For my nephew’s birthday I ordered blueberry cake from this joint. Cake was buttery soft, and fresh. Prices were also pocket friendly and cake delivered timely. I have tried so many items from this place in past also, they sell good quality of products.

I ordered vada pav, Black Forest pastries and choco lava cake from this bakery. The vada pav was spicy and delicious.The Black Forest pastry was mediocre in taste and freshness.However the choco lava cake were really bad, the texture of the cake was really liquidy and not also tasted uncooked.Also tried the chocolate walnut dry cake, the cake was moist and soft and the portion size was good too but it was lacking in terms of sweetness and chocolatey flavour.

Newly opened bakery in Indirapuram. Tried out a lot of things from their menu. Their food of 10/10 rich in quality. Loved their small cake jars and other quick bites like paneer kulcha, pizza Sandwich. Im yet to try out their theme cakes so maybe will order sometime!Theyve maintained proper hygiene and all the staff was wearing mask and gloves. The kitchen was also super clean! The owner is also great!!All in all a great experience from this place!10/10 to team dial a cake!

I have been a fan of Dial a cake but I have faced issues with their cakes.They made spelling mistake on one cakeOther time ruined a good cake with poor writting.3rd time i ordered a fruit cake, and it was so stupiditly made with broken chocolate being placed for message part.They did not fix it even after it call them for the same after seeing the photo.I might never ordered again.There is fingerlicious and Royal bakery if you face similar problem.Also, this is not a paid review.Hope they will fix this problem and contact me.

The chocolate cake ordered from here was very fresh and tasty. i ordered from them for the very first time and was afraid about the taste, but it came as a surprise to me that it was very delicious in taste. my whole family loved it.I am looking forward to try other cakes of them.

I have been ordering cakes from Dial A Cake for last 6 - 7 years. Their designs are par excellence and taste is too good specially pineapple 🍍is my favorite with extra pineapples. Even chocolate cake is too good. They have made amazing designs for me from 95 car to train, ship, Spiderman, bike, a mother with two babies and makeups, frozen doll, advocate, archery set...last one a grand father figure. I am writing this review for cake i received on 19th May 2021. I ordered a fruit cake and received a cake which had only apples(half of them fallen on the box) with 2 cherries (rotten). I immediately called the restaurant in Madhu Vihar and asked them to replace it or refund the amount paid.The representative quoted Mam you should cut the cake and the fruits will be there. i was shocked and surprised to listen further I questioned why the image shown is entirely different of what i received as its misleading the customers. So, the call attendant replied Mam, we make fruit cakes like this only.I am completely disappointed and hoping that this review would improve your cake quality and train your staff to behave more professionally. They talk as customer experience does not matter to them.

We have been ordering pastries for a while from this place.. They are a delight.. Eggless products and quality is fantastic. The prices are very competitive. ..must try everyone... Specifically their doughnuts.. Red velvet pastries and even cakes are wonderful

Yesterday had a Takeaway from this newly opened cute little Bakery in my neighborhood for a birthday party of my cousin. We had ordered for customized fruit cake & got it delivered at our doorstep in few hours. Along with that also bought few Bakery products like cream rolls and bread fruit cake.Loved the packaging and presentation as well as taste. Must try.

Good Cake Shop in this area. Just opposite to Mother Dairy and on main road Pandav nagar. So easily visible on road, good collection but verities should be more. Price is average according to cake quality. Also, top ups of the cake having more verities like different types of candles, balloons, chocolates and many thing. Means all Birthday things can be purchased from here, no where to go.

Ordered 1.5 kg pineapple cake and made modifications on its design while giving order , but the staff was so negligent. Didn’t get what I ordered. Just got a basic pineapple cake with garnishing (white chocolate ) just as equal as 1/2 kg cake. No increase in garnishing in the size of cakes too. When reported about this problem the staff said that the person who took my order is on leave hence couldn’t forward my request for modification.(Few moments after posting this review)...Interacted with the owner of Dial a Cake who resolved my problem.Got my order exchanged and just as i ordered.Seems like there was a new staff entry who noted my order.Finally, at last got satisfied with the order.10/10 taste10/10 presentation

Their packaging doesnt seem to be sustainable. This is the second time, I have ordered the choco lava and this is the second time I got like this.

Amazing cakes! I dont know how they serve such beautifully and tastefully decorated fresh cakes at such prices!So far Ive had their fresh fruit cake and the pineapple cake; and both were so awesome. Tastes great, the cream was fresh and perfectly whipped (not bordering to be butter), fruits were fresh and did not seem canned (even if they were), the sponge wasnt dry and the cakes were very well layered. Even a simple Pineapple Cake was so tastefully decorated unlike the regular bakery stuff.I was very skeptical when I ordered the first time but they surprised me with with their quality and attitude of the staff.I highly recommend them and would like to get them more business and references. Bad Service from them, I always preferred Dial A Cake, but this time it is last, I have ordered online but items were missing and they cut the calls when I told them on the phone.They never accept their fault. Move to another bakery, there has many good bakeries then why you should pay them for this type of awful deliveries.

The cakes are refreshing and fresh. With their open kitchen you can see how fresh they bake their cakes. The staff is friendly and respectful. You can customise your cakes to the best extent possible, a little over price for customisation but worth the end result. There is also a small apcae to sit and eat in the shop. My overall expericane was 5 star. No other cake shop in the area provides such satisfactory results in cakes and pasteris. Having said that I hope they keep the good work in future and I dont have to write a new review. Cheers!!

Today, Im very disappointed about there behaviour. Today, I bought some item from them. I told them again & again give me plates & tissue papers but they didnt given. This is not right tomto not even any other cstmr. they have to improve there services.

Dial a Cake did not mention their address on their site and the reviews that I could get through Google Search were not very comforting. However, the order process went off smoothly and I also got emails from them on the status of my order. The delivery was done by 2.30 pm, which was a pleasant surprise. The cake was as per my order, beautiful, very well baked and tasty. Four stars for the quality and overall experience
