Very poor and courtesy less service and business. Stone was missing when we purchased ear rings and did not notice in the shop, we have noticed next day early morning and went to exchange (where policy says there is possibly), however the staff and manager refused to exchange and instead they fixed a stone and said thats what they can do, really pathetic where there is no customer satisfaction and completely disappointed of getting the defective piece. Very stupid service and I do not prefer to visit again and dont recemond to anyone.
