E is a fabulous doctor, he is not only a very knowledgeable and professional doctor he is also a very empathetic person who genuinely goes above and beyond for his patients, he does not treat his patients like a number like many doctors do, he treats his patients like an individual.Dr Kay. E on top of being a good doctor, he is also an amazing person, he is very considerate, empathetic, spiritual connected and more often then not takes a holistic approach for every different individuals needs.Their is also a counsellor which Dr Kay. If you wanna wait an hour to see a doctor then this is the best place for you

Partner booked two telehealth appointments, both of which the GPs failed to call back. We ended up having to go there 7 hours later, as we didnt have a car that Day.

What had happened to this place. Used to be quiet organised. Even with a booking 2 hours 😡 . Can you explain why ?. Happy to discuss.

Idk whats up with the bad reviews I started coming down around 9pm, 0 wait time and the doctors are awesome and actually listen and help instead of gaslighting as has been my experience every where else

I had a Telehealth appointment and after hour no one had called, when I called to see what happened I was told the doctor wasnt taking anymore patients and no one else was available. This is not the first time something like this has happened.

Currently waiting on hold for someone to answer the phone..just gone 40 mins on hold...completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Worst doctors office their always 20-30mins late booked an online appointment that was confirmed and everything only to find out it wasnt in their system then proceeded to offer a time between 10-11 no specific time just a time around 10-11.wouldnt recommend just an over all pathetic excuse for a medical center. If I could give this place a minus 5 stars i would! Doctor told me he was not going to check my skin as im too young to get skin cancer (at the time I was 25) and most recently been mucked around to no end to get mine and my partners medical history transferred to a new doctors practice! this place infuriates me and I will never be going back there again!

This place is broken , the workers dont care,make u wait for 3 hours just to see doctor

Been to NarreGate Medical centre twice in a week both times have been locked out. Door locked at ramp access for wheelchairs.Knocking on door for access, staff telling me to use stairs. I keep knocking on door for access until staff member stormed over to open and then sees wheelchair allows me in. Then told off by staff because temp not taken and cant processed to ultrasound on 1st floor, there is no one at ramp to take temp. After ultrasound go down to see receptionist to organise a tele appoint with Dr, so we dont have to come out a third time, receptionist not interested why I need to telephone Dr for results, we dont do tele appoint end of story NO help what so ever. Son born with rare disease with no immune system we have been in lockdown since mid january just trying to keep him safe and alive.
