Cheater-I have bought samsung refrigerator in may 2018. While I paid Rs. 39000 for brand new fridge, mr. Pradeep.sales person cheated by deliver.dispaly item. Thanks to samsung service engineer, because while he came.to give demo, then he notice that a sticker is there on front side of door. After removing that sticker there was a dent. Surprising when I contacted sales person mr. Pradeep he advised me to.replace the door. After lot of follow-up more then a month(over phone and personal visit at showroom) , I wrote the mail to kohinoor and consumer forum. Finally with the help of samsung regional team and my email to kohinoor head office they accepted their cheating sending display item and replaced new one. It was very horrible and disturbing experience for me. Please be aware while buying product. Go for trusted brand.

We have been a regular customer with Kohinoor past 10 years and have bought fridge, vaccum cleaner, washing machine & LED TV from there at reasonable rates.. we have always got good service from their attentive staff.. Keep it up.

Respected Sir/Madam,I had bought TCL LED 49S6500FS-49 ON 30.04.2020. Within two months from the date of purchase, the internal screen of the TV got damaged and the video is able to seen in few places only, remaining parts of the screen has black patches. The technician who visited said theres no solution other than buying a new one. But I would be happy if the same gets repaired. Today, I got a call from your Kohinoor Customer care centre for the feedback. The person has asked me to write to you regarding the problem. Hoping to receive a solution regarding the damage. We have been buying electronics since 10 years from this shop and the quality of the goods was fine. But Last year, we had bought tcl tv and Onidas AC. For the AC, they have not even come once for servicing. The TV is also not good.it keeps making noises. In November, two burner gas stove was bought and no home delivery was done. We dont even get preference nor gifts even though we are such constant customers.
