I am checking in to your hotel for Australian repatriation flight.Staff were helpful and guided us with exact steps required. Food was good, water was provided, everything was taken care of.There is one thing that I want to bring to management’s attention, there were many people in a small hall sitting without social distancing, this is very bad and you guys are putting everyone at risk.Come on guys this is a 5 star hotel please follow some basic Health and Safety protocols.

Strategically located hotel. Not far from heart of Delhi nor from Airport. A big brand and therefore relatively expensive. Here you can experience luxury with excellent service. Many Heads of States have stayed in the hotel. It overlooks the green ridge area of Delhi providing better experience than many other hotels in nearby Areocity.

An excellent place to stay in Delhi! My husband and I were here for 10 days and had an amazing experience! The staff is extremely hospitable and accommodating. Our favorite part of our stay was the breakfast and meeting the welcoming staff each morning. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel right at home. A great big shoutout to all The Pavilion breakfast staff. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Delhi! 😊

Its is one of the best rated hotels in India. Food is delicious. Even though its a luxury hotel, the communication among the staff is very poor. For example, waited so long in the waiting area for check in and developed a bad cough during the stay. Moreover, they broke my luggage bag wheel while unloading at the airport.

It was a class apart luxury.. I comes in the category of 5 star ++ hotel. The comfort, luxury, hospitality, were all so amazing. Yes, you feel the food and the in room dining are a little over the top priced, but then its a 5 star, its expected of a 5 star luxury hotel of this caliber to maintain highest standards of food quality and taste, and that, comes with an extra cost. We stayed in one of their biggest rooms, dont remember the exact name of the room category but it was 440 m Sq. Overall our stay was superb!

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Delhi! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

I booked the executive suit and it was the smallest room that i have ever seen in any hotel n the washroom even smaller.. no place to stand.. also the service was very slow n took hours to reply back.. had to call thrice for any service.. the food however was good.. had drinks n snacks at the golf bar n breakfast at the pavilion, which was good.. but overall, the experience was average.. not itc standards at all!

Amazing visit like never before, pleasant stay, you have to ask whatever you want to do and they will guide you to do so. very helpful staff, they upgraded the room from exclusive to towers on request that was really nice, cake also provided complimentary, buffet meal in Pavilion restaurant you have to take on your own as they dont serve you everything , few things you can order like tea, coffee, omelette but rest you have to take on your own . It was wonderful dining and stay as well. It took little time for check in as they check the room before giving you the key and one person to assist you about hotel and room, Comfy bed, washroom with tub and lots of towels, bathrobes, food was tasty and area itself is awesomeЁЯШК. Love the experience. They do stand up to their tagline of being a responsible luxury hotel. The rooms were large, clean and each and everything was properly sanitized to be used by the next guest. From the TV remote to all cutlery items all come in covers ensuring minimum contact by other people. The staff is extremely polite and will not leave any stones unturned when it comes to servicing the best. Also, the property is serene and has a nice green scenic view in the midst of such a busy city. They are also single use plastic free.

For starters to book a room directly with the hotel, it will take you 3 days after talking to 6 different people explaining the same requirement. They won’t be able to send you a simple payment link for good 2 days. Then on arrival my ITC one room had wet soggy east wall which was covered with curtains, hoping they will be windows I pulled the curtains and the wall was stinking. The whole room had a soggy smell from that damaged wall. And I was paying 11000+ for one night for this. Brilliant !!! Then out of generosity a girl name Divya helped us with another room in the same category but all I could see was solar panels out of my window. Sorry ! Looking at solar panels on a city staycation for 11k per day… The food was below average. Lunch was bland and tasteless. Never order a river sole. Rather eat potatoes. The breakfast had variety but zero taste and quality. There was no info regarding reserving a table for breakfast in the mail or any instructions guide. So if you walk in to buffet be ready to get those looks from the staff. Sorry but no sorry! You might have to kill for booking the spa. Overall pathetic experience for the amount of money I spent. Never again !

Unarguably the most friendly staff (especially Mr Denis Anand, a sight of him is worth the stay) I have encountered in many numerous stays in hotels in India and abroad. Rooms are super clean and quite spacious.Multi cuisine restaurant offers satisfaction to all taste buds.

Staffs are very friendly as well the they make their guests feel as if they are in their second home. Food tastes devine.

ITC Maurya sp marg Delhi is a place with impeccable ambience. Food at bukhara restaurant is gastronomic especially the sikandri raan which even many international dignitaries are served. The sitting lounge gives very positive vibes.

Picked ITC Maurya thinking it will be a great 5 day holiday but my stay has just kept on becoming worse.Firstly, had requested a surprise cake for an anniversary and wanted it do be delivered when we reach our room, upon arrival to the room there was no cake and when the reception called to apologise they asked my partner if we wanted the cake now (it was supposed to be a surprise! And they completely ruined it)Secondly, the room. They said that they upgraded us and when we arrived to the room the view is of a green construction area so basically its like having no window.Thirdly, at 6:30am on wednesday a hotel staff repeatedly knocked in our room and asked us where to keep the cups. We never even asked for cups. Then we got a telephone ring again asking about those cups. For a hotel like ITC Maurya we really expected better than a room number mistake at 6:30am. Completely ruined our morning.I was outside of the hotel when I wanted to make a reservation for dinner for bukhara restaurant but the telephone service is absolutely horrific. If I just need to know the availability of the restaurant I shouldn’t have to wait 3minutes on a hold call - after which it got too much so I just hung up and didn’t get a reservation for my preferred time even though I had called two days in advance.The room despite the view was clean and of quality.Having stayed at many hotels around the city I would much rather recommend anyone to stay at another 5 star property than this hotel.

Great ambience, nice pool. The check in process was a little slow but everything else is quite good. They they 3 categories of rooms, the Presidential Suite being the best in Towers. There are 2 restaurants in the Lobby. The Bukhara is well known for Dal Bukhara but I found it to be overvalued. The other one Dum Pukht is better with better interiors and classy look. All washrooms are contact less. There is Jewellery store, designer chocolates, Wills lifestyle store, Spa, Gym. Some good deals can be found on online platforms.

It was expecting that luxury hotel will be awesome in terms of property but in terms of staff as well we met Divya in the lobby such a charm with enthusiasm of work I saw this after so long from showing us the hotel to her excellent service and conversation we never felt there was so much of time consumed and we had to hit for lunch I am glad so are my friends to see this young lady working hard with positivity and running the show in the lobby . Glad we still have such staff who takes good care of you and make you write and still with smile I am writing this if there is any appreciation letter do give her from our end .

Soo I came to dum pukht few days back with my friends family, We reached there around 10:30 on 23rd of September, I have been to dum pukht before so recommend to my friend and we went there together, our server, recommended us some of the dishes there to order, for starters we had, kebab labgeer, non veg kakori, for our main course assorted breads, dal dum pukht, aloo bukhara kofta salan, Murgh handi quorma, to end our meal with something sweet we order gulab ke kheer, and kulfi badshah pasand. The food was really great, hatts off to the chefs who are working so hard to make our meal so special, Im definitely going to come again, and recommending everyone whos reading this to go to ITC Maurya, go to dum pukht and experience food which is going to blow your mind away, really loved it ❤️

This is the property where I felt very welcoming and safe . The place is very beautiful . The rooms are gorgeous and the view from the rooms are more amazing. The greenery in the hotel makes it a perfect place to stay . Go and check it yourselves .

I never expected such kind of treatment for a traveller. I was taken to this hotel with great expectations. Our flight to USA was delayed by 24 hrs due to some technical snag and we were asked to stay put in this hotel. Front desk guys took our Passports without any details and held us like an hostage. On top of it they took a pictures of our passports which is itself a violation of our rights.they screamed at us like we were beggars and we begged to return our passports so that we will be checked out but it fell on deaf ear. Highly disappointed and felt like we were kidnapped. Will never visit this place again in life, a nightmare.Dr. Ateeq

Staf is not properly trained. Service is poor. Breakfast has no variety. Rooms are not spacious. They make a hole in the pocket with no proper services. Mini Bar was empty, toiletries only for one person for booking of two. No bubble bath wash. They made us wait at the entrance at the check in time. They are understaffed. Oh I have a list if I start writing. In all, complete waste of money!

An elegant set up with all Covid 19 protocols being followed religiously. Food served in buffet in the Pavilion was very good and delicious. Rates are reasonable too.Very reasonably priced Designer chocolates at the Fabelle. Sales personnel was extremely kind and polite.Parking lot was full with little provision for self driven cars.Toilet doors with sensors is extremely well thought out.
