I have been trying to reach someone from Marvel Developers . Calls and emails have stopped or calls are switched off . Does anyone have a contact number . I was supposed to get my flat last year but everyone is gone in hiding .

The projects are delayed and they have poor cash flow and project management. Pls go with trusted names who can finish projects in time. Waiting for possession of their project now it does look like it will be completed with the amenities promised.

They dont keep their promise. they promise to give possession in 2020 but still cc has not come. might take still 4 year. Please never invest

Have really bad experience. Cannot say much more than this. Please dont buy any property from this developer even though they look very truthful and they have a habit of sugarcoat everything before the purchase after that they wont even bother to receive a call . It was my biggest mistake to purchase from this developer . I am going through a lot of nightmare because of there irresponsible attitude .

Worst real estate developer, I have met. They have deliberately delayed possession of Sai Shanti park, Taloja by 2 years. Mis-utilising funds and no construction on ground.Never to trust or invest with them.
