The shopkeeper made a deal with me and asked me to wait for 5mins while my product is fetched. He made me wait for 2 hours by saying bhaiya bs 5 mins aur lagega and after 2 hours when I reached his shop to receive my product he said you have to buy another item along with this and then and then only he will sell it to me. This behaviour is unacceptable and very rude. I would suggest that you rather buy your products online at least you wouldnt have to deal with such nonsense.

Came recommended by my cousins so I went there... they misdiagnosed and I wasnt interested in heckling so I told them to open it up and then tell me whats wrong... they didnt solve the issue...Moreover the service is extremely slow even if they are trying to sell you something... it gets slower to practically non existent if there is any actual problem that needs real attention.

Do not get any repair work from Sunita Computer, Dhantoli Nagpur. These people steal genuine parts.I gave them my Sony Vaio Laptop repair but they stolen my genuine laptop battery.

Worst shop service .

I gave my laptop at the shop to update the software and they didnt finish the work even on the next day. They made me wait for 4 hours more. Plus.. the network speed at the shop was sluggish and they blamed me that the laptop has slow loading of antivirus and it wasnt their fault.

WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. (Dont believe on others comment ) This is a shop driven by some youngsters and do not know how to fix a simple electronic device and ask for money whatever comes in their mouth. I visited the shop several times for the same issue still not sorted out and everytime you go they will tell the different issue although your device shows the same symptoms cant stand these guys now and started searching for different shop. I advice everybody never visit this shop these youngsters are good for nothing.
