This agency arranged our customized tour of rajasthan of 9 days. As per our requirements hotels were really good and pick up and drop was pre scheduled. But you should discuss the tour vehicle of your choice first. We had a good experience. You can definitely trust this one.

He took all the stress out of sorting out everything as we do it ourselves normally.And now we turn to our guardian angel in a foreign land. We were greeted at Dehli airport in the middle of the night by Aamit Sharma. Welcome to my crazy country. I will be your personal driver from the start to the finish of your holiday here Aamit has proved to be invaluable. He is there to advise, an impromptu guide, he supplies cold water and beer along the way. He is available 24/7 by telephone, he is polite, punctual and adaptable.We would go as far as to say he has become our friend while we enjoy this adventure of India.The company uses a winning combination of a dedicated driver coupled with tried and testedlocal guides, hotels and even stop off points en route. Time is precious on holiday. We lost no time around The Taj Mahal, Jalpur etc.Oh ! and we managed to see FIVE TIGERS on our safari in Ranthambore which was a bonus!

Avoid booking anything with this group! They massively overcharged me for a three day tour and gave misleading information around the inclusions and exclusions. They are many additional expenses and every guide and my driver requested more money from me at the end of each activity. I tried to speak with the management about this and they were extremely unhelpful, really didnt care and tried to shift the responsibility. They have since been removed from Trip Advisor, so I would recommend you look elsewhere.

I m sorry that i can only give this travel agency 5 stars -- i have preferred 10 stars or more! What an awesome trip! It helps that india is probably the most beautiful place on the planet, but more importantly, our travel agency arranged our access to the country’s wonders so seamlessly. All the staff of the company was mind blowing they are working like ther worship.. i love them all .... i m very desperate for next trip through this travel agency...

Very bad response.I was contacting them for more than 6 to 7 times over last 7 days but they are citing some lame excuses viz.Ill call u back after some time but that never happens.So dont go to them for any kind of service.Rating given as 1 star as negative ratings are not possible.

When visiting another country it is important to have the right guide. In my short visit to India I was lucky enough to have reliable and capable people by my side thanks to Holiday Tours & Travels and Mr. Showkat Wani; from my trip from New Delhi to Agra accompanied by the competent Sagir (thanks to which I was able to taste typical dishes of Indian cuisine from the spicy tandoori chicken to the sweet petha, a typical dessert of the Agra tradition), to the visit visit to the Taj Mahal guided by the Ankit expert, everything was lovely.
