has no much side effects.If you would like take treatment here you have to come in morning around 7:30 am to get token till 8:45. The queue size is long sometime. In covid -19 period the token has given to 300 people otherwise it is 500.The medecine also free available. But the patient card is Rs 10.

So if you think that you can get many token without patient then u will not get.

Really its a big hospital in the name of Ayurveda. The totally staff are very polite and kind. I visited one time but ayurvedic treatment is better than allopathic treatments. You have to keep faith in ayurvedic treatment.

Get token if you are new. Token timings Mon - Fri till 12:00 PM unlimited tokensOn Saturday - till 10:45 just 150 - 200 tokens.Wait for your turn as on token no., get treated buy medicines from hospital only. Buying medicines is most hectic task, rest all is convenient.

Hospital is good and also doctors are well qualified. Staff is also supporting.My most important observation is that if medicines are not available in first time than you will not get further also. Hospital administration must do something for this.

One of most pathetic hospital ever visited in my life so far. Hospital timings clearly states token distribution timings. When I asked for new token as It was my first visit, they simply denied inspite of the fact that I travelled from remote location with senior citizen female patient. Their excuse is we have finished our quota for today. It is mentioned nowhere on their site and when asked for in written documentation it states the same about token quota; they started to ignore me.Again pathatic pathatic and again most pathatic hospital and staff both.

Guards are very rude.No customer help desk.No grievance portal.No grievance desk.Guards are all powerful.A very surprising rule came to know there in the queue of medicine distribution that ladies patient will get their medicine in ladies queue only .What if the patient are unable to stand there for long hours.If patient can wait for hours then whats the urgency to visit a doctor.

All India Institute of Ayurveda staff is very good as compared to any other hospital.This is a government hospital but the service is like a private hospital.

I think its the fake hospital running just on hope, no professionals are available. Staff has no manners how to deal with patients, they do their dadagiri. It also seems to be providing fake services.

Superb hospital

Although it is one of the best place to cure a disease and they cure charging a very little money as it is a government Ayurvedic Hospital , but you need to be patient because it become messy as thousands of people come here for treatment,and no sitting arrangements for token holders , people not allowed inside until their token will called. All the token holders should wait outside the waiting area in the outer premises of the hospital, where no chairs available. People have to sit on the ground and wait for their token turn for several hours with no chairs available, no sitting arrangement.

Excellent setup. Wish all the success for it. Digital appointment with doctors is an urgent need to avoid over crowding in the old. For Life Style Problems, a best & reliable place.

Doctors and infrastructure are good. Often doctors are late, also they leave before the scheduled time, doctors use phone during working hours, staff is not very friendly and most medicines are not available in the hospital pharmacy.

Doctors are good, institute is good but other staff(guard,pharmacist)are very rude,dishonest also:-I saw 2 cases1-a person whose age was 28 yearsWas taking for senior citizens line by the guard while taking medicines.2-he was allowing 6-7 people to take medicine without standing in the queue by saying that they are from staff.There, working staff definetly knows that they are in gov. Job which is secure so they dont do work actively and finally let the patient to be suffer but never adjust themselves for any reson.Gov. Has done a very good work,management system,doctors are also very good but individuals who are supposed to work properly are not doing so...

Token system is here. You will have provided with token no. and you have to wait till your token no. display in the board. Management is good here but there is heavy rush. There are almost 800 patients visit daily. Nearest metro station is sarita vihar. E rickshaw facilities available here. Parking at your own risk. There is separate building for yoga classes.They charge only nominal amount of Rs.10.

Nice hospital for ayurveda without any side effect..this hospital was inaugurated by our honorable prime minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. Great inciative by government to bring this in delhi... Very cheap fee with great hospitality but only problem is that you have to get early to take appointment by letting in queue. You have pay ₹10 only which is token money..after that you got appointment after that you will guided on which floor your doctor is available with room number and after consultation you have to get ayurvedic medicine ..the useful fact....is that most of the medicines ...i mean mostly medicines are free and you havent to pay any money for it...this is best part of it..Best hospital for ayurveda..Thanku our PM for this gift Thank you so much..for this

Very nice hospital .I had been on allopathy treatment for past 1 year for inflammable red rashes problem on my body but of no use.Currently I started taking ayurvedic medicines for last 1 month. And my problem is improving day by day.

Tokens distribute late even after the schedule time.Staffs are not friendly,they behave rude to old and womens also.Major Medicines are not available.

Ayurvedic medicine and ayurvedic treatment available. The doctors are good and the prescribed medication works amazing. Maximum medicine prescribed is available at the hospital counter for free. The timing are from 8:30 to 1:00 and 1:30 to 3:00.While lunch being from 1:30- 2:00.

No facility for wheelchair for out patients. Please carry your own arrangements.Although two wheelchair s are available within hospital but they are alloted only for in patients. The reception at the entrance will mislead you by asking Aadhar card for wheelchair or by saying that the wheelchairs are already taken by some other patients. But in reality they are always kept, vacant at the fourth floor. Meanwhile the patients who are actually in need suffers.No facility for simple blood tests and blood transfusion

I visited today and requested to have appointment in Neuroscience OPD , whereas I was sent on regular OPD despite case of spine already identified in SMS medical college. I went my own to neuro OPD explained to Dr R k Yadava to atleast have a look on my reports but he didnt heed on my request. The staff deployed and security guards behaviour is very rude and pathetic.

My son was suffering from very severe fever from 15 day .After taking medicine from AIIA,he got well in 2-3 days just by aayurvedic medicines only.No injection ,No glucose bottle needed to give. Very nice team of Doctors.
