I visited the showroom on 11/01/2021 after 5 in the evening.Went inside asked the guy for a vulcan s as i was interested in it. But I felt like a cold response which put me off. Overall the inventory is good parking space is no issue here good setup and all.

Handed my bike after Delhi kanyakumari round trip of 10000 kms. Service head Rahul and tech Mandeep did a great job in overalling suspension, transmission and general maintenance. Been to Kawasaki Mangalore and Kochi but Kawasaki West Delhi beats them by a mile in quality. Great job 👌 keep it up 👍

I was facing a problem of black smoke in kawasaki er6n from past few months... i went many of times at jaipur kawasaki bt firstly they didnt undrstnd the actual problem and after a month they told about the expense which is way higher than i expect..so i got some trust issues with them.. after that i talked to west kawasaki.. they rectify problem in a snap time and told me each n everything very deliberately.. so i went there and i amazed to see there behavior... coz i already saw jaipur Kawasaki behavior.. technician mr. bhavneet and mr. rahul respond it very well and told me each and everything about bike problem and how they solved it... i am pretty impressed and amazed.. they saved my time and money as i went from jaipur....!!! Mr. gurmeet and mr. ajay behave like they was my old buddies... i was litterely feel like that i was at a place which is full of my old buddies...Thumbs up for west kawasaki and big thumbs down for jaipur kawasaki....!!!

They even helped me to get my riding method sorted out. It turned out that the bike was OK but I was driving it wrong... Only variety of merchandise is a bit less. Overall excellent showroom......

Nothing wrong with the dealer but the parent company itself..For those of you willing to buy any bike be careful that any issues or service related thing with the bike will not be taken care of by the company.While buying my z900 from Chandigarh dealer I was told by the dealer that the company is working on extended warranty and in 1-2 months shall get it, and its been more than 1 year now and I havent heard of it so far. The reason i am after extended warranty is cause for a very simple reason, i.e. cost of ownership will take a good hike ...I have been Continuously following-up with the company and dealership via social media, emails to their customer care,linkedin messages to their SSM Director has gone unanswered.And for your information, every country around with world is offering the warranty package except for Kawasaki India.Now call is yours.. buy a product of company which doesnt give a damn about your queries ?Think before buying.Thanks.

I had rang Kawasaki West Delhi and Aurum Kawasaki and found 6k and 5k as normal service cost. Rang here again just to assure if they can say 5k but they did not so i would suggest to review at both places before you put your valuable money in anything. With everything Aurum got it my bike serviced at 5500. So i hope this might be helpful to anyone. Not looking for any reply from West delhi but this is a message for awareness and customer service feedback.
