Only due to taste of food this kind of restro were running if any one want cleanness and hygiene no place for that not even a proper dress of staff and no mask and these restro look like setting at any municipal waste cornerEvery where big rats and flies and insectsEven tables were also not clean after a customer .Delhi municipal and food Licance department should take some action and check such a placeSo that the covid does not spread

That was nice experience of food, old but yet delicious food offered. Situated in old city of Delhi, parking problems you should use public vehicles. Quantity of food is high, great taste and Lassi is the best thing from this shop. Every visitor should try atleast once. Thanks to owner for maintaining this old shop.

This place is famous on YouTube many YouTubers have reviewed This restaurant cum dhaba good..as food not by ambience.. but i didnt find food to be good at all.. hygiene was terrible.found a hair on a dal makhani bowl.. and dead fly on water jar(mug).. had to say.. not satisfied by the hygiene of the place.. but.. for food it is overall okay

I was so wanted to go this place and have some best and fluffy naans . This place serves the best and biggest naan in Delhi. I ordered chur chur naan thali and i was amazed they had mix suji in that . It was so delicious and so yummy. It is worth the price and very affordable. I would recommend who all are naan and dal makhni lover, go check out this place and you should try their biggest butter naan♥️

Food here is excellent but the prices are not justified as per the quantity although the very famous and delicious paratha and naan are tremendous in size and have very unique way of preparing them also. The picture I am sharing is of amritsari thali which has dal makhni, shahi paneer, raita and one mini kulcha/naan. Its more then enough for one person as the size of bread is very huge.

Best Paratha, their kake paratha are really good and best. Their dal makhani is also good and Shahi paneer is worth. We also tried lassi which was also good.

If you are in Chandni chowk, you should not go to anywhere else. Try the stuffed naans, Chole Chawal, Dal Makhani and it was amazing. You should never go to Parathe wali galli as it is very much over hyped. Try Kake Di Hatti for sure.

Saw on the wall that they have trademark for hariyali naan and tried it. But it was just a stuffed naan with a lot of aloo and a bit of pudina.The naans here are famous for their humongous size. Most people wont be able to finish even one.The sides were okay.

Good quality spices mixed just right. Thats half the story of famed culinary delights of Chandani Chawk area.Old times remeber how the other half of the magic was weaved by pounding the spices with caste iron mortar and pestle.Same used to be at Kake but with time it became impractical. However after inheriting this joint its young owner (he was young in early 2000s) still managed to retain the flavours of Chandani Chowk is very commendable. It is one of the few places in chandani Chowk where one can experience the flavours and taste from the golden past.A must visit if you are in old Delhi railway station or chandni chowk area and are not too finicky about hygiene.

What a food!! Yummylicious...I had Chur Chur naan shahi paneer and chhole ... absolutely amazing ! I will definitely go to this place again to try their kulhad rice and chhole . Staff is also very polite .

Delicious aloo butter nan and dal makhni

The shop is very old and famous, the food served is really delicious no doubt the special handi daal is really really tasty which the shop is famous for, the special Naan with lots of varieties of naans, taste is good, well cooked , salad is there with raita, but the problem is about space ,as the shop is old the roof is in very bad condition, old utensils, and less facilities for washing hand n hygiene shop need renovation quickly.

But the food this place has to offer is amazing.And their food is unique.The biggest problem to this place is that they only accept cash payment and no other mode of payment is accepted here which was a disappointment.

I have been there before pandemic outbreak, it’s a congested place as it’s located in Old Delhi. I tried there aalu paratha, dal makhni and kadahi paneer, they were just okay in taste. Don’t expect very good ambiance and cleanliness and parking is not available there. One has to wait for long to getting seated. It’s a pocket friendly restaurant.

All the dishes we tasted left us finger licking.Dishes tried -Handi Dal Makhani - Came in handi as it can be seen in pictures, boiling hot 🔥 and it stayed liked that till the end and really loved the taste.Dhuadhar Panner Butter Masala - The taste was really nice although it has too many chillies. If you dont like chillies then this dish is not for you.Mix Naan - Was given a naan with stuffing of that amount and taste which I has never seen.Amritsari Naan - Love the spices in this naan.Butter Naan - We ordered a baby Naan and even that was very massive but never had a butter which didnt feel heavy even after eating a Naan of this size. Not a single side or corner of the naan was thick.Overall had a very very nice experience. It is a place which should be on everybodys bucket list. The place is very pocket friendly and the food you get there is worth way more what you pay. Just that the parking space for car is a bit of problem here and the seating space is a bit less. So planning should be done accordingly.

I ate here many times over the years. Last time I tried here in August 2021 and the food quality has decreased drastically. Earlier the food used to be best in Delhi but now it is average.Also the staff is very rude and impolite. Due to huge crowd they wont treat you well.To visit this place, you also have to face huge traffic as it is located in old delhi near the railway station.

In Chandni chowk, amazing parathas. Size is very large. 1 paratha enough for 2 people. Tried Dhuadhar paratha and mix Paratha. Dhuadhar was very spicy. But both were amazing. Must try place.

I have a request for google to provide option of negative rating stars so that I can rate is abysmal food point.Today I went to this so called quite famous kake di hatti and Im being very very honest I swear I havent been this much honest in any review, this is THE WORST food corner I have ever visited in Delhi for last 6 years. There was no quality in food, service was worst, no place to park any sort of vehicle even bicycle I would say. Whosoever wishes to visit this restaurant I have a piece of advice dont think of going there and whosoever is advising to go there just take his/her head and hit it in the wall so that their brain start to work again. Dont waste your time, money and energy.

I think the best part about KDH are its breads, may it be Naan, Butter Roti or Laccha Paratha. Youll instantly fall in love with the breads. However the curries were the major let down, given that they are one of the oldest serving kitchens in Delhi. Apart from Dal Makhni which happens to be their beat seller, rest of curry dishes needs major attention. To sum it up, it was an average experience.

It is one of the most famous places of the old Delhi to be known for its chole bhature. I went there after saying videos of so many youtubers, food vloggers appreciating the test of their food..... It is located inside the narrow streets of Chandni chowk, in the khadi baoli area..... It does not seem to be an upscale place, there were old style tables with stools for the customers. But but I like the taste of the chole bhature which seemed to be less oily..... At the price of rupees 70, I would recommend to anyone you want to experience Delhi food to go there and try it once...

The place is very compact. But the food quality and service is really good. Reasonably priced with friendly staff a must visit place.

We (me and my friend, total of 2 people) reached Kake Di Hatti at 9pm. Although the surrounding shops had closed due to pandemic restrictions, Kake di hatti was open, brightly lit and everyone had masks on. We had to wait in a queue for about 5 mins till we got a place to sit. We had ordered one paneer naan and 2 masala chaanch. The paneer naan had a lot of paneer stuffing and was a lot bigger than what you would expect (imagine the size of dominos large pizza). We could only finish half of the naan and had asked the waiters to pack the rest of it. Along with paneer naan we received condiments like onion and mixed achaar. The paneer naan does not require an additional side dish (sabzi) as it is very filling and can be had on its own. The waiting time for the food was approximately 10 minutes since we placed the order. The prices of all items are reasonable and the quantity we received for the price we paid was exceptional. The seating area is a little crowded, but given that the restaurant has been here for more than 50 years, it is kind of expected. Overall a delightful experience and a must visit place if you are in purani dilli.

The restaurants food was really good ,or say more then expected .I recently went there for take out Paneer Lawabdaar!! & that was one of best I ever had.It is bit costly as compared to other small Dhabas but for the taste you can pay a little more.The owner was also polite!!Overall Fantastic I must say, considering the tasty food ,the ambience of the restaurant & the time to prepare for your food was also less , all was good.

Went to this divine place late night with friends...by the time you reach there and have your seat, you possibly wont even believe what this place is going to offer. The walls of the place are all decorated with accolades that they have received from various publications. The food....yummy...just think about it and it will water your mouth. We ordered several dishes but not even one was less tasty. The service was fast and it was dirt cheap compared to what you are getting. Old Delhi still know the art of spices & food...my firm belief was renewed again!!If you are in Delhi-NCR, a MUST visit place!!
