You are always welcomed at Priyanka TVS. The staff is very attentive and helpful. They have a dedicated workstation and person for RR310 bike. They guide properly about issues and how to resolve them. The facility (service center) is sufficient but could be made a bit more organised. As a whole, wonderful experience everytime you are here

Very pathetic experience i felt in Priyanka TVS , panvel. My TVS scooter speedo meter was not worked properly. that time my scooter was in Warranty. But Mr Bhavin (Manager of Servicing center) and team taken the money for speedo meter . they denied to change the speedo meter in warranty. Finally i paid the speedo meter charges.Then he sent speedo meter to company . but he never informed me.This was the scam. So please take care of this small things when you give your bike for servicing.

TVS in Panvel is bit of an underdog vehicle and service outlet because the service kind of things provided here are on point. Sales is good, proper quotation with test ride is available. Services are better as thr service centre itself reminds you of the upcoming service dates. Also the feedback system over here is great. Maximum time for service is set on same day for pickup but if brought the vehicle late, the next day for sure is for pickup. Pricing and parts are well balanced and pretty pocket friendly. Special mention to Arif and Omkar from the department. These guys will make sure you go back with smile. Overall, its good to invest in TVS vehicles and after sales service.

Not a good experience. Purchased my TVS Jupiter ZX in Jan.21. First free service was due in 2 months (i.e. Mar.21). But no reminder call from showroom and they informed that they will only call during pay service !!On the day of vehicle service reached showroom around 8.45 am. It was informed that Service Advisor will come at 9.00 am. Actually he appeared after 9.15 am. He was only one person attending total 4 to 5 customers which took longer time.During vehicle inspection he asked for Engine oil change as per TVS company policy which is ridiculous. Why one should change engine oil on First free service and my scooter running was only around 130 km.I never had such experience and I purchased my previous scooter from the same showroom. No other vehicle dealer ask to change engine oil during first free service.TVS management should explain what is the rationale behind this... !

Average. I request every customer who wish to go for AMC, please dont do that. That doesnt make any sense. Because your other charges may leads to the same.The charges are too high even for minor cause.

1) 660 rupees just to change headlight bulb and speedometer wire (Total 1000 including service charge)2) Reached the service center @ 9.00am (working hours is 9 to 7) still the Service executive said u will get ur scooter back by 3.00pm ( 6 hours to be exact ).Now u have to travel back to home on ur own expenses and then pickup ur scooter on the same day or u will be charged Rs50/day🤣Whoever is reading this, get ur vehicle serviced from local garage. U will save both time and money✌️

The only positive I can mention is that they have bikes visible for display of mostly all models that they sell.On the other side the sales staff is very pushy and makes you uncomfortable with their constant do the booking right now technique which becomes annoying after a certain point. One of their sales guy Mr. Sandeep refused to even give me a quotation on their letter head for bank loan process when I told him their bank loan companies that they have tie ups with charge a higher interest rate than the bank of my choice.. Looked like he hated to have a well read and much well informed customer... He spoke very rudely to me saying that he will either not give me a quotation at all or give me a quotation with a higher price than the price we had negotiated on, if I dont pay the booking amount immediately, and all this was told to me even before my bank process had started as the other banks were not able to give me a good offer..Ill make sure friends n people i know dont ever visit this place or even refer them to anyone..Mr, Sandeep, you really need some sales training and some learnings on customer service, customer satisfaction and customer retention... I can tell you this cz Im a sales and marketing head, and if you were in my company, the day u show this kinda attitude to the clients or be rude to them woukd be the last day you would be paid a salary to work for us.Booked the same bike with Ratan Tvs Panvel and they just told me on the first phone call Sir its our duty to help you with the quotation, customer service is What we do, please do let us know if we can help you with anything Went right away n got the quotation for bank process and also gave a booking amount while leaving.

I was facing an issue to get replacement of a spare part for my recently purchased Jupiter ZX.I conveyed the issue with TVS Motors through twitter. I got immediate response on twitter and further they contacted me to understand the entre issue. After that they forwarded my complaint to TVS Priyanka, Panvel and next day I got call from Mr. Bhavin (Floor Supervisor). He assured me that the issue will be resolved at the earlier and hell be looking personally. Since then Mr. Bhavin was updating me on the progress and today I got the desired sapre part for my scooter.He personally attended my queries and got the job done. Pathetic service. Staff is not well trained and dont know how to speak to a customer. They dont have standard basic labour charges list handy available with them and they charge based on their negotiation skills.Riders just to keep a note they dont change oil or parts but do charge you for the same and try to make money out of that. Bad experience ever. Would not recommend servicing from Kharghar service center located at sec 03. And they have standard revert now on google whether ppl are appreciating or unsatisfied with their services. Go and get some etiquette.
