Actually we have given application for issn section and we observed a demotivating response, application is lying with them since 4 months and now they even do not respond to phone calls.

So many books and journal available. But wont allow outsider to read.. Its only for students studying in niscair. Located near to FAI BUS STAND.. near to munirka metro station.

Its an ISSN issuing office in NISCAIR.

Opening time-9:00 AM ,Closing time-5:30PM, Very good library for student ,It is free for all student. There is a canteen also, but food quality is not good.Is is located near FCI.

It was wonderful place to study specially middle class or weaker section of society who r unable to pay private library for their study.

Here ISSN numbers are issued for online and print Journals. From IFFCO it takes 01:30 hours and nearest metro station is Hauz Khas. From Hauz Khas a person can catch Metro RTV Buses of Katwaria Sarai and they charge only 5 Rupees. Auto charge 40-50 for the place but drop in front of the Library.

ISSN employees deserve more than 5 stars.

Only for staff, so why government open this library, there is a lot of space available but not open for outsider students... Its such a waste of our money......
