Suggest to Hiranandani Developers that they should keep a Cardiac Ambulance standby 24 X 7 .... In case of an emergency, resident to be able to reach hospital facilities like Apollo in shortest of time considering the distance of about 28 kms .... there will lot of Senior Citizens from Mumbai who will consider staying in their Complex which scores high on all other points.

This complex is under construction. Good place for families to live. Water supply from morbe dam and electric supply from Tata power. Houses are great size. Good school and garden area for kids to enjoy.

Be careful before you invest in this township. I am a victim of the delays on this township. The builder Hiranandani has completely changed his stance and instead of selling these flats he says it is 99yrs lease. Do your due diligence before putting any hard earned money of yours in the township. Check various articles published in the media about the fraud involved. It is not a sale deed but lease deed.

Its almost 15km from panvel station. You can get shared cab (black-yellow) from panvel station, costs around 30/- INR.Good ambiance. Still construction is under process. It have business park, residential building, school, hospital.

Lots of shopping and quality High Street Retail stores make the place vibrant and happening.

This is the good place to invest but it is too far from city. For residing here and working in town is the toughest task. So think before you byuing a property here. Overall construction quality is good. All the amenities are good here. Nice staff. You will get all the help from organisation.
