Оплаченное проживание 2 ночей по тарифу + 1000 балов за каждое проживание, было квалифицированно как не оплаченное и отель начислил 0 балов.После оформления претензии на сайте было начислено 2300 балов, а +2000 так и не были начислены.Сотрудники не обладали информацией принимают ли кредитные карты в Akshardham, и не пытались позвонить и узнать информацию.Я не получила расчет при выселении, мне долго пытались вернуть неизрасходованный депозит,( который был оплачен кредитной картой), в местной валюте 1000 купюрами. Эти купюры 14 ноября 2016 были отменены государством.

Staffs are very good and co-operative.They took very good care of guests in every aspects. Also they do follow covid protocols and maintain hygiene and sanitization very well. Behaviour of each and every staff is so nice and good that you will feel home like atmosphere there. In room dinning is also there and fooding is just excellent and beyond words. Be it reception, ground staff, security staff, house keeping or in room dinning staffs everyone is so good and performs their responsibility so well that I will definitely recommend highly to stay in this hotel. The stay and food are best in the Luxury class. The taste, quality, consistency and presentation of food on buffet or on table are excellent.The staff is caring, courteous and its a pleasure able experience to extent you feel sad going back to real world after a fulfilling and happy stay.

I told them to either send it to me by courier or keep it safe so that somebody could pick later. My wife has some work in Apollo Hospital so she went to Hotel also. After making her wait for a long time , what they offered somebody elses old charger while mine was black superfast charger. She didnt accepted the same. I wonder how charger was changed. Charger price is inconsequential but it shouldnt happen in such a reputed hotel.

Stayed at Crowne Plaza Okhla for 3 night. The room was very well appointed with all modern amenities. The best part of the stay was the food which never disappointed us all thanks to Chef Sumit, Chef Dhoni and Chef Manoj for all scrumptious meals we had thanks to all of them. The spread at the buffet dinner and breakfast is also quite vast. Last but not the least thanks to Nadani and team for such impeccable service kudos and keep the good work going. I stayed multiple times at this hotel but from past 2 times, the services has been degraded. My 2nd last visit experience was worse but last one has been pathetic.An arrogant front desk, no/delayed responding house keeping, almost no amenity in room, No duty manger, and list goes on.After my first bad experience with these guys, I thought to give them one more chance but they ensured to touch lower level of service.Do not know how they mange to claim them selves as a five star hotel, in fact they deserve to be lower class street hotel.I am struggling with words to maintain the dignity of language but most of the hotel staff (specially day time reception and all time house keeping staff) are at lowest level of service attitude.

The rooms need a bit of maintenance. Most of the room equipment’s like kettle, in room phone, internet router do not work properly…. Cleanliness is the most important thing that needs to be addressed. In these times where social distance is the utmost important thing to observe is totally neglected in this hotel.

One of the top most favourite Place to stay... Dhoni is an amazing chef. He took such a good care of things that we would like to eat. Made special item for kids and surprised us by adding wonders to our stay. He cook so well that I would highly recommend everyone to must try things made by him. And the second thing is that he influences with his caring talks he not only minds his own business but looks around for the need of the customers and visit to the table for other requirements, this is what made us feel immensely good and comfortable. Water bottles were provided after 2 hrs, that too after calling them twice. Water is a necessity, should be right there when the customer walks in the room or atleast should be made available within reasonable time. Secondly, despite paying upfront for breakfast buffet, I apart from 20+ other guests had to wait for 20 minutes before you can walk in their restaurant. On top of that, none of the people got proper breakfast because 90% of the items were taken off the hot station, so you have to request the staff to bring limited quantity food from the kitchen. Food quality is again like an ordinary restaurant, not top notch. At the time of checkout, I could see several other customers complaining about their worst experience.I have never seen a Five Star ⭐ Hotel providing such disgusting amenities.Better book another 4 star or 5 star hotel which lives upto its standards.
