I am afraid that any bad reviews could be read by attending staff and the patients could be targeted and retaliated against. The GP is excellent but the reception staff leaves a lot to be desired. Why do they have all female reception staff? I have observed this pattern across most clinics in AU. (Added 2 days after writing the initial review): I attended the clinic last week and consistent with the pattern reported earlier, the jet black complexioned younger female (who perhaps grew up in Australia) attending the desk around 5.45 pm behaved in a rude and insulting tone. This occurred despite the fact that there were very few patients and she did not leave the phone while I waited in the reception area. The elder female observed the tone of her voice and seemed to approve of her behavior.

Ive got both chronic Physical and Mental health issues (Im on the DSP for PTSD), and while Ive only ever seen Dr Hakim Gessiep for about 18 months now, I can tell you He is a First Rate Doctor! Hes Caring, while also being no nonsense and getting straight to the point. During the breakdown of Mental Health Services in particular during the pandemic, Dr Hakim has literally saved my life.You sometimes have to wait a while, I always recommend getting as early an appointment as possible, and the secretarial staff arent the best in general (Not bad, just not very efficient).The attached Pharmacy are great too!

Amazing team of health professionals. I’ve attended the clinic for approximately five years and I can’t recommend it highly enough. All very carrying people from the doctors, nurses and receptionists. Dr Verma has been exceptional and he will be sadly missed as he furthers his career away from Narregate.

Worse medical centre with the longest waiting time. Even if you have an app allow at least 2 hours to see a doctor. Over the years they haven’t done anything to improve. Disgusting service and rude doctors who has no respect for the patients time. I had an app with dr Rohana and have been waiting for one hour and 15 minutes now, still he has a patient ahead of us 😡😡😡😡

Amazing Doctors and staff . We see Dr Hakim for us adults and Dr Anna for the kids.Dr Hakim is a very caring , understanding and has alot of knowledge.Dr Anna is ever so lovely to the kids, they always want to see her. I had an appt and was checked in and temperature was taken as I entered and went safely to my appt. Only waited few mins then to be seen and . I have only positive experiences here,the staff are friendly and helpful and I think do a great job. They do get busy so sometimes you do need to be patient. I have seen a few diff Doctors at this clinic so theres a choice there.

After waiting for over 45mins I got a receptionist that was Absolutely rude and accusing me of being a lier, after I gave her constructive feedback. (BACK STORY OF FEEDBACK, ONE DAY I WAS SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM AND ASKED THE YOUNG RECEPTION WHY DONT YOU ANSWER THE PHONE? Ive been seeing my GP here for 5 years. FANTASTIC clinic 👏

On the lookout for a new medical clinic. Thought this one might be good but recently found out that if you need to transfer your records to another clinic for any reason, they will charge you a fee ($40+). According to them they OWN your records and will hold them for ransom until the fee is paid. I think I’ll pass thanks, I’m looking for a clinic that cares more about my health than making money out of me!

Narregate has provided great service every time we have visited. A special mention to Dr Fazel who is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend him to everyone. I have never met any other doctor like him.

Asked to wait in my car because I was unwell, so I could get a certificate for time off work. Waited an hour and a half feeling shocking, only to be told I wouldnt be allowed in, and would have to go get a negative test before returning. Not stressed about getting the negative, but sitting in my car for 90 minutes for no reason is a joke

Nurses are lovely apart from Zarqa. She couldn’t be more rude if she tried. Will refuse to be treated by her next time. Dr Tom & Caroline are amazing, couldn’t ask for better care.

Ive been coming here for years and Dr Cheung is honestly amazing. So kind and has so much knowledge about what hes doing. The waits can be ridiculous but I dont mind waiting for him. On the other hand, the receptionists are some of the rudest people Ive ever met and its only gotten worse over the years. You can clearly tell they do not want to be there. Whether its over the phone or in person their attitude and tone of voice is appalling. Unwell people do not want to be greeted by horrible staff members.

Funny how its every couple of reviews that are 5 stars. Everything else is 1 star, theres no inbetween. I would understand the wait time, Im willing to wait hours for Dr Debby because she is great but its the hostile, entitled and RUDE receptionists for me. Makes me so anxious knowing theyll be the way they are, have some staff training... youre not the reason people come to you, stop acting like anyone wants to deal with you either.

I see Dr Efunkanbi at Narregate Clinic. After multiple health issues that my previous doctor of 15 years (at a different clinic) continued to ignore. I got frustrated and booked an appointment here. Dr Efunkanbi was the doctor I happened to see that day, and I havent looked back.He immediately knew something was wrong, started ordering tests and got me into see the right specialists. This uncovered my diagnosis and I am now on the road to improving my help with a great care support team around me. I cannot thank him enough. Highly recommend Dr Efunkanbi.

Every time i come here, regardless of having an appointment or not. Regardless of checking in early or not. You will always have to wait ages. The last time I went was the best, i only waited 45 minutes pasty my appointment time even though i was early and checked in.The doctors honestly only know one thing. Take panadol and you will be fine. They dont care to investigate what underlying issues are there they just want you to take panadol like it wasnt the first thing i did before going to the doctors.

Booked appointment with Surgeon who visits facility 1 day per month. Waited almost 2 weeks to see the Surgeon, with pain. One day before my appointment I receive a call to say that the appointment with the Surgeon is cancelled, no reason or direction given!!!Unacceptable, unprofessional, absolutely disgusting treatment of a patient!!!The Centre then offers to re book me for the next time the Surgeon visits in 4 weeks time. No thanks. Ill get a new referral for a different Surgeon at a different facility !!!COMPLETE CIRCUS !!!

My 5 stars review is only for Dr Abby Verma, who is a bloody amazing and caring doctor. Never met a doctor like him, he actually takes the time to listen, his medical knowledge is incredible and he goes the extra mile to look after his patients. So sad to see him leave, the managers should actually try to keep good doctors instead of hiring duds!The reception staff - some good, some are not. Jorden on front desk is helpful and kind, and so is the aboriginal lady Sandra. But Mandy can be awful. the practice manager Leeanne doesnt really care about patient complaints - i complained to her once about another doctor gassiep who fat-shamed me and she couldnt care less.Other doctors are only good for scripts - dr gassiep is totally fat phobic and his diagnosis is always lose weight. Dr anna doesnt ever get out of the chair to even examine u. Appointments with Dr Debby chigoara are a waste of time.Whats the bet this review gets a standards Thanks for your feedback. Mandy the receptionist.. honestly the rudest person Ive ever dealt with . She could not make it more obvious that she was not in the mood to speak to anyone today. I tried to make an appointment and she laughed under her breath at me for even trying ( this was at 4:45pm ) she said we have nothing youre too late and had a bit of a giggle again under her breath like my call was a bit of a funny joke to her.She displayed such unnecessary rude behaviour throughout the entire call , was smug , not an ounce of friendliness and not even a goodbye at the end .. she simply hung up, and I wasnt one bit rude in response to it all. You guys need to hire more friendly/ professional people cause that sort of attitude is poor. This isnt the first time I have encountered this with Mandy, its been another 2 times previously but thought that maybe she was just having a couple of bad days. Did not want to let it slide this time Cause its enough to ruin your day ..On this note I adore Dr Rina Sangalang and Dr Debbie ( 5 stars for these two lovely doctors ) . I will review them as individuals though.. Very unfortunate about your receptionist though.

Dr Abi Verma is the best doctor I have ever seen here but it is harder to get an appointment with him than it is to get an appointment with Scott morrison! He is so so good, especially with my kids, but he gets booked out weeks in advance.Reception staff are helpful on the phone. Love the fact that Butlers Kitchen is across the road - I pick up a coffee whilst I wait :)

5 stars simply because of Dr Anna and Thy in the pharmacy. Dr Anna takes her job seriously, you are not a number. Thy is amazing. I appreciate them both.

The 5 stars is actually for Dr Abhi Verma. The wait times both in person and over the phone at this facility are a pain at times, but it is worth seeing him. You are not just another number. Dr Verma is empathetic, a great listener, humble yet very knowledgeable and always up-to-date with advancements in his field. I have so much confidence and trust in him, were so lucky to have him as our doctor.

Will not let us book an appointment over the phone for our son with gastro because we haven’t needed to go there in the last 12 months. My doctor is closed. Was trying to avoid the 6 hr wait we experienced at Casey hospital this week with our daughter with the same condition.We simply needed an electronic script for some anti vomiting medication for him. I guess off to the hospital we go! Thank you Narre gate.

This is possibly the worst waiting system that exists. I have never left a bad review for anything before but when I was here 2 weeks ago I waited for over 2 hours in my car for a doctor who had 15 bookings before me when I arrived at his start time according to their website. Today I arrived at 6.50am as I checked online clinic and first doctor starts at 7am and it’s 7.30am and the doctor only arrived 5 minutes ago and the first person has only just gone in. I’m second. The whole booking and waiting system needs to be addressed. Something needs to be done. It’s inhumane. My tile is just as important as their tile and this is just disrespectful. Having said that I really like a couple of the doctors here which is why I return but I’ve just about had it.

Would not recommend this dentist unless you want to be ripped off. Dr M Gupta attempted to charge me a fortune. Got a second opinion from two other dentists. Both said that it wasnt necessary.

Staff have to do so much. Receptionists are undervalued. They are the champions of the centre. I find if I book an appointment then wait time is much better than if I just walked in.

This place is always busy so its understandable about the times. Every time I go its flooded with people waiting. But the patient care for me is always good and the pharmacist is very helpful and efficient given the amount of people coming through. They need a tv to maybe ease the long waits.

Please avoid this clinic if you are in a situation to do so. They are absolutely terrible service. I came last Saturday and was told a 2 hour wait. So I booked 1 week in advance. Then they change my appointment via text . So I rock up and then get told an hour wait. Even with a weeks in advance. So I asked for a copy of my blood test . And reception couldnt even do that. She said she wasnt allowed. So I asked to see another doctor and was told there are no doctors. I couldnt believe it. 2 receptionists and no doctors. Go to another clinic if you can. There are many other good clinics in the neighbourhood than this one.

Two and a half hour wait after I was told on the phone 30-40 minutes. Doctor made insensitive comments that were not relevant to my presenting issue. Then abruptly told to just go to emergency department. Very unsupportive. Will never return.

What a terrible place to go to. I booked an online appointment and then had to wait 1 hr before doctor was ready to see me. Asked to get my medical records transferred to a new medical centre and months down the tract still not done but to internal incompetance. Do your self a favour....look else where

I can understand why it is so busy because it is the largest bulk billing centre in the area, and basically all the clients a walk-ins who expect to be seen immediately, but even with an appointment wait times are upwards of 30 mins, my medical history transfer has taken over two months, and they never pick up their phone

I have dealt with some really poor companies over the years and also some pretty good ones,but narregate medical is the most inefficient I have ever encountered,when you ring expect to wait at least 20 minutes to get through,and when you do nobody at reception knows what they are doing,some of the drs are ok

I called once to confirm my Dr was going to contact me ans they said he was just running late... 3 hours after my appointment.Just tried to call again and you guys are closed. Ive been a patient of Dr Gassieps for over 10 years now and would highly recommend him and Dr Tom Shashian, who both LITERALLY saved my life, and I dont say this flippantly. If you are looking for a doctor that cares and truly takes the time to look after you like it used to be/should be then, in my experience, these are the doctors to request. Yes, the waits can be long but its worth it to see a truly good doctor. The Pharmacist, T, is a lovely lady with a heart of gold who I actually enjoy talking to. Thank you Narre Gate for always accommodating not only myself but also my entire family.

It has been a very long wait, waiting on our turn, no one from reception or doctors would pay any attention no matter how bad your satiuation is, would recommend to have your own GP rather than visiting this center... Was given 30 min waiting time and took almost 2.5hrs Very poor service,Two doctors only on duty in whole medical center.Only one nurse in treatment room and she is on break for the next 30 min.I am not really sure if we do have governmental QA, QC who are actually assessing these sites.

My partner hurt his foot we waited an hour and half with him being in pain I asked for a ice pack there were none and they said they dont give them out because of corona virus. They also had no cruches. We got told to book in for an xray for Saturday so we did they ended up not being open on the weekends so we had to go somewhere else to get the xray not a good clinic to go to im angry how they treat people.

I have struggled my whole life to find a doctor clinic that has doctors that care, as well as provide a holistic approach to an individuals health and Narre gate have been amazing! Doctor Debbie cares beyond measure and will go above and beyond to personally get to know her patients! Couldnt be more grateful for a doctor like Debbie! Thank you to all the team!

Receptionist is very much rude to people. I have seen in my eyes how she spoke to a Asian mom with her kid being late. People can make mistake but should not talk like so. I think management should aware of these issues and should provide necessary coaching for their staff.. hope the experience will improved in near future..

Finally I found a good doctor but he work in a very worries placeEvery other day the phone line is not working and luckily if work but the reception they put on hold for a long time or even dont answer. When we went to see our GP the receptionist really work unprofessionally.

During the Stage 4 coronavirus restrictions, as a new mum I do not go out at all until today I needed to take my 9 months old son to see the doctor as he has developed heavy rashes all over his body, chin and neck area, I was really concerned. We registered him as a patient and was advised to wait in the car (2 persons in front of us), and Dr Cheung will call my mobile when it is my queue. After waiting for 45 minutes we havent heard from the doctor, hence we called the clinic to check the progress. We were surprisingly advised by the reception that the doctor HAS LEFT for the day while we never received his call! My phone had full reception and I literally just sit and starred at it as you could understand my worry. Seriously, no one from the clinic has contacted me. The doctor left in the note that No answers. I really doubted this.This experience is absolutely disappointing and I found this unprofessional. We will never go back to this clinic again.

My family and I have been seeing Dr M Gupta for the past 5 years for dental check up and clean. She has been very good and gentle with my kids. She is always very kind, friendly and dental visit has always been easy for my and family. Highly recomended dentist if you have young child who doesnt like going to the dentist. Always happy to answer all questions you have about your teeth and how to look after them.

Horrible experience. Dr Gupta is extremely rude and lacks any form of comprehending when a patient is uncomfortable. He put me in a very awkward position and when I made it clear I wasn’t comfortable showing him something a certain way I was directed to stop talking and just do it. We have also all been informed we cannot see any doctors unless wearing a mask during this pandemic (which is completley reasonable) and Dr Gupta wasn’t even wearing his mask over his nose in the correct way. He only had his mouth covered. Which completley defeats the purpose.I was disgusted at this encounter with him and will never be going back purely because of the way he choose to demean his patient and disregard how I was feeling completley. He is a bully.

Its a very busy clinic, so wait times arent great, but the GP I see, DR Gessiup is fantastic, very encouraging and positive everytime I see him.

Would give this joint 0 stars if I was able ! This clinics doctors try to turn straightforward medical issues into something else to enable the clinics owners to make more money ! Id rather have no treatment than use this clinic ! A certain doctor bullies patients to take dangerously addictive drugs that have nothing to do with their actual diagnosed condition ! This clinic is responsible for placing many local junkies on the disability pension from around 2005 when it opened up to a few years ago when the federal system of assessment changed to government contracted sonic health ! Isnt it funny how junkies are too sick to work ? But are fit enough to walk , run , drive, to the local dealer to score ! Doctors at this clinic need lessons in manners and to treat people with respect (even if they dislike a patient )

This morning when I was about to leave the clinic I came down the stairs to hear a woman screaming for help in the reception. There was a man who began convulsing and even after calling for help no one did a thing. The ladies at the reception neglected the medical needs of a man (which they have a duty of care) without batting an eye just continued to do what they were doing, one on the phone the other talking to a patient so it was difficult to get their attention. Luckily a Doctor came out to call in his next patient but I informed him that this man needed help. He then proceeded to help the man (good on him!) and hope hes okay. There were small children in the reception just watching and I can only imagine theyre traumatized. So the ladies working in reception on 11.03.20 at 9:45am (rough time) Great job at ignoring someone who could have been having a stroke or epilepsy attack. At least get a doctor if you dont know fist aid.

Its a pure bulk billing clinic that just handles walk ins. The doctors tend to be quite good/excellent but sometimes you might get a dud. Highly recommend

Everyone should remember that this is a public doctors not private, and if it seems someone comes in, and goes before you, like I do I find if I have a long wait to see my doctor I come in and have my name put down, then go and sit in my car, then come back in. These doctors are great some you may not like but you do not to see that doctor again, it is your choice. So please dont complain, if you dont like them go somewhere else.

I have always found the receptionists to be very helpful... and yes, you have to wait.. .but I dont know anywhere else you can find everything bulk billed. I see Dr Verma and I think he is great. He is kind and patient and is interested in who you are.. not just what is wrong with you. Minus one star because I wish their chairs were more comfortable! :)

Dr. Dipankar Chakraborty I seen him once and will never see him again. He was rude and dominating. He didnt wanna listen to my health problem, and kept picking on me. Just dont see him. He is A..hole. Poor Customer service by most staff members (seems like they have attitude) and have to wait too long. Usually 1.5 hours for walk in and EVEN for booked appointment.So whats the point of booking appointment when still have to wait upto 2 hours. So many doctors still very poor time Management.Now it does not mean doctors should try to rush the patients to fix the issue.

Ive been very happy with most of the doctors at this place, even though a couple of them were very unprofessional over the years.One doctor years ago asked my husband if he went to church when he was trying to open up about his mental health and depression, after answering no to the question the doctor refused to help him. Probably should have put in a formal complaint but it took us by complete surprise and left us flabbergasted. Much later my husband did get the mental health help that he needed from another, more professional doctor.Aside from that and other bad experiences, once we found who the amazing doctors are we stuck with them. However since the place has become super busy lately with a very long wait time and one of our favourite doctors moving elsewhere, we followed suit and attend the clinic he works at that is far less busy and very short wait time.

This medical clinic is extremely unprofessional. The receptionist was ridiculously rude and spoke downgradingly. The experience made me highly uncomfortable and and made me want to never come here again. If that wasn’t enough, the ladies at the reception of the pharmacy were even worse. There were two of them who were busy chatting amongst each other even though one of them saw me standing at the register ready to pay for my prescriptions. She saw me and yet she chose to ignore it and took a seat to avoid serving us. After being told to serve us by the lovely pharmacist, one of the ladies, who was named Tracey, came to serve us but no apology or remorse was evident. And while serving us, she still continued chatting with her friend. Overall experience was shocking and embarrassing on their behalf. Would not recommend.

Front desk nice helpful Aboriginal lady.They need to get rid of those dangerous Australian native trees in all the car parking area, one day someone is going to seriously injured or potentially killed. Please remove them and plant safer size trees.Aug 2021 Radiology deptmt has improved a lot, nice mature age staff that are courteous.

I needed to see a doctor on Monday evening feeling really unwell waited for about one hour then had a consultation with Dr Harim Gassiep.He was using a varidesk so stood and talked down to me literally.I explained my symptoms and discussed my concerns and informed him that I was a healthcare worker and didnt want to spread an infection as part of my duty of care.He told me I was not a danger to anyone.Disinterested,condescending and extremely devaluing.90% of the time he was looking at a monitor.Disappointed with care factor.

Our family doctor is Dr. Chueng and has been for the last 12 years and now we travel 80 plus Kms to see him. We will not see other doctors if we have the choice as we too have had some bad experiences. This 5 star rating is for Dr. Chueng. Well done and keep up the excellent work. One thing that is annoying, it is supposed to be a clinic where your records are stored on the system computers, so why is it that some of the doctors will not refill a prescription that my doctor has already prescribed, without saying that I am not their doctor. Why do these doctors get paid for non service.

This is such a terrible medical centre. If they even try to send you upstairs to see a nurse dont bother. Youll be waiting a long time with no communication regardless of severity of presenting problem. (I had chest pains in my experience and the nurses werent even aware). Swift immediate care is a joke. The nurses appear to be stressed out and unhappy. They arent allowed to see patients until a doctor has seen the patient first due to company policy however the doctors just dont come. Today i witnessed a poor mother trying to make a complaint to the practice manager who just gave her the most awful looks and responses it was so rude and unprofessional which just reflects the attitude of the practice as a whole.

Just visited with my 6yo son who cut his eye after a fall. After walking in and seeing a lot of people waiting I thought wed be waiting for ages but we were sent up stairs to the new treatment room where after a short wait we were greeted by friendly nurses and a great doctor who cleaned the cut which needed glue, we were in and out in 30mins. My son usually freaks out and cries a lot in these circumstances, he was so calm with this nurse and doctor! What a fantastic new concept and as a mother of 3 accident prone boys & hubby, Im sure we will meet again! Thankyou for the awesome service!

Ive been going to this clinic for about 10 years, I see Dr Lake, shes awesome takes her times and is very thorough. Yes you can wait a while but its bulk billed and shes worth the wait. Cannot recommend her any more highly

This is a hit or miss centre. Some doctors are good, and some are downright terrible. The reason for such a poor review is that these people have NO understanding of patient confidentiality, and are probably happy to let everyone know your medical details! I am very disappointed in the level of professionalism shown by both the receptionist and pharmacy staff. Youre better off going elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. But Very very short staffed. Specially if you walk in on a SUNDAY...you will be sitting there at least one hour minimum. I suggest the management to consider increasing the number of staff, at least on regular busy hours.Also I thank them for opening on Sunday.

PLEASE do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY FROM THE PHARMACY at NarreGate. I pay for my genetic medication $13 at other pharmacies, this place charged me $18 today. Another time I was there, the older lady behind register was sooo rude. Young lady today was lovely but $5 difference? NEVER going back.

Worst place to go , went to see the doc for our one year old baby , he spilt hot drink on his body , was sent upstairs in nursing station by the receptionist and told to wait for the doc , left after one hour without seeing the doc because baby’s skin started getting irritation and turned red !!

I absolutely love the dental clinic here! The hijabi receptionist was so helpful - felt like I was in a five-star hotel. Honestly, I have been so many dental clinics and I have never gotten this service. To me how the reception treats you is so important, and here I felt so welcomed.

So there is two other people here yet iv been sitting here for 40 mins (basically the same amount of time as when its really busy). How and why? Because they dont care when its quiet, the doctors are lazy, the receptionist is lazy and its beyond a joke. Dont bother coming here, your better off going to Dandenong super clinic. More people in front of you but the doctors dont sit there taking their time so you will be seen quicker.

Long time client of this medical Centre the new changes are disgraceful. came to the doctors this morning my son needed an urgent x-ray after being assaulted and he has rib problems. Wouldn’t have gone but police requested it done, now it’s too late to have it done because x-ray closes at 1 o’clock and there are still many people waiting in front they have two doctors on those doctors should take no more than eight patients in an hour and you walk in and they nearly 50 patients waiting how disgusting pick your game up Narregate Medical Centre back to the old ways it was much better. It’s for the reception staff when all they can say is UUUUMMMM I don’t know. that is no way For a medical receptionist to answer patients obviously she is very very very green and may not be capable of working in such a busy medical Centre on her own.I could get this medical centre a no star rating I would.Gone of the days of having a great service at this medical centre

Extremely disappointed with the service provided. I saw Dr. Anna this afternoon and was made to feel a sense of shame and embarrassment when discussing my personal health issues. She questioned why I was here and what I was here for in a judgmental manner, nobody seeking help should be made to feel this way.

Not a long wait despite high number of patients.Very good doctors.Highly recommended

Wait times are always too long. Usually over an hour. Stopped past after work to see first available doctor 24.05.2018 it was the usual crowd. Wait time 2hours and 26mins. 6.48pm-9.14pm for a 5 minute referral consultation.It is luck if you get a good or bad doctor.

So tonight went to the doctors to get a prescription for my son. It is a medication normally prescribed by a specialist but as that appointment has been cancelled and on a waiting list had to see a GP......Now the medication was prescribed by this clinic one month ago no problems. Tried again tonight only to be told he couldn’t do it. He also stated that if I got it from here a month ago then it was written illegally....So this is what’s happening....Either tonight’s doctor was just purely lazy and couldn’t be bothered which is an issue or there are doctors writing scripts illegally. So there is the dilemma.So phone calls will be made to report two things.....the failure of duty of care and the illegal script writing (apparently)This practice is an absolute disgrace except for Dr. Gassiep (that man is awesome). Others are rude, arrogant pigs who have no people skills whatsoever and they call themselves practitioners of patient care....what a joke !!!

I f i could score a zero I would.This medical center has go down hill since new owners.The receptionists are rude, not helpful.The online booking appointment is a waste of time .I will not be going back and going to have all my records moved to a new clinic.very poor service.

I am disgusted with the professionalism and all around ethical concerns acquired by your Doctors and staff.Today I came in and saw a male doctor. During my visit, I brought up an area of concern that I wanted to have dealt with. He laughed IN MY FACE and did not say anything else, I questioned what was funny and to which I was told nobody would do my request and that it was practically irrelevant. I pushed the matter further to which I finally was able to get a referral after being cut off many times and spoken to quite rudely.I was made to feel like my concerns were not taken seriously and that it was an inconvenience. I felt uncomfortable, anxious and disgusted by his behaviour and lack of professionalism and ethical standards.If this is a continuous occurrence I recommend he needs further training in ethical and appropriate human communication. At the least he needs it brought to his attention. Because I felt very uncomfortable and I would hate for anyone else to be put in that situation. People are meant to feel comfortable and listened to at the doctors as they are there to address their issues, not to feel like an inconvenience and be told their issues are wrong or “not upto standard”This is not the only issue that has occurred at your facility. I have had family who WERE seeing a female doctor and they were continuously spoken to like an inconvenience, rudely and had multiple patients information disclosed to them, this is a violation of confidentiality. Not only did she disclose it to my family but this doctor loudly speaks about patients, makes many feel uncomfortable and on many occasions she complained about her patients and that it was “tiring, waste of time, not her problem, that they should suck it up or that the matter was laughable”. She has also stated that she is tired of sick people If this is also her continuous attitude she also needs further training in ethical and human communication. Or maybe she needs a new job where she doesnt have to deal with peoples problems or sick people if it is such an inconvenience.I have also had another family member who came to your facility and was told that by a male doctor that he “would not deal with her problem as it was now his home time and he was not going to deal with her issue in his time, so she then had to go back out and see another doctor. If that was such a problem then he should not have taken another patient in.She was also told by a male doctor that he would remove her implanon even though he stated he “was not qualified to do so”.Your clinic have a very bad reputation and my family only use it for minor problems that we know your uneducated gp’s can handle. For anything major we would definitely go somewhere more professional or with better bedside manner.As you can read there has been many instances and your staff lack bedside manner, empathy, respectful and ethical communication.I would be more than happy to hear back from you as soon as possible as my experience was disgusting and should not go unnoticed.If needed I will push the matter further or bring it to someone highers attention.IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GOING HERE DONT! GO SOMEWHERE PROFESSIONAL, THAT WILL TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY AND CAN ACTUALLU ADRESS YOUR ISSUES!!

Receptionists were very polite as was the Doctor. I havent been to the doctor in years, but needed to just for a general checkup. Overall, very happy with the service.

Walked straight in with about 15-20 min wait, no more than at other doctors even when you have an appointment. Chemist, dentist and Physio all on site. Bulk billed everything including blood tests and scans and they are all on site too. Too easy!

Been going to the medical centre for few years now. Best doctors at the facility. The wait time can be longer at times when they very busy. But you can book appointments which reduces the wait time significantly. Personally I could recommend Dr.Shoaib Munawar and Dr.Fazel. For Dr.Munawar you must book an appointment and Dr.Fazel takes walk ins as well.

My family has been seeing Dr.Gassiep for almost 30 years. If this kind gentle man ever retires, we will be devastated.He never rushes you out and always shows great respect..compassion..and has amazing medical qualities. What a wonderful human being...we love you Dr.G...xxx

What a great dental clinic from the receptionist all the way to the dentist. Seen Dr Anusha Gopathy, very caring and understanding. I am not a fan of going to the dentist like most people I guess, but I felt she took the time to understand my fear and talked me through the procedure.

Worse wait times. Made the mistake of taking my 4 year old to the toilet after waiting 45mins. While we were in the toilet his name was called. We were then put on the bottom of the waitlist and waited another 35mins. Spent 30 seconds with the doctor, didn’t even bother checking my son’s temperature before printing a piece of paper and sending us upstairs for immunisations. Avoid.

Some of the doctors are great, others not so great. The next available list means that you will see people who come in after you will be seen before you. What a flawed system. Wont be coming back to this clinic.

Dentist, Dr Manju Gupta is brilliant with my EXTREMELY anxious teenager, she is gentle, patient and caring.

Is give my top rating to Doctor Abby Verma. He is big man, kind and gentle man. He is save my life

The Pharmacy here is very unprofessional. If youre after a flu vaccine for a child, forget it. Aswell as being out of stock, they will falsely tell you that its out of stock everywhere and you cant get it anywhere in Melbourne (not true). Kept our script and told us they would ring when it was in stock. One month later, no contact, meanwhile everyone else was getting their kids vaccinated. Rang up, they claimed they didnt know about our script, upon pressing them further they admitted they had our script but said my phone number was unreadable (they had written it). Again promised theyd call within the week with an update, but they never did. Ended up just getting the vaccine at another medical centre. All in all they wasted a month of our time, and risked our child as she ended up getting her flu shot well into flu season. I dont understand how someone can mislead you on purpose to not lose a few bucks.

Very poor services ,rude lazy staff especially the tatooed Nurse the manager !waiting here is many hours!
