The worst cable operator especially in mayur vihar phase 1, delhi . The supervisor is so bad, they dont attend to the complaints the cable connection is always out of service . Complaints are unattended.. fed up with this cable service

Extremely poor service. I was told how there would be no issues etc., the moment I got the connection, literally within 10 minutes, I started facing connectivity issues. The sales team guy who made the promises stopped answering my calls after I voiced my concerns. The technical team closed the ticket without verifying with me. They kept promising that they would come, they didnt. And now that Im trying to get a disconnection, they seem to have a rather convoluted method. They expect us to submit the modem ourselves, and then await the refund status. Basically stay without the internet at all for a few days, if at all they get back, and then be wait for them to give us yet another ticket number which we have to use to make a call to them asking for a refund. Big mistake. Please spend some more money and invest in a better connection elsewhere.

I was cheated by your sales guy abhay with wrong commitment on service delivery. I clearly mentioned to him upon payment that I will only be available for installation at 8:30pm on all days. He said the cable people will come ok at 8:30 pm . I was bombarded with phone calls persuading me to be available at 6:30. I managed to move out of the office for this upon arguments in my own office.This cable team does the wiring and moves out without saying anything, I asked is it done they said now modem guy will come in an hour. Modem guy comes in and says cabling isnt done properly. He postponed it for next day.Now whom should be at fault ? Its all poor commitment and slow service. I cant afford to leave office like that every day.Its just upon installation I have this experience I dread about post sale services. I have asked for refund.

Never opt for it. They customer services are poor. nobody replies for your complaints. And their sales person sells fake packages, which are not available and later they say that they cannot help. I have had the worst experience. Even if you complaint to their senior officials, they just send you auto generated reply and then dont solve your problems. Hathway is so unresponsive! Ive registered for a new connection in Central Park 2 , Sector 48, Gurgaon. Its been a week and they still havent been able to do it. Shocking ! In this day of instant everything- it takes so long to get a new connection from them! Sorry state of affairs.

FraudThe Actual Speed is around 2mbps whereas they promised a Speed of 50mbps. Really disappointed by the unprofessional attitude of the customer care as well. Pathetic service and broadband speeds. I got the 50 Mbps plan a week ago and I get speeds between 8-12 Mbps. Customer service is awful. They will register your complain and then by evening send a message that your issue has been resolved. No one calls after you have registered a complain and to top that the person from whom I got the connection doesnt even pick up my calls. I was using DEN boomband and despite its occasional issues it was far better in terms of service and speeds. I regret my decision and would certainly take legal action against Hathway.

Worst ISP I have ever experienced. Pathetic internet speeds. Even after you end their service they keep sending renew your subscription messages EVERY THREE HOUR, EVERY DAY.

One of the worst ISPs in noida. Half the day there connection is poor in sector 19. Goof for nothing infrastructure. I even raised this connectivity issue with apellette authority of hathway...buy after 1-2 days...its back to square 1.

Hathway broadband has troubled me for the last 2 months of the 3 month advance subscription tht it has taken. No response via CC, email or twitter. Speed subscribed for 50mbps and 3 mbps delivered...terrible experience and a total loss of money

Waste of money and waste of time. Fraud company. Booked a connection on 5 days back. Sales guy took money within 10 minutes of the call but modem and lineman set it up after a day that too when called to customer care and its been 5 days now and the connection is not yet active. Called useless customer care several times but they are like a computer and will respond to you in a designated words only. Got the number of south delhi manager Mayank Baranwal but no point as he is not even picking up calls. Better go for Airtel . Its expensive but worth every penny.

It takes time to find the office very discreetly located so Ill give a landmark its located behind RAJINDER THE DHABA @ safdarjung enclave market and theres a mother dairy in the same line as the hathway office. Its a cramped up office of hathway but fine enough u can actually get Ur issues sorted then and there if u have been using hathway and are having problems which have not been taken care of despite u calling at the call centre.

Sucking connection just dont work. plan of 5 mbps and speed is 500 kbps plan of 1 mbps in other connections are fasterbthan its 5 MBPS even google takes time to open dont take the connection first month you might get good service but after that no response

Hope i could give 10 stars...best service provider at an amazing rate...i was having an awesome experiance at hathway but then i had to shift and hathway is now not feasicable in this area i had to choose airtel which is expensive and poor quality .........i miss my hathway experiance :(

OMG These people are duping customers! I subscribed for 5 mbps with 25 gb plan and for months my speed is under 1 mbps!! I complaint like a billon time but they would never resolve the problem! Horrible experience, never get their internet connection.

This organization is busy in duping customers. I was fed up with their services almost a year back and asked for disconnection. Instead they kept on sending renewal requests and bills (without any use of their services). Now they are threatening with criminal proceedings and legal actions.

They are FRAUD, THEY LL CALL YOU for fake offers, you pay the amount and you are cheated.Today they have cheated me, I LL never ever recharge hathway in future.I hate bloody liars! !
