We have been facing following set of issues at Goodwill Pride hence required your immediate intervention on the same.Issues-1) CIDCO Water-One of the flat tenant received worms in the water supplied by CIDCO. When investigated CIDCO water pipe line is broken & used by slum people near building. Also pipe inside the CIDCO pump room opposite the Goodwill Pride building have leakage. The taste of water is also different & might be unhygienic to consume.We appreciate the cleaning of water tanks in the building but issue is still there because of external factors.2) Bathroom/Toilet in the society-Please construct the bathroom/toilet in the society area. Building security guards go in an open area in front of the society for the same. For an outsider also it is a problem.When Bathroom/Toilet work was going on near entry, society members wanted another place to construct it & never meant to stop the work.If possible request you to choose another place to construct it may be near generator. There is an enough space, won’t be at entry point & also won’t be an obstacle for anyone. If not possible then please construct it according to your understanding. This decision could be arrived by mutual discussion & agreement.3) Entrance in the society & Parking-Parking space number ‘26’ should be vacant & this parking should be adjusted to other place in the society. This parking place may create problem in future for entry as well as for transporting goods for all if sold. This parking space could be adjusted by giving parking in angular structure in the society.There must be ‘NO PARKING IN FRONT OF GATE’ sign at the gates of society near Gaon Devi Temple as well as at all the sliding gates in the society. Some outsiders park their cars there, which may obstruct the vehicles coming or going out of the society.Iron fence could be installed on open areas of compound wall.4) Open Drainage Pipe-Some drainage pipes are open in the building & water from those pipes spread all over the place in the society compound. Request you to get it underground.5) Gate-Gate near garden space should have small gate for pedestrians. It may create obstacle for security person to speak to the outsiders.Also space left below both society gates is enough that outside animals might enter through it. Some provision must be there to prevent it.6) Intercom-Please let us know when intercom is going to work in the building as of now we are using only door cameras on those phones.7) Owners name on building plate-Please let us know when you are going to put owners name on societies nameplate.Suggestions other than issues-1) Please install glass door near lift near entrance to prevent water.2) Please install benches near lift as well as at allotted garden area.3) Please block the entrance for rats near allotted garden area. Also please do the pest control in the society before handing over the society by the builder.4) Flash lights could be installed near entrance of the security gates.Need your action/discussion on the above points.Regards,Goodwill Pride Occupants
Great quality office space with great location and amenities at the heart of Vashi.
