Visited this place yesterday and it was one of the best place I visited in recent. Loved the interior and terrace place. Food was so delectable and its highly recommended. Kadhai chicken and butter chicken is must order dishes.

The room was not maintained properly. The electric kettle was smelly and stinky and the washroom had broken taps with no toiletries provided.Wont recommend. Although the location is very safe and decent. You can stay in it if you are for just a day.

Definitely it is at one of the best located hotel in South Delhi. Neat and clean rooms are there and definitely servolice is pretty good. Main usp is their food which is also available 24*7. So on the whole pretty good deal and might find pretty good packages online on different sites. Definitely a good ROI.

The hotel is overpriced when it’s compared to facilities.Let me brief my stay there.Checked in to a room which was smaller than a match box. Then you expect good facilities at least but you find lights broken,AC throwing water outside wherever air is supposed to come.Uncleanliness ,bedsheets ,cushions .Now paid extra for bf but buffet had dried parantha ,curd and toast that’s it.I would just say don’t trust the room by the outlook of the hotel and reception.Go for better option.Forgot to mention powercuts during entire night.

One thing i would like to add sir,please keep in mind the hygiene of the room.necessities like bedsheet,toiletries and general cleaning should be the principal aim of the management apart from everything else.Do pay attention to it.

The room was so dirty, there were layers of dust settled on everything in the room. The kettle was provided but had such stains you would use it only if you dont care about your health. The linen definitely housed insects because it started itching as soon as I sat in the bed. The tiles were broken and stones were just lying around randomly. Whats more, lamps did not have bulbs in them. Table fan placed on the wall whose wire and switch board is right in the middle of your bed. And hello hostel, if you do not take a shower before 10am, forget hot water. The hotel sucks. The staff is terrible. They told us to shower before 10 if we wanted hot wate instead of cooperating.

Stayed here for a few nights last Summer. Probably one of the most Charming and Comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in. The service was so friendly and efficient, certainly a breath of fresh air for a few travellers. Extremely expensive hotel considering the price of roughly 2500 per night, that too after discount. Firstly, the rooms are not small, they are tiny. Even for a single person, there is hardly any space to move around. The washrooms are falsely shown as having a bath tub, when in fact they do not have it.The room where I stayed had zero windows and just one source of light, an opaque huge glass window in the washroom, which is placed just next to the bed. The washroom doors are of glass as well so say goodbye to a good night sleep unless you use an eye mask because street light will come in through the door bang on to your eyes, though you cannot see out. Also, the doors have a gap so no privacy if youre sharing with someone.The television and the water heater for making tea/coffee does not work so not sure on what basis they charge such an extraordinary price by showing false photos of spacious rooms and bath tub on goibibo from where I booked.Only good thing about the hotel is the location, staff is good and food options are quite decent as well. Would be a worthy stay at nit more than half the price that they charge.

Rooms: Was given a deluxe room for 3 pax, but it is so hard to believe with the size of the room that it is deluxe . Late in the night on a bathroom visit stepped into a running little mice. When reported to reception the staff was prompt to respond and proactively shifted to a larger room.Comfort: Bed and Bathroom are clean and tidy. Extra pillows kept in the cupboard could be clean though.Service: promptRestaurant: Food is good. Breakfast buffet spread is limited to few choices but no major regret.Location: Its in GK1 , so its good.

One star is also too much for this hotel...pathetic front office staff i must say...Jitender kumar sitting at reception is worst person..he does not know how to speak ...arrogant and rude behaviour as he is only running a hotel in gk part 1..i would like to request people not to use this hotel..

We stayed at The Grand Vikalp for three nights and loved everything about it. The location cant be beat for touring, eating, shopping and public transportation. Our suite was spacious, well maintained and very comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant has sidewalk dining, which is very pleasant. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. Checkin experience was smooth. Room space was ok for a family of 4. Problem is room service and restaurant. Room service is poor and restaurant has limited options. Complimentary breakfast is not good and spread is very limited. During check out there was problem in billing as well. Overall bad experience.

The people at the front desk are friendly and offered information about local restaurants, stores and entertainment. Every time I went past the front desk, I was greeted with a smile. From the moment we pulled up to the Grand Vikalp Hotel, the 5 star service began! Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful hotel. From the front desk at check in, the boys were always ready in the lobby with any assistance we might need or request, to the other service staff.....everyone was friendly and very attentive to any needs we might have.

The kitchen and restaurant are truly top tier.The desk staff try their best.The third floor rooms are infinitely better than those on the first floor.

Not so good experience! Room was clean but extremely cold with no heating option. No hot water in the taps either. Even there was no portable heater available in the hotel. Only positive was delicious food, big thumbs up for the chef.

The whole staff seemed to go out of their way to ensure our trip was top notch. I absolutely LOVE that you can text them if you need anything...much easier than calling for me. We were celebrating a birthday and everyone always stopped and told her happy birthday. The beds were really comfy. Also, our room was right next to the elevator which worried me, but turned out...we didnt hear it! Also, staff were really great...I will be staying here the next time I come back to New Delhi.

The Grand Vikalp never fails to deliver a fantastic weekend. We come at least once a year from the suburbs to be tourists in our own city. The Grand Vikalp is in a fantastic location with easy walks. The employees are always friendly and available to answer questions. Our room is clean and comfortable.

Our room was very nicely appointed, clean and the bed was super comfortable. This hotel is wonderful. It will be our forever location to stay whenever we are return to new delhi. Even our 14 y.o who was traveling with us and his Grandparents wanted to extend our trip and is asking when we can come back. All in all, I highly recommend the Grand Vikalp! The hotel was a little pricey, but most downtown hotels are.

I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. It was great to have someone at the front door when walking in tired from shopping. I Thank the bellman and the other gentlemen with house keeping,staff at resturant down stairs. My son was very happy. The bed was very comfy!

My wife and I stayed here for a night in July 2019 for our first anniversary. We had been to the Grand Vikalp before to use the area services, but never to stay. I can say that the excellent experience at the area translates to the hotel, it’s great. We had a seamless check-in experience and got our room with no wait at all. We stayed on the 1st floor with a southern facing room with views of the City.

Ive stayed here several times. The rooms are decent, if occasionally overpriced. Food is good and staff are usually professional. Im giving this property 3 stars because of a recent experience. After making a reservation through Oyo, I arrived at the property and was told there were no available rooms. I was quickly shunted into an auto, told that my booking had been transferred and that Id pay the same price.The Grand Vikalp did not, at any point, attempt to call or otherwise notify me that they were over-booked. Neither did they pay for my auto. I later discovered that the property they transferred me to charges Rs 1500 less per night, but refused to honor that rate and asked for the same as Id have paid at the Grand Vikalp.I will not book this property again.

We loved everything about the Grand Vikalp. In my opinion, the room was quite spacious and, more importantly exceptionally clean. Service and staff were outstanding. Location is superb. Bath/shower very user friendly.

I will not travel to Newdelhi without staying at the Grand Vikalp Hotel and Area. From start to finish at the Grand Vikalp, you will not be disappointed. Last week was my second stay at the hotel, and somehow, my very high expectations were exceeded. The guest rooms are modern, immaculate, and so luxurious. Each staff member is friendly and accommodating.

Good food these guys serve, had been here for a official training so did not use the hotel rooms. The conference room was used and it was a overall good experience. Courteous staff. They should have had more washroom as there is only 1 near the conference area that too it is common for male and female which is bit of hygiene issue . With conference capacity of seating about 40-50 pax one common washroom is a limitation.

Nice hotel close to gk m block market. I had an office meeting at this hotel and enjoyed their service.Lunch was good and visited m block market also. Very close to metro station too

The rooms are decorated well and furnished with beautiful furniture. I couldnt get over the large TV, which can be used as a computer. Bathroom had 2 sinks. Nice size. The housekeeping staff are great!
