Hope I could give rating in negative, if u hv amount in ur account, every other morning, day n evening any sales executive keep on calling u to sell something, even if u say no, some other executive call u next day, disgusting...they behave badly to complete their sales target n show u the way to get account close for not helping them in buying their products.

Very Poor Customer Service. Visited the bank today at 9:30 amthe staff was annoyed as they had to start work early!

Very bad service. Had to wait almost two hours to make a payment for an university I was about to study in. By the time their representative got free it was closing time and I was asked to come the next day.
