I bought the Hero Xpulse bike on 27th July 21st from HM Motors Panvel. Within a month, the bikes engine started making a lot of noise. When I showed the bike to the same service center, they told me that it was tappet noise.after that I showed the bike to the service center twice for the same problem but they did not solve the problem...I am very disturbed by this tappet noise, It is very annoying and irritating when I ride a bike.I have had a very bad experience with Hero products and services.

Good bikes with good features. Poor customer service. Sales rep was not interested in talking , as he said he has to go for lunch. Next to this show room is honda and you see the difference , no lunch time and no bad reviews. good bikes and good work. Hero Honda need to know about such poor show.

Getting transparency in rates and quotation is very difficult here. Financing a Bike is more harder than an AIRPLANE .I asked about on road price of HF DELUXE which they gave but the executive was not able to give finance detailed breakup. Breakup of the charges were not given to me as he only mentioned the EMI amount.As I have worked for Shriram transport finance limited, I know there is a table of calculation of rate of interest ,IRR, Loan Processing Charges, Documentation Charges or Loan Suraksha Charges , NOC CHARGES , HYPOTHECATION CHARGES if any. Upon asking the executive how he calculated the EMI amount he had not given me any concrete answer .The website financing EMI is totally different of what he gave in the quotation.On the documentation part he said voter ID is compulsory whether in other states I have purchased the same vehicle without voter card. Instead of voter ID I was willing to give my PAN card, Driving License (of West Bengal) as mentioned alternative in identity proof.In case of address proof I was willing to give my aadhar card and bank account statement(mumbairegion) but here also only 1 address proof is not sufficient enough. He asked for Rent agreement and if u dont have they charge u 4000 extra. ₹4000 for what they were unable to explain again. All they said is an alternative of rent agreement if I dont have .Even if u have rent agreement he mentioned separate charges of ₹500 for affadavit, which I dont understand again.

The only thing they did with great enthusiasm was the receptionist noted down my details as a part of her job. The sales executive had a little attitude problem and a carrying a rude tone. I had been there to enquire for Hero Xpulse. All that I was able to do was see and sit on the bike and understand the price, thats it.. No demo, no console display, no brochure, no test ride, no specifications, no dimension details wer answered by him. After requesting and insisting alot, with great hesitation he showered some mercy on us of showing atleast the console and exhaust note of a bike standing outside showroom. I have purchase splendour plus and had done first servicing after 500 km. I have complained them about problem in engines though they did not make any repairs. Second thing when my bike became due for second service before that my bike stopped suddenly and heated very high. When I check the oil levels, there was no oil in engine at all, my question is how did they charge me for oil change in first service? Its all fraud all over the bike engine is making lot of noice no pickup and mileage

Worst Service with Rude behaviour of Cashier at Service Department. Better go to nearby garage than servicing with authorized dealer. Being from out state I went to authorised dealer i.e. H &M , Panvel considering i will not be cheated. But behaviour of staff was really bad. Also they gave bike serviced after 36 hours.

Navnath, person dealing in service center is very humble and helpful. Service center is good as compared to others. Place is systematic. My HF deluxe is running very post free service.

Management is too much arogant, Not at all recommended if you want a smooth service experience

Its sad to tell but the people who sit there very horrible and unprofessional I went to inquire about the a scooty but the way that guy spoke is so horrible the receptionist had no idea about the scooty and when she directed me to the manger he spoke very rude and didnt help me either in the enquiry which I went for I guess thats the reason panvel branch doesnt give you guys good sale according to the attitude the people carry there I guess its not a complaint but they should know how to treat a customer and talk goodVery horrible service and people too change the staff or else you guys will loose business just because of your staff

Below average showroom. No proactiveness from sales staff. They barely care for a customer who comes in for enquiry or booking. Had gone for booking of Xpulse 200, but they treated like I dont exist or I am not there. Just a warm welcome from the staff who was at the desk.Not expected from Hero Panvel.

I went to the showroom 17/08/20 @11.30 to buy Xpulse in cash but unfortunately no any executive attempt me for specification and not even gave me any info. I ask for test ride but they dnt have any facility of that even they dnt allowed me to start the bike.That makes me think about after sales service. If front service is NO SERVICE then how can i trust about after sales service.

Mechanic un skilled, they said horn is damage you have to replace, in out side local mechanic rectified with out cost with in 5 minutes,

Vehicle is not deliveried by on time i.e. commited vehicle will be deliveried upto 11.30 PM but deliveried around 12.30PM

Horrible service from Hero. I recently gave my karizma for servicing. It took them 3 months to work on the bike but now that I recieved it again, there is some new problem coming out of it everyday. The battery is flickering and engine is making bad noise. Plus they charge too much for the service. I dont recommend this place at all. Avoid this service centre, instead go to a local garage they will give you better service than these people.

I have taken AMC here. They have broken bikes indicator applied their double Black tape on it and took out the buzzer and the very next day by stater started making noises. I came here by taking holiday here to see they mentioned that it might be before and all.

If they (HM Motors) ask to replace any part please get second opinion from another garage. Every time they find the new problem in bike. Suppose u did wheel alignment here before 2-3 months and u come for next service they definitely tell you your wheel got out by just spinning it with hand. Chain greasing, engine flush, decarboning all done by third party (as outside work) then it is better to get your bike serviced by privet garage.

The only Hero motor cycle showroom in Navi Mumbai. This place deserve only one star. The road leading to this place is just non existent. There are potholes which can sink you and your vehicle. The service for a lead here is not good. The arrogance of monopoly is there. Hero should consider opening few more showroom in Navi Mumbai so that more sales happen and authorised dealer have good service.

These people have zero knowledge about there product. I went over there to buy the new Xpulse200FI. The guys were least interested to address customers and on top of it the bike is not available for a test ride. They just have there name in the market thats it. Poor customer service, poor knowledge about the product.

Hero showroom people are not instrested in your problems and issues at all. Their attitude is very casual and they promise and do not keep their word.

Third class showroom, third class servicing, after first servicing. My rat chew wire in my maestro, so i visited to showroom by pushing my scooter as it was not starting, showroom took two days to tell me whats an issue so i got frustrated and visited showroom there is person NAVNAATH he abused me so i told him to return my vehicle as it is, they took 1 hr to return my vehicle. I done repairing in local where the person took only 20mins to repair it while i was standing next to scooter for 20mins, on next day my maestro again not staring i visited again to local garrage, after checking he told me my battary was dead or malfunctioned, so i given it for charging and then i discovered that this people of showroom changed my battary with malfunctioned. i have noticed one more thing that back side handle above the tail light also been changed as it is not maching with my scooters white color,, handle looks totaly used, dull in color as compared to new scooter.. Dont buy any vehicle from hm motors and never service here. I tried to complaint my issue on Hero motors but they dont care for their customers as dealers provide them business for their profits they keep them happy.

I own two vehicles one is Maestro whereas the other is passion xpro, passion xpro is good one but Maestro is something you must chuck out, its mileage is just horrible along with that its battery gets discharged every month or the other along with that its service is same as the vehicle.

Lost keys for new bike. Hero is asking me to bring the bike from Kharghar to Panvel workshop without keys to put new lock set. Kharghar Hero showroom is useless for Kharghar customers.

Poor Quality Service....Hi friend, i had a worst experience with this dealer, never ever buy any motor bike of this brand. The largest 2 wheeler manufacturers are become the pathetic service providers in the world. I had purchased 2 highend bikes of hero for my comfort and now struggling for services. Hero have only 1 authorised dealer in Navi Mumbai do complete monopoly system including manufacturers. Poor quality products...

Hero moto corp showroom is just on the road connecting khanda colony signal to panvel. It is easily visible from the road. The showroom has almost all the models of Hero motocorp vehicles. The staff is courteous and provides the facility of finance also. Just walk in and you can get your dream vehicle the same day. This place is well connected to panvel , kamothe as well as khanda colony. I have been to this place and found the place easy to reach. The location mentioned here is accurate for tracking.
