A written test in the first round included essay writing and cognitive ability test. There is an HR interview if the candidate is selected in the first round. Once all the stages are cleared there is a test for allocation of teams. There are multiple tests conducted post allocation to determine the level of teams to be assigned to the candidate.

The interview had three rounds ( online test, telephonic and one to one). online test was first step in which there two questions and 2 hr was the durations. Then a pre-employment form is given to be filled if you pass this round after then a skype interview was conducted

Dear XL dynamics, Talent Acquisition Team,I appeared for the online test yesterday around 10 pm for the post of Financial Analyst but my experience wasnt good. Unfortunately, couldnt complete the test fully. Missed two sections because clicked on the finish button by mistake as I wasnt compatible enough with the test pattern and was appearing for the first time for interview with the company in an online mode. So after completing the first section was not getting the next section so by mistake clicked on finish test button and the whole test got submitted and didnt allow me to retake the test. Interview process was divided into 4levels 1st was normal aptitude. 2nd round was a case study on work place. 3rd round was passage reading and answering questions to check ur grammar and grasp on English language. And last round was hr round.

A month ago, I appeared for the online test for the post of financial analyst. In the mail, it was mentioned that I will be updated about the result in 9-10 days but I have not been updated about the result. I have been mailing to the Hr, the other provided mail addresses by the help desk of the organisation but not a single reply came from their side.

First there was a test after that if you qualify that you will get mail for the interview process. After that on skype they conducted an intetview, if in this round you will be selected then you will have to face another last round of interview.

Applied online for the position of a Analyst. The first round comprised of a Maths Test. The second round was an English Test. Those of us who cleared this round were selected for face-to-face interview round. I was one of the candidates selected for the interview round.

Many of my friends work in XL Dynamics and they are earning quite well amount and are living such a good lifestyle. Xl Dynamics pays their employees for overtime as well , Unlike other companies who do not pay at all but this company pays their employees the exact amount they have worked more for.

Every job at XL Dynamics requires extreme concentration. Every distraction is a potential cause for a mistake and mistakes are very expensive as they run into thousands of US Dollars and above per transaction.

Worst company to work. Employee cannot talk with each other. No incentives. No work life balance. No job guarantee. HR is of no use as they dont have authority to design any policy. All the policies can change any time as per companys requirement. Too much work pressure and continuously changing process. Higher managment is worst and dont care about employees.

It was a mixed experience working with them.I had a really awesome Team Manager Mrs.Goswami , Team lead Vivek kumar and team mates who are wonerful people to work with. But few senior female team members are very unlike the Manager and lead. Good working environment, salary, people and 5/7 work week are very unlike any other financial outsourcing companies.Frankly I was not very good at my work, yet when I was resigning, they made a genuine effort to retain me. So, those firing stories may not be completely genuine. But not every manager , team lead and senior team members may not be as good as mine.KTs and Continuous tests are a bit tiring.I can not say same of all teams in both shifts. Few team members from nightshift UW team always seemed to be under pressure. I was part of FR team which consisted of mostly nice people.The HR team promptly process our requests even after releiving from the company. I got my F&F settlement, PF settlement very promptly.

Basically do not apply for the off-campus. I have done that and I regret it till date.First of all, I want to clear it out that I have been a ICSE student till 10th standard and then went to Birla School Pilani, where I was selected to represent my school in national debate, 2010.So I have a pretty good knowledge of the language.Well I was preparing for GATE and was bored, so my friend was going to give this interview, I went with him too.First round was comprehensive, we were given a comprehension and provided with a correct/near correct answer.It will be very easy to identify the two which are completely wrong. So basically all my questions was right.When I get back after the break(I was the first one to complete in my group 28 min to be exact), my name wasnt announced and my friend was surprised too, because his name was announced and he is average in the language and copied most of my answers.So I went to the scrutiniser, to just see if my paper was checked or not. But they refused to show it . I told him that they might have misplaced it, I havent attempted a single question wrong.But they didnt show me my paper.I came back and mailed the whole incident to the email provided by the site.No response. No nothing.Its a hoax what I have went through. I knew my place in the world, but for those who doesnt this place will give a blow to your confidence you can never get up with.So go for the torture and mental abuse.
