I am in love with this place. I being multiple times yet I like to visit this place more often. I simply love their hot cup of cappuccino with assorted cookies.Tried butter chicken samosa, little on higher side served with some fancy chutney injections by the side. But worth a try. The ambience is so cosy that you would love it.

The sitting arrangement of cafe is quiet relaxing and comfortable. Staff working at cafe is also very nice and I noticed very hard working . Since I tried only medovic pastry which was amazing still remembers the taste so this place is must visit if you are visiting hotel , not to miss

Radisson was near airport. We had stopped on way to Shimla. Food was nice though ac was not working to full capacity as there were few people. Decor was average.We had ordered chicken dish which was good and staff service was prompt

Ordered cold coffee and butter chicken samosa. While the samosa was good the cold coffee was nothing to write home about. For the price expected both to be outstanding. To top or the girl server was just not interested and In the mood probably to give good service and was largely disinterested. Something is off about Eros shangri la hotel service this tone around. Since i frequent this place it seems they are off their game off late. Hope it improves.

Mister Chai has a very beautiful and a welcoming ambience. I have tried their pastries, tea cakes and bought home breads. Everything has been remarkable! Their snacks and tea was also nice.We were really impressed by the hospitality by Mr.Hrishikesh who took care of our order and was very friendly and gave us great suggestions.We will definitely be a regular customer here.

Very good food. Recommend the chili cheese samosas and the drinks.

Rates are sky rocketing. One ordinary cappacino coffee would cost you more than 500 and where as a simple grilled cheese sandwich would cost you somewhere around 1000 rupees. Waiting for your order is even more tiring and miserable. It took 45 minutes to get my coffee and sandwich delivered at my table. F**king expensive.

Arriving this place in the morning at about 9am. Realised that this cafe may not be suitable for a proper breakfast of hot Indian dishes so we proceed to the above restaurant.This cafe serves light dishes like breads and snacks.We came here for a cup of chai after breakfast. Really enjoyed the tea. Service was great.

This is an awesome place to have tea along with snacks. They offer a wide variety of biscuits, mathi various indian snacks. The snacks are really tasty but heavy on stomach at the same time . Its a must go place with friends.

A disappointment! The ambience and the looks of the order are good, but Chai is tasteless and overpriced! Samosa was OK, service is really bad! The waitress doesn’t smile and was very arrogant. The waiter offered changing the chai, which never came! You don’t get the 5 stars treatment, but a table good for instagram shots but tasteless.

Bad overall experience I had last November. I know this is a late review but this needs to be done. So they actually would serve you stale food with their overrated chai and when you complain the staff would just go back and bring you the same thing again shamelessly. Dont go with the so called good reviews as they provide freebies and offers for putting up good reviews to people. In all I had a very bad experience and I highly recommend people to avoid this overpriced good for nothing place.

This is the place you come to, when you enter Shangri La, and take a right on the ground floor. Has easy access, great location and good snacks with your cuppa tea or coffee. A place where you can sit and talk and spend some time on the table. Although the place is always bustling and busy, still there are quiet corners where one can sit. Also the seating arrangements are flexible, from 2 and 3 seats to group seating for 6-8 people. Staff is courteous and friendly. Five star coffee shop rates..

Definitely avoid! The staff isnt really all that polite as they should be in that environment, orders take a lot of time just like hailing waiters thrice. The menu is filled with creative flavours and dishes (beverages, snacks and pastries). I barely liked whatever we ordered which is not something you should get at this price point. Location felt like a waste and Id recommend everyone to steer clear.

Had an amazing experience at mister chai.. they have very good presentation of coffee and teas. And also staff are very polite and attentive.

Its a good place for mid night outings and cravings. One tea pot is enough for 4 people but theyll allow only 2 to share. What I dont understand is why sharing of a French Press coffee is not allowed. When I have paid for it, and there is no second serving kind of thing, then why I cannot share the same.

Nice cosy place to tuck into for a hot hot cup of tea or coffee, go when you have time at leisure,coz the service is pretty slow,though heartwarming and friendly,its almost as if they would want you to chill and soak in the ambience while tucking in your favourite beverage,hot or cold and a dessert to accompany. Obviously was too busy enjoying my time there, that just didnt remember clicking any pictures,but the place is a sight for sore eyes and heavy heart to feel rejuvenated, take a trip down to the spa,will certainly, be worth the trip.

I had a glass of fresh watermelon juice and it was great! The ambience is nice within the premises of Shangri-La Hotel, New Delhi. It isnt too noisy and theres good daylight peeping in. Im not too sure about the prices as someone else paid the bill. All in all it was a nice loungy feeling to sit back, chill and chat!

One of the hidden gems of Delhi! This is one of the best all day light dining options in town! Their cutting chai, their snack menus are not only delicious, but a visual treat... and more than anything excellently priced! Really recommend this for everyone. Their Butter chicken samosas are a must try! The service is quick and efficient, and always with a smile. All thanks to the team members. Naveen one of managers is extremely helpful. 10/10 to the entire team. And to Shangri-la for such an interesting concept.

This is a great hotel near Connaught Place in New Delhi. The breakfast buffet has a large assortment of Indian dishes, and dosas can be requested from the waiters and brought fresh to your table.

The place is nice but the staff are not helpful and generous. They have a problem if we ask some questions.
