We have purchased luminous inverter from them, Really very good experience for us with kings electronics, panvel and can recommend this shop to anyone.

I will suggest not to buy anything at all from kings electronics,panvel. I bought an *atta chakki* which was delivered to me after 6 days and no one showed up for demo inspite of calling them at their store for more than ten times. Once they are done with selling their product they wont pay any sort of attention. It was my worst ever experience. They are pathetic.

Pathetic after sale service. I bought refrigerator and many other things here from last 10 years. My refrigerator which is in warranty period suddenly stops working. When I call on the telephone number which are on the bill no one attend the call so I went to showroom to tell my problem and shown them bill copy. He gave me a number to call on when I call on that number i came to know it was of local electrician when I tell him my refrigerator is in warranty period then that electrician give me number of pawan who works in kings electronic. I call to him and told him my refrigerator is in warranty arrange sharps authorized service man or give me sharps authorized service centre phone number. But he dont gave me any number.After all this nonsense for 2 days i searched sharps service centre number on Google and complained about the issue myself.Kings electronics what about after sales srvice??? Do you not have any responsibility towards customer problem.Not going to buy anything from you guys from now.

Trying to get in touch with these people but not a single number is reachable.We bought a fridge on 26 november 2015, trying to retrieve the invoice but there is a no way to reach their office or people.Having a huge chain of electronic retail shops, there is not a single way to get through.Can anyone help with the invoice??

I heard postive reviews of kings electronics and so i purchased a tv set with full payment. After that they told me it will be delivered to you on next day. Its been 3 days they are excusing and sharing numbers of their employees to contact for it. I was not expecting this type of behaviour from such a reputed retail shop. I will prefer other people to shop from different shops like chroma or vijay sales as they are punctual to their words. It was the worst experience ever buying something from kings electronics panvel branch.

I visited your KINGS Electronics store at Khadakpada, Kalyan West to purchase a SANSUI LED TV. I have been visiting the showroom from quite many days to purchase the TV. Initially there were some issues with the finance, hence the deal for the TV couldnt be finalized. Yesterday, i.e 28th April. 2017, I visited the store with all the required documents for finance and the down payment. But the finance guy was not present at the store. I asked your SALES representative to proceed with the procedure, I was ready to pay the down payment as I needed the delivery by next day i.e 29th April, 2017. The SALES Representative asked me to make the payment on next day itself and he also promised me that he will deliver the product on 29th April, 2017. I deliberately asked him to check with his seniors and check for the delivery confirmation, as it was very important for me to get the product delivered on 29th April, 2017. He checked with his senior and confirmed that he will get the product transported from the Panvel warehouse to the Kalyan showroom and deliver the product to me by 29th April, 2017. Next day on 29th April, 2017 I visited the showroom along with all the required documents and down payment, I had to wait at the showroom for nearly 2 hours. Then as we were proceeding with the finance login, the SALES representative informed me that they cant deliver the product to me by 29th April, 2017. The product can only reach me on 1st May, 2017. I informed them about my emergency as there is a auspicious occasion at my house today and I need the TV for the same function. I requested them to please arrange it as they could transport the TV from Panvel warehouse to Kalyn. But trust me neither the SALES Rep nor the SENIOR wished to go an extra mile and deliver an extra ordinary service. The was the most disappointing and frustrating experience of purchasing something. I have heard some good words about KINGS Electronics but seriously my personal experience at KINGS Electronics was the worst.
