Purchased a new vehicle here staff are good polite and humble and was explaining each and every part very carefullyUpdatedService and other things like spares and every things are at reasonable prices upi payment is allowed in service station which is a good part there is a seperate rooms for the coustomers so that we can wait over there it has a nice a/c which is a good part

Service wise its good .. but billing was too hectic they will take lot of time for getting you billed ..if they resolve billing issue it will be great.

Sales review i give 5 star, they are polite and very very good towards customers. But service engineer review is wrost. Only particular 2 persons (NAVEEN bro and other) are best as service engineers and remaining all are wrost. Past two services Im giving my bike again next day after serviced to recheck and do again. Other service engineers are like doing just water wash, clean and fitting. They didnt even check whether any other material corrosion, any leaks in oil and cleaning airfilter etc. When they are doing water wash the stickers we stickered are peeling out by high pressure water when cleaning. No proper care is taken for our bikes. The labour cost for paid services are too high, they are not charging according to their chart. The service supervisor is wrost than worst, he is doing his bike service first and saying as committed bike (customer bike) and his and others behaviour are not satisfy except NAVEEN bro and other. They convince the customer like No problem is there after service if you find, then change the entire one. I say and suggest as 👎. Here are photos of my bike after service in long and short shot. Even I clean my bike better than they did.

Service is not good, even for free service the workers ask money. They don’t treat it as a service.

Billing is very slow , management is worst in this covid 19 they are not takeing any precassions now social distance , mask for staff , not using digital payments , digital payment is available but 5% extra charges they are telling , no computer bill , always manual bill , computer is available but they will prefer for manual bill , govt officials plse take necessary steps on gold fileds

Compare with all AP Yamaha Dealers they are giving best price and good service

Worst billing , for digital billing we need to pay 5% extra payment , for manual bill no extra charges , they are not maintaining covid 19 rules no social distance, so mask for staff, no sanitizers govt official just go and visit gold fileds

Excellent staff and senior mechanics are there but in my last service they refitted the valves becaz of some sounds in engine but in a week again it sounding same. I came from atmakur for a proper service but the senior most mechanics and their staff failed in their work very very bad experience.
