The only reason for this is that a second dimension of perception or experience has opened up. Two eyes can see only material things. If I put my hand on them, they will not be able to see beyond that. This is their limit. If the third eye opens, it means that a second dimension of perception opens up which one can see inward. With this realization, you can see life in a completely different way. After this, the things that can be experienced in the world can be experienced. The most important thing for the development of your perception is - your energy has to grow and your level has to be elevated. The whole process of yoga is to develop and improve your energy in such a way that your perception increases and the third eye opens. The third eye is the eye of vision. Both physical eyes are just your senses. They fill many kinds of unnecessary things in the mind because what you see is not true. You see this or that person and guess something about him, but you cannot see Shiva inside him. You see things like this, which are necessary for your survival. Another creature sees him in another way, which is necessary for his survival. That is why we call this world Maya. Maya means that it is a kind of deception. This does not mean that existence is a fantasy.
