Yesterday I ordered rasmalai cake for my bday and I was very upset about quality. The cake looks in zomato app was completely different than what I received. Not at all rasmali flavor, Base was very cheap , cream was normal wiped cream. Not expecting from VM at all.

Very pathatic service.had ordered a cake 3 days old and whenever going to pickup a cake said its taking time.at the time of ordering said will give you by 11 and at the time of picking told 11.30 and still not getting.

Poor cakes... They only know putting white cream every single damn cake.... I purchased red velvet cake and turned out to be nothing but the thick layer of white cream... Look at the corss section of the cake... Just thick cream...Wasted the money... And look at the size of the Captain America candle ... Such a small candle cost is 3 times of what it actually costs them...

Pathetic taste. They hung up the call while I was complaining. They didnt update that the pastry we ordered was not available on app. Instead they gave different flavor. Not fresh pastries. Dont spoil your mood by ordering here.
