The place is amazing. Their service is also nice but we had network issues at that place. The issue was solved by the WIFI but at very minimal rate. Still the place is amazing to get some ME TIME to away from the real world stress.

Club Mahindra Hatgad is small resort. Service was average. Studio room is good. We stayed in Block 5, 1 Br. Washrooms and other rooms were continuously stinking. Nothing great nearby. If you are fond of Greenery, want to take rest then do visit during rainy or winter season. During summer it might not be that good.

Squeezed property. Bad network. Room infested with cockroach. Exorbitant food prices and in room dining has too little options with tiny sized potions.Only good part is as always good staff

Food is highly priced.... Rooms are not maintained that well.... Ok place to stay if you want something near Saputara.... But Saputara have better places now

Best to visit in the monsoon, it has a beautiful view of the mountains. The foot of the Hatgad fort is just a walk away. It took barely 90 minutes to climb up and get back down. Saputara is just 6 kms away so you can visit the Table top, Rope way, Sunrise and Sunset points. The mist on these mountains is breathtaking and the drive gets very beautiful too.Food at the resort is decent and buffet is more suitable for the Gujarati pallet. But Ala carte can be made to suit your taste buds.Rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. Fun zone has good activities like snooker, table tennis, etc. and family activities every evening. Swimming pool and gym are closed because of government guidelines (including local).I am a Club Mahindra member so does not hurt my pocket very much, though for non members it may be costlier. But always worth the money (though this may sounds like my individual take)

Super ambience and excellent hotel in the midst of Saputara. This place is very close to Saputara and is one of the best property of Club Mahindra. Bufffet spread is excellent and food is just delicious. Lake is close to the Hotel and there is a rope way close to the resort to enjoy..

Awesome place to stay for 2 nights. Lot of activities inside resort and more fun activities at Saputara lake which is 6 kms from resort.

Good place to stay. But be ready for Digital detox. No mobile signal/No Internet

Resort is good for family trip. Vehicle parking is not spacious enough in comparision to the rooms offered. It is very congested and at times they have to park outside the hotel. Food quality still needs to be uplift and take it upto the mark and also their tea is not very good. Kids area outside has very few equipments and some games in the indoor area are on chargeable basis, which is not very good as a repute to the guests.

Nice Hospitality, Best of Services and Wonderful location.

The rooms were big but the housekeeping staff were not at all efficient, only the restaurant staff and manager were kind and generous. The food not at all good. Better option is to explore other restaurants for food. The reception staff argues with you when you raise a question. Overall a good place to stay and relax.

Hatgad location itself is very beautiful; and staying at Club mahindra is like cherry on the cake.Must visit place in monsoon.Stay:Beautiful location , just in front of the hillock; if you are not in the mood to go out, just sit in the balcony and feel out the breezy weather. The amenities like cycles/bikes,games,lawn and the corridor make it great for the leisure and family time.Food :Food is always great in Club Mahindra resort chains, whatsoever be the location. Youll always find all type of food which is scrumptious too.Rooms/Cleanliness:The rooms are clean and fresh, while handed. Balconies as well as washrooms were squeaky clean.Covid safety measures:They strictly followed safety measures, with guests as well as their vehicles.Services:Very much happy about the staffs hospitality.

Excellent location, great food and good service. Loved the experience. Climate was too good. Swimming pool was not operational due to covid restrictions but other activities were good enough. Phone and internet connectivity was the only issue.

Whats not to love about club Mahindra!Loved its location and food. The staff was good. There were activities for kids within the facility. No mobile network available in the rooms. Wifi is only available in the reception area. Just a 5 minute drive and you can the majestic Sahyadri mountains. It rains every now and then, followed by heavy fog. As you go along for 15 mins , you enter Gujarat state border and a hill station called Saputara which is too crowded during weekends.Good place for a short weekend.

A great time to visit Saputara. Amazing weather. Its a digital detox staycation. No network/No internet.WiFi is available, however depends. During my 3 day stay, it wasnt available for 2 days.They do have fun activities. Swimming pool was closed during my stay.Its a small property.Things to do : Boating, Ropeway, Sunset & Sunrise point, Table point & a mini trek right next to the hotel.The staff here is amazing. I would definitely want to extend my thanks to Shrinivas. Extremely helpful & always smiling. Do reward him, if theres anything in your purview.

We visited during monsoon,it was a very good stay.Especially food,and live music show by Jitendraji.Rooms are big and with good amenities.

Beautiful place amazing weather and as you can expect from club mahindra amazing food and rooms. A lot of options to enjoy and also the funzone had options for all ages. Only issue i faced was the lack of network connection throughout the hotel and to get internet you needed to stay at reception.

Nice Location awesome climate food quality was good...The only thing I would like to say they should provide room Wifi because there is network problem at the location..So would request club Mahindra to provide good wifi in the premises as well in the room for emergency...

A quaint place for weekend holidays. Wr have been here twice and love the place. Small but beautiful, the report sits at the base of the hills and has a pretty lawn and all modern amenities.We visited the nearby tourist spots like the rose garden, sunset point, Saputara lake, and sunrise point. The ropeway ride is particularly enjoyable. Watching the sun go down behind the hills makes a wonderful scenery.The sunset point offers amazing views.The Club Mahindra resort is good. We played different games and enjoyed walking the round the resort. The food was delicious. We loved the buffet spread.Overall, our stay at Hatgad was quite satisfying.

Extremely poor reception, at Hatgad Resort.Even plain water was not available at the reception counter and had to shout at the manager to arrange for water for the guests reaching here in the afternoon.Clean potable water was not available throughout the stay of three days, although the staff called the water served as RO water. This resulted in four ladies of our group falling sick, and a few more people from other guests/groups also faced similar discomfort.One wishes Club advises the guests to carry their own clean water to be consumed during their stay at Hatgad Resort.Totally disappointed with the arrangements which were at its worst ever since I started being an active Club Member since over Seventeen to eighteen years.

Ours was a family trip on 8th July to 11th July. It was a very pleasant atmosphere and the location of the resort too was very nice. Enjoyed rainy clouds on the way to Hatgad fort just on the backside of the premise.We enjoyed good service and cooperation from Managers Mr. Amit, Mr. Ajit and Mr. Surendra.Recommend everyone to visit and enjoy this premise.Only one suggestion to the management from my end is that the hot water supply in shower and washbasin is coming after wastage of lot of cold water. A well designed Hot water circulating pump is a good solution you can get from your plumbing consultant.

Nice property with good rooms and facilities. No mobile network in the rooms. You may get lucky with vi network in the reception area. So people wants to isolate, this is bliss. They have good restaurant on premise. Price is on higher side but good food. Any way you dont have much options nearby. You can cross border and in Saputara you may get more options which is around 8 km away. Dont even think of going here without your own vehicle as it is in mid of no where. But it is nice for people who wants to relax and laze around. You can go tracking to Hatghad fort or visit strawberry farm. Do buy strawberries as they are delicious.

We went to this place in Dec First week and booked 2BR. First of all Room are quite big and overall accommodation is really great. Right behind our place Hatgad fort was there. We used to go for morning walk there. Try local food around it. Jain and Gujarati food options are also available.About Resort, Road to reach is quite good. Place is huge and Rooms are very big with all amenities. Overall Rooms and food was excellent. Service was good and people are friendly.About Hatgad, There is proper road to reach on fort, Car cannot go because it is not wide enough, but bike can go. The fort is quite small on top and nothing to see on it but view from top of it is great. Behind it is Saputra hill range is there. Quite place so must visit.

A nice quaint n peaceful property nestled at the footsteps of Hatgad fort and Saputara hills.The staff is amazing, as is the case with most Club Mahindra properties.Mobile connectivity is a major issue though, as only BSNL network is active here. Wifi is only available in the reception area and signal is often very weak.. but this has its own silver lining - no one from the office can contact you, and you can enjoy your vacation peacefully :)

Its the worst hotel you can think of, no internet connection and in the name of free WIFI all they provide is 5 kbps of speed. Not recommended if you are planning for workcation. The place is small and too crowded, didnt expect this from Club Mahindra. Its better if you choose for an alternative, its hyped, boring, and waste of time and money. Rest the decision stays on you.

Pros:Nice cozy stay....food was good and tasty. Their brownies are star and something that I cannot forget. Nice spread.Cons:The property is not very big. The hotel manager was rude and lacked basic sense of hospitality. The lady at the front desk was yelling at some guest on the phone, when there are other guests at reception. The room service was turn down as they don’t clean the rooms every day but alternate day. So I had a baby along with me and requested to clean it and they were very stubborn not to clean it. At these times when hygiene is paramount, the management really needs to take it seriously.In terms of food they need to change their ice cream brand. The chocolate ice cream was horrible.

Property is nice but rather small in size as compared to other properties. Landscaping is nice with colourful flower plants.. 2 BR rooms are quite spacious and with nice balconies.. Parking space is crunch.

There was no network connectivity even the wifi worked only in the reception with the lowest speed the regular drinking water also tasted like bore water. But the rooms were of good size.

A good property and very well managed but not worth reaching here from far location. We travelled all the way from mumbai and realised that 6 hour drive is too much to reach this place. You can just have a very lazy vacation here with almost no activity. What is good here - rooms are really big and very good, food is fine.

Small but very nicely managed Resort. Very close to Hatgad and hence you can climb it every morning. Food quality was very good.

Perfectly situated at the foot of Hatgad fort, this resort is very close to the MH - GJ border and also to Saputara. The resort itself is a bit small but evenly spaced out to enjoy and relax in the garden in the evening. There are restaurants nearby for meals or snacks, and the scenery is excellent for a long stroll along the road. The beautiful sunsets are clearly visible from a stretch of road which is a short distance away from the resort, perfect for a short sunset walk. The parking in the resort is cramped but they have another parking facility just opposite. Overall an excellent experience to enjoy, along with tasty grapes from nearby grape vineyards.

The place is well maintained and the rooms are good. Internet and mobile phone network signals are very limited. The staff is OK.

Only issue I faced here was there was no cellular network available in or near this facility. And only one wifi available at the reception. So people who are ready to let go network shall surely visit this place. Read book , play games
