My brother-in-law admitted for heart related treatment. The staff and Doctors are rude, they cant speak softly, as it a private hospital family members expecting good service. What I noticed in my visit and came to know from relatives of patients that the Main Dr. Chopra does not visit to the ICU ward to enquire, or ask the health status from patents. As a private hospital its a business and patients are their customers. So service sector remains in business only due to their service and dedication.As the pendamic 2nd wave affected so many people rich or poor, everyone sees Doctors as God.Worst experience.

Actually I would also not like to give 1 star also.Worst hospital seen in my life. My grandfather was admitted for COVID treatment, but they could not save his life, whenever we tried to do follow up, staff was very rude and non cooperative and they expect money like 5 star services. Absolutely disappointing.

The worst hospital for nursing services. Though the doctors are highly experienced and brilliant but I am giving one star only because of their staff.Even the ICU patients including my relative had complaints with the nursing staff.Not satisfied.

Very Bad Services giving this hospital and taking lot of money from Corona Patients, I would request to not visit this hospital If Corona or any type of Patient. Management and Auditor also involved in this.

My mom had her bypass surgery here. Nurses are very helpful here. Doctors are also good. The security guards are the worst. Theyre so rude, no point in complaining about them, because nothing is done. Even some of the maushis are very arrogant, but the others are good. The canteen is very basic, but functional. Common Washrooms should be cleaned more regularly. They stink. But overall, our experience here was good.

The hospital is located in the heart of the city, but parking space is not adequate.The internal management and health care facilities are upto the mark. Cleanliness is generally well maintained by the staff and the nurses are very cooperative and take good care.

Staff with attitude.Kind of a jail and not at all peaceful environment.Treatment - Depends on the problem and which Doctor you approach.Pricing - Expensive compared to similar hospitals with better facilities and infrastructure. If you want to waste your money this is the ultimate destination.Inpatient - Very bad nursing. Staff will be busy on their priorities. Patient will be least preferred. You may get a long and delayed response after giving call bell to nurse.Medication will be given based on doctor advise and nurse won’t bother how the patient is responding to medicine.

It is a very big heart institute. Well organised but administration is low. I have admitted my uncle there and was with him for 2 days in this hospital. Sisters and wardboys were giving very poor responses. I have to ask them for 4-5 times to get done any work. They were hesitating to work promptly. The matter was so serious that I have registered a complaint against the staff. After that they came and inquired about all incidents and gave me assurance for good service. But it was the same hesitating work condition there continued. Outside cleanliness was good but the MICU room in which my uncle was admitted the cleanliness was not maintained properly. There was no AC in that MICU can you imagine !

1. My dad had angioplasty here at Magnum hospital, Nashik and it was an emergency on sunday.2. Dr. Manoj Chopda adviced properly and everything went well.3. Overall the patients get good treatment but staff doctors and receptionists need to improve.4.They dont coordinate or either cooperate well.5. As everyone else is saying that hospital is costly, the fact is yes it is costly. I have been charged very much for emergency hospitalization and availing services on sunday.
