Not at all Satisfied. Parcel tray was bent after receiving from service. Handbrake was fully tightened to only one click. Delivery driver used wiper over dusted windshield and left with ugly rainbow wiper marks. However, staffs were very polite as if they care about us very well.The staffs are always polite in Ford service centers but quality of work not upto the satisfaction level.Service issues were always a drawback for ford in India. Either costly or unsatisfactory.Theres no doubt on how ford went in loss and had to quit its business from India.

The service center of Ford. The cleanliness is not good. The services given to the customer are good. The cars are properly maintained and well serviced when giving for servicing. It is located in kamptee. All the Ford cars can be given there. The staff is good. Good service I can say.

Edited: one person in the service center took real good care of us and the car. Such experienced people taking charge and helping out is why we love ford.

Although infrastructure is great and customer lounging and other services are great, but one does not visit this place for that as one wants better servicing which is not the highlight of this place. If you ask me they charge too much and will take forever to repair your car , for servicing of my Ford Figo 2011 model they charge me around 28k . I mean who does that ??They come around saying you need change of parts and these people are great at it and even then you are not satisfied . I am disappointed ..!!

My Ford Ecosport developed a very difficult and rare problem which really took long time to resolve. Ford Service Centre never disappoints. Staff helped me replace a faulty part on priority as i was passing Nagpur for Hyderabad and they did a fantastic job of getting the replacement done as soon.

After 2 days of keeping the vehicle to solve AC issues and some minor Dashboard issue, received the vehicle in the same condition with the issues still present.They returned the vehicle as is and billed me for change of parts.Very disappointing experience.
