Worst experience, we went to Alleppey by booking boat house through SIT, after reaching Alleppy they told that boat house is not available, as a result I faced lot of problems in Alleppy. Atlast I booked separate boat house with extra money. Never believe in this SIT holidays.

Overall it was a good experience booking with SIT Holidays. I had booked the Andaman tour with them. The contact person Prabhat Kumar was prompt in attending to my requests. However, I would suggest those planning to book tours with SIT to do some research and come up with itineraries of their own as the itinerary provided by SIT presents only a basic outline and lacks details. SIT does accommodate changes in their itineraries upon you insisting them.

Very bad in service. If you really want to enjoy your vacation / holiday dont ever attempt to contact SIT Holidays. Worst service a person could ever render! If I could give negative rating I would rather do it.Cheating and misappropriated our money with no service, no coordination and worst thing is that the entire team does not even call back. That is the courtesy they could exhibit!If you have already booked them would suggest not to make full payment and later on suffer like us in half of our trip with no service. In half of the trip we had to rush to make our own arrangements for hotel and also cab apart from additional money which we had to spend everything double for their stupid and grossly negligent and deficient service. Planned our Holidays for April to Sikkim, which unfortunately got cancelled due to Lockdown.Now it’s been 6 months and no one is responding neither giving any refund for the cancellation.We can be patient for some time. But it’s very inappropriate to make anyone wait so long.Request you to not book with any package with SIT holidays.

*The worst travel agency I have ever used*We used this agency to go to the sikkim, we were about 17 people on this tour but not satisfied with their services.We faced so many difficulties on this tripThe one of guy from this agency name raghav sharma changed our hotel and gave us low rated hotel.we were standing in the middle of road for 3 hours in freezing cold still this guy not answering our calls, We were waiting for dinner as this guy didnt made any payment.Poor managementFraud companyVery bad experienceI would not recommend to use this Travel Agency services if you still consider to come to SIT HOLIDAYS  as they focus more on trying to get the most money from their customer than increasing customer experience.

It’s the worst tourism company. The have provided us a driver who came with us to shops and asked commission from the shopkeeper asking him to sell us the items for high cost.We have not seen any place completely and missed to see 2 places in our pakage because of the driver we complained the sit authorities about this issue and they are not even responding to us. We will now proceed to consumer court for this issue.Plz don’t travel with this company.The are making fake promises that they will refund our money but whenever we called them they are saying that their office is closed. We travelled in December still now we r asking for our refund but there is no response from their side.

I visited kerala with my wife and took their service.I would really recommed their services as we were given all necesary support required. They guided me really well before and during the trip. Have anyone files case against them.. I am going to file one thats why just want to ask..Very pathetic. Have taken full package amount for our international triptrip no hotel booking was done. Only 10% sight seeing of mentioned in package. No transfers were provided.We have to pay at hotels and travels there.When asking for refund they are not ready to refund anything and not available on calls now.Dont waste your hard earned money on them, its better to pay 10-15% extra but go with good travel company.Google doesnt have option to give negative rating, otherwise would have given -5 rating.

Good Service of SIT Holidays. Booked Kerala Tour for 4N/5D for my parents and they liked it very much. Hotel Bookings are really excellent but Cab service is not up-to the mark. SIT should improve more clear communication with the Cab Service vendors.

Worst tour operators! Cheaters, pathetic service. Hotels which were booked by these guys had pathetic rooms and no one from sit team bothered to check what is the issue or ready to take any kind of follow up once we landed at Bagdogra airport. Worst experience of my life, traveling with 1yr old kid and wife and you have to take care all by yourself at new place. SIT stop cheating customers. Even after numerous calls you guys dont respond. I will ensure this feedback is published everywhere so no one suffers and have a miserable tour experience because of you.

We selected 5 days 4 night tour to Andaman from SIT.Sorry to say but I am not happy with the management of SIT.The Itinerary was given for 5 days with all details what we are going to do for all 5 days. But the local guide completed the tour in 4 days & left with 1 day as idle nothing planned from SIT.We traveled from Mumbai to Andaman & spent only 4 effective hours on Neil ( Shahid) Iceland which is really bothering me though the guide are saying he had covered all the points but it was like 1-2 hours visit to each point unable to enjoy at Beach.When talked to SIT guy he said all points are covered so he cant do anything, & it was depends on the booking of cruise which is not at all acceptable we have booked the tour 2 weeks ago he should have planned it in much better way.Basically Tour Agency like SIT & other they dont have any control on the actual itinerary which they give.I should accept that all the Hotels booking like TSG Grand ( Super deluxe room only) Holiday Inn at Neil & Havelock are best I enjoyed stay over there.I will not recommend anyone use the service from SIT.

One of the biggest frauds, who can sell there self respect in just 2000 bucks. They have taken a small amount of 2500 for travel leads and not yet received a single from last year, when i m asking for refund, these CHOR are telling that there is other department who is looking after. Mailed 1000 time but no reply. Even the owner is not giving a prompt rplly. Dont knw how these guys work.Shame!!

Pathetic service. SIT committed for full refund policy in case of natural calimities, we(group of four girls) booked for Kerala trip and then we had to cancel due to floods and alert condition declared in Kerala. First of all they are refusing to pay the money and secondly they are being very rude. After multiple calls they agreed to pay after 45 days as per policy. We had no other option than to wait. Now even after 45 days there is no update on the refund neither they are picking up the calls.

Memorable trip for wrong reasons.SIT is totally unreliable. Please do not book with them at all. I planned my trip ( Golden Triangle) 3 months in advance and made all payments on time. I was issued hotel vouchers, which were invalid. When I reached the hotel with my family, there was no booking in my name. The hotel said they did not make the payment. My entire day got spoilt over calls and complaints and I was redirected to a pathetic hotel. The entire trip got ruined. I claimed compensation/ refund and SIT refused. I will now be taking it to the consumer court

I traveled to rajestan tour the package was good only I felt bad at two hotels at jaipur and jodhpur where they promised to arrange 3* hotel but they are not having those facilities. One more thing there should be regular communication from the travel agency to find out our stay and travel. Overall worth trip particular I give 5* to rental car travel and his driver.Shivaram. We had Kerala(Munnar, tekkady, allepy) trip in May. All arrangements and support during the trip from SIT representative (Sourabh) was fantastic.We were a group of 10 people, they arranged which was promised, same has been delivered and we get excellant hotels.Suggestion: Make sure you explain your itenary clearly your assigned local driver/represntative in advance to avoid conflicts because SIT guys really designed a good and cost effective plan where you rarely need to spend money from pocket if you stick to their designed plan.

I dont understand why they deducted our money for their mistake. They ask you to pay certain amount initially and once you pay, they will tell you hotels are not available so we will upgrade your hotels hence you need to pay extra money. If those hotels are not in your budget then they will refund your money(upon your request) by deducting a huge amount. This is absolutely injustice. They should inform a customer if the hotels are not available. I think this is the new way of making money. Better think twice before booking a package from this fraud company.

Ours was a group of 12 persons booked Uttrakhand tour with SIT. Mr Prakash & Nikita done good coordination. all hotels are good except Hotel Kausani Retreat ,Kausani. That was worst hotel. we advice SIT to never suggest this hotel to there customer. Except that everything was nice.. Only suggestion to SIT to give all information Like Driver , CAB etc atleast 2 days in advance. & also Inform the CAB/ traveller driver about our Sightseeing plan. They are just blank about our plan. Even they doesnt know the sites.
