Horrible Management. Please check Bill very carefully. Excessive prices are applied. Nobody is there to audit these charges. My relative died 2 days ago. Body was not provided for 24 hours because of mismanagement in staff.

One of worst hospital in Nashik ! Hospital management is really pathetic r especially hospital staff which manages billing, pharmacy, security etc.No one has clarity what their role is, their is no proper communication in two hospital department, everyone blames other department for any mishaps.I had to admit my father for cardiac emergency. I am thankful for initial treatment provided. However, they took 5 days to do a simple angiogram (later I got to know their machine is not working). When I took decision of shifting, then suddenly their machine started working and they conducted other procedures. 2D ECHO which is most important for cardiac patient was not done till last moment, I had to request them to do the same before discharge.Few other observations >>1. Hospital follows no discriminations policy properly. They do not discriminate covid vs non-covid patient and patient relatives and even isolated patient (close contact of covid positive patient) roam around hospital, collect medicines at same place. Very poor arrangement to for isolating Covid patient. Staff working in Covid has entry point near non-covid ICU.2. At the time of admission >> Even you have insurance they take deposit. Their is no set rule - they can charge you anywhere between 5K-30K. At the time of admission they tell you that you will get some of it back based on insurance company approval. However, its been nearly 2 months I am yet to hear from them. Whenever you call, without even checking you will get to hear rude answers.Hospital really need to work on how hospital staff communicate to patient and their family members >> They are very rude. Trainee doctors who works at ICU also dont know how to talk to patient, they are very aggressive (not all - but few young once)
