The hotel was really a great place to stay at.The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot with travel. The female staff at reception was very nice to us and gave us an early check in room even though it was a very busy day, she also arranged an airport taxi for us.The room was clean and nice, and yes the hotel kit wasn’t provided but we were told that we can ask if we want to get it. ( totally understandable as I wouldn’t even bother using it)The plumbing could be improved but otherwise the room on the whole was amazing. The food was also great and the breakfast had really good options.It is definitely a safe option if you’re travelling alone/with friends.It is also located in a good locality and easy to be spotted.

Food is little bit on the expensive side. But overall experience was good . Slippers were not available, that was a real bummer as I had to roam in the room with my shoes on always. Other than that, staff is happy to help anytime.The place looks good. But during my stay the wifi wasnt working. I complained twice. Still didnt work. And since mobile network was also not working in that area.Staff is cooperative. But its overpriced as per the facilities. Although nice if they give rooms on proper price. Housekeeping is good room service fine but late . Generally people also book this venue for marriages.

Smooth check-in procedure.it is the 3rd time staying at Ramada - Pitampura and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable to be in.especially in the Pitampura area - Ramada is a good nice decent option to have a stay anytime.Breakfast is also nice

The name ramada does not even justify to the whole property. The hotel rooms are so non worthy . Bed upholstery is dirty and black. The bathroom fixtures arent working. Each and every tap and faucet had hot water flowing, rain shower wasnt working. No tissues no toilet roll. The corridors were stinky and had food utensils leing on the floor. The room sofa had leather burnt with some coal. Even the basic amenities were missing we were given with two bottles in the room and on asking for another water bottle they charged me rs 90 for the extra water bottle . Lobby ac and the restaurant ac wasnt working. Breakfast was hell poor in the aspect of quantity as well as quality . No variety, and the food was so bad at taste. Like there was not a single variety of nonveg and just two fruits. On reaching the restaurant on time we had very stalle and cold food. I wouldnt stay anyday and would recommend not to book this property anyday. I would have opted for a regular hotel than this chain hotel . Very disappointed stay.

Horrible experience of the stay. The non smoking rooms smelled of smoke, the water was of bad quality, hot water wasnt available for shower, half the devices (hair dryer, mini fridge) werent working. For the prices they are charging, the amenities were zero. Would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Reception staff behaviour very rude they tell me to deposit 1000 Rs as security deposit, Why security deposit when I pay all the amount in advance for my stay.so security deposit? Finally I deposit security amount they give me room no 203 when I enter in the room there is woman hair in washroom area my first picture from 203,After this they shift me to room no 309. Water leakage from back side of toilet seat in room no 3092. 19th of December Hotel blooked my room key without any reason,so I going reception for reactivate my room key . Its very embarising. 3. 20th of December . After bath I am ready for my office meeting. when I try to use hair dryer. Hair dryer very dirty. Hair dryer picture taking from room 309.In afteroon staff coming for cleaning or changing bedsheet but I denie because my personal stuff heir and their in room or covid issue. After this I leave my room and going for my office meeting outside the hotel. In the evening when I enter in my room. I see my room clean, bedsheet change, my personal stuff place change they tuched by hotel staff even my cloths . When I call reception they give me answer hotel staff unlock my room for cleaning when I am not present in hotel using MASTER KEY without my permision. They fail to provide me answer on that so I tell him to call their. SO called G. M and visiting my room for resloving issue. But hotel G. M not coming to my room after so many callls and coversations with reception. After this I received the SO CALLED GM CALL on my room landline phone but he fail to provide me answer on all questions they use only sorry . G. M behaviour very rude. Property 4 star but I think they not deserved even single star. Using MASTER KEY without guest Permision is BIG ISSUE. Because its risk on your privacy. So decision is yours choosing Hotel or problems and problems only.

Its no were stands in front of any 3 star Hotel.....*AC not working in lobby.* Lady Staff at reception very unproffessional, Not welcoming very rude.* No food service after 1030 PM.*Very limited breakfast option.*For any oder mostly unavailable..*Ladies washroom very dirty, no tissue at all, it stinks. seems like there is no Lady cleaner (observed tissue lying on floor when I used before & after breakfast. )* Floor corridor required paints, every where chipped and scratch marks.* It seems like oyo or railway / Bus station Hotel hooka smell comming from other rooms, dont understandable if its non smoking why they allow smoking..* For room supply have to ask every time and it takes more than 15-20 mins, I belive as ramada there should be basic supply like dental kit, shaving kit, Sleepers, comb, body lotion ear buds.*Corridor full of last night plates lying out side the rooms and oder given by other guest .Stayed only 1 night wont recommend this Hotel, very disappointed as ramada.

When you enter it will look like a Ramada .. people will greet you nicely. But when it comes to customer service/ experience, it will be one of the worsts. I wanted a thing or teo to make it a comfortable stay for my baby, they refused. They were refusing to give breakfast in the room during COVID times and i mentioned to them that i have a toddler, we made it happen somehow. Its just that i have never come across a hotel where they say no to wverything first. We were considering celebrating my sons Birthday there, but after our experience we didnt even bother to speak to anyone. They need to work towards making their staff more customer friendly

Most of the things were broken whether lights, switch or washroom. 8 out of 10 items we wanted to order were not available, they were not even serving coffee for breakfast as they didnt have coffee beans available with them.

Spoke to the so called general manager about same in the lift to which he said that he will come to talk to me but nobody ever bothered to touch base. Hi Team,I stayed in Ramada Pritam pura and gone through a very pathetic experience. We have ordered a water bottle whose MRP is 20/- and hotel is charging 84/- for the same bottle. I have yo understand gow hotel can charge 4 times more tham MRP.I am going to complain in consumer forum and post all the proof in social media if i will not get the explaination of this as soon as possible.I stayed in world wide all hotels and never have such pathetic experience.

Staying at room no 411 - had issues with bathroom flush, sliding bath door. Not fixed even after notifying it.Mar 30: Had to take off couple of stars. Attached photo shows the Tea served yesterday during breakfast, not sure about the oily substance floating over it. There were too many niggles which are difficult to overlook. Only good thing was probably they allowed 1 hour late check out. Checked out yesterday.

My guest is currently staying at the hotel (RAMADA BY WYNDHAM DELHI PITAM PURA) right now. Please avoid this hotel. This hotel is somewhat not functioning like a high end hotel. For the money youre paying please go elsewhere.Hot water issue, WIFI issue and most of all, WEDDING FUNCTION NOISE THROUGHOUT ALL NIGHT !Complaints are not ignored disturbing business travellers really bad. In the midst of covid pandemic, large guests wedding functions, reception, dance parties should not be encouraged to go on like this. It is just so bad. TOO BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have banquet booking for 11 march 2021 for my marriage. I checked Ramada because of its customer service. I am really disappointed with the treatment given by Yash, staff member. He did not cooperate with my requests. It has spoiled my mood and I am thinking to cancel my booking now. I thought Ramada is pleasing and cooperative and I had a very bad experience. Yash Gandhi was unprofessional! Bad experience!!

Stay was good but few options for breakfast

We stayed in Sri Lanka and Chennai Ramada but only this franchise of Ramada asked us to pay one day room rent in advance. This is the worst 4 star hotel we ever stayed. Worst Ramada franchise ever. They have only one restaurant with printed menu and limited option. Buffet breakfast was not such as to be hoped for. Room were not up to the mark washrooms were dirty flush was not working. Even in small 2-3 star hotels staff used to come and clean the room everyday but here staff used to ask if we require cleaning. We had to ask extra towels and everything everyday. Only Mr Mohit was helpful.

The hotel and its services were generally decent except for the fact that no one was available in the reception in the night.Giving 3 stars because they fleeced us on the room service. Charged 83 bucks per bottle for more than two bottles of water. And the bottle was a local variety packaged at sonepat. And the prices charged on room service didnt match the prices the in room dining menu. Honestly ruined an otherwise great experience

This was the worst experience of my life , i have been to many reputated hotels , but Ramada is the worst , i came to the hotel with my wife and she had some health issues , the staff was rude , they were not cooperative at all and we asked for our complimentry breakfast to be served in the room due to her health issue so they said we dont have staff who can deliver it to your room , we said we will pay for they service charges , they denied and said we will only deliver it to your room if you buy food seperately , aside from ypur complimetry , since i checked in here i noticed the staff was trying to fetch money out of our pockets for no reason , i recommend if anyone is planning to stay in this hotel , please consider other hotels , this was not value for money ,Very disappointed with the staff and the services

Stayed here from 6 december 2020 to 8 december 2020. Was a worst experience here in Ramada Pitampura.No Room Proper Service.No reaction on your complaints against rooms.U have to call and remind hotel staff 3 to 4 times on reception or room service helpline for any kind of service or complaint.They have only one single cleaning Boy for 1 floor, in simple if u have booked 5 -6 rooms and you want morning cleaning then only 1 person will clean all rooms, now u can calculate the time for 6 rooms to be clean.In short, try to avoid staying there in Ramada, Pitampura, New Delhi.

After being a Ramada Wyndham group, i was stayed at this Hotel for the first time. and m happy for the changes that have taken place in this Hotel. The staff of the Reception was polite and helpful, Housekeeping team was very helpful, Professional and pleasing personality.I asked for Additional supply which was delivered to me after 30 minutes (I excused this delay but on my every request they took much time). M also working in Hospitality so that i felt there is shortage of staff in housekeeping department. My personal suggestion to Hotel Management faculty increase the number of employees in House Keeping department, As well as housekeeping department is backbone of the Hotel.such a delicious food. Prime Location, Very nice stay with Ramada Wyndham I loved here to come again n again...

Its a nice place to stay.

This hotel is situated in a quite place. The managers and other staff members were courteous and polite. Food was good and room service was fast. The view from the room is of lush green trees on one side and residential apartments on other. I advice you to chose room accordingly. All said, for the price it was a really nice option to stay in northern part of Delhi.

The place is good and services are fine. But when I booked the room, I booked a double bed room and when I checked in to my room, I got a twin bed room, which was very disappointing at that time and they offered another room but it was at a different floor while I stayed with my whole family and they also had booked rooms on the same floor so it was not possible for me to change rooms.

Hotel has changed its name from Sewa to Ramada......Derives are better now as compared to earlier .......Rooms are very clean with better bed n towel quality .....Very tasty food with large variety......Staff is very friendly n helpful.......Thanks for housekeeping team to make my stay so comfortable ....

Rooms are good. Hotel is located away from rush and hocus pocus of Delhi. A Mandir with idols of most Devi amd Devtas with peepal tree and a Shivling at its root just 50metres away from hotel(divine experience). Food was average here. Food at Ramada Jaipur was awesome. Comparing it with Jaipur Ramada food was average.

Unwelcoming faces as we entered ...we as a guest seemed like a burden to them !!! Room was quite spacious but toilet soap was missing ,on demanding staff got rude. No sewing & shaving kit was available in the room. On asking extra cup for tea... they forgot to provide. Even they didnt help us in transferring our luggage to the room easily. We unnecessarily had to wait ...when we were in a hurry. We were 3 guests ,they gave extra mattress without any accessories like pillow n all and also were not bothered or sorry abt it. Staff was quite perfect in showing some argumentative behavior with their guests. Breakfast was gud.I will not recommend this hotel coz when u pay 5600/- for a day ... good hospitality is expected...which I didnt find in this hotel. I stayed in this hotel for 12 days after I came back from international trip, and was delighted to see that government safety protocols for COVID are practiced in detail, I stayed in room number 314, and the room was thoroughly cleaned, sanitised and disinfected every single day, Bhimseen who was room boy on third floor, would go above and beyond his way to make sure everything was clean and sanitised in the room, he always wore gloves and masks, and took care of his safety as well as the safety of guests.My stay in this hotel was comfortable and cosy and the food was also delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and safe stay away from home in these troubled times. 😊

Booked room directly through hotel website in Jan 2020 ..they charge reasonable ....Rooms are good n clean sheets with soft towels however they are still in conversion to ramada by Wyndham......This dont have smoking rooms ....I like the food here speacially tandoori chicken was very tasty ...Staff is very friendly n helpful .......I will definitely recommend this hotel,......

Room size was great, and staff seemed polite. However, furniture and bed linens were filthy. Had to ask housekeeping 2x to change the bedding. After speaking to the manager, linens improved a bit. The hotel also coordinated a taxi for us and over charged us to make a profit. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is okay but theres nothing that is 4 star. From facilities to staff or cleanliness... it is not a 4 star. In washrooms you will get re-wrapped used bathing soaps, towels with hairs on them, and also dirty pillow covers. As for the morning buffet it is just normal. If you are looking for some 4 star hotels to stay in then look for other options.

We had comfortable stay at this hotel, the staff is courteous and rooms are pretty clean. Inside rooms you have pretty much every basic need available. The food here was average. Hotel is decent as compared to the cost it charges. It is located on main road with wheel chair accessibility and parking facility available.

Hotel sewa grand is a beautiful, well maintained property with ample of space. Rooms are cozy and room service is quite good. Bathrooms are the basis of my judgment personally and the hotel management gets it absolutely right. Tariff is reasonable. Culinary is refined. A good place for throwing parties.
