Even 1 rating is too much for this post office. The people is purely unprofessional and irresponsible. Its 3rd, I received parcel through Indian Post. I had to personally go today to collect my parcel 5 days later after parcel was received at this branch.Last 2 times, they did not deliver parcel at home and kept the same last 15 days without updating in system.The people behave like uneducated.

Urgent need of separate post office with good facilities for growing ulwe node. Or either link ulwe node with nerul or belapur post office on temporary basis until and unless new post office developed for separate ulwe node. This post office is in pathetic condition.

If its coming through this post office then rest assured you will not get it

Recently this post office has been shifted and now its more easy to locate.after entering vahal village you can follow the sign board for post office its nearby bank of Baroda.staff is helpful.try to reach out to you inspire of language barrier.

On 13th November my Driving licence has been dispatched from the RTO office and 30 days has been passed still i am waiting for my licence. Worst post office of Ulwe.

I dint have option of negetive rating... I dint recieve speed post parcel since 10 days. This PO is hard to locate, no phone numbers and timings in 10AM-2PM. I cannot call this a service at all and it is a torture.. India post is claiming 32 years of excellence!!!

Timely delivery- 0/10, picking up calls- 0/10, handling parcels carefully- 0/10, making a fool out of people- 11/10.

Postman always gives intimation letter to the watchman at the gate. Even if we are at home. Always we have to go to post office to collect our letters.

Worst services here they will not deliver before 10 days until you go there personally or tell them to deliver. They dont care about complain.

Earlier it was a local home, but now they are developing got there building just next to old post office building.. and even they got 3 to 4 new staff..

DisappointingThe Post office at Vahal Village is a makeshift godown and not a professional post office by any chance. Post office is very difficult to locate.No services of SpeedPost / Registered letter or SB/RD etc. Not at all in the postal network.Huge pile up of letters and parcels addressed to Ulwe as the limited staff just cannot cater the growing Ulwe.I will be writing to SSP on improving facilities considering the rapid growth of Ulwe.

Timely courrier not received

Its been a week since the product arrived at Vahal Post Office and yet they have not sent it to my home despite being only 2-3 kms far. When I went there I came to know they work only 10-2 pm so basically have to take a day off to get my courier that they are supposed to deliver it to me. Even bank has more working hours than them.Cant believe a big organization like India Post has such branches. Disappointed.

Timings are 10 am -2 pm.As there is only one postman to deliver, Many parcels keeps pending...we have to go by ourselves and collect our product. And there is no telephone line provided to them, the contact number mentioned above is of panvel post head office.

The place is hard to locate you have to ask the people around. The building looks like a rundown dumpyard. Delivery service delays by 4-5 days after the item has arrived in the office.
