Wished there could be an option of rating below one. It has got the worst service after sell. Bought an LG TV from South Delhi near DAV Public School and was told that by 4 pm TV will be installed but bad luck. Within 30 minutes of purchase, received a call from a Technician to get information about location of installation. Immediately, I was told that this area is not being covered by me and i have transfer your installation to another person. Soon I got the call, with the same story repeated for two more times. Called all LG Service Centre numbers but failed to get satisfactory reply from any one. As it look that no one is responsible as the entire installation work is left to Technicians. As it looks that there is no monitoring of duties assigned?? Do not believe that this is the same famous LG Electronics company?? Really??

I am disappointed with your product and service. The LG microwave had been giving problem since the day I had purchased. More then the product it is your customer service which is pathetic and 3rd class, it seems that no one in your company is bothered about the customer.It been close to 2 years now since I had given the microware for repair at the LG service center in Parpargunj in Delhi, it has never been returned nor been repaired.Now would like to know if you plan to return the product of have your sold it. If not then please return it. I dont agree to pay any repair cost for such a pathetic service and harsement I had to go because of your poor service.Extremly disappointed with product and service both. You should learn to treat your customer well. I shall never ever buy your product.
