We have book appointment for windshield glass and some accidental work. The Go-Mechanic team visit our place check the car and said it will cover under insurance also the process will take 3/4 days. The reason we handover car to that person. after totally wasting 2 days go-machanic team called to inform this will not cover under insurance. It show how incompetent, unprofessional people are working with the go mechanic who waste time of there customers. Would never recommend this pathetic brand to anyone also.

I invest 50k on my car but response is very bad ...Giving false information to the customer and increasing money in every repair work they done.Charging extra for labor work and then giving discount from same labour work for customer satisfaction. For inspection purpose they dont scan car properly in middle of my journey my one car Tyre nut was released and out and I completed my journey on 3 nuts... So very poor servicing. And workers too... So please take care of your car

The guys there seemed confused and unprofessional. They just fool people and the servicing was not up to the mark. The mechanics there were not even adressed what work to do. Every time they asked me aur kya karna hai aur kya karna hai.

Had an amazingly mind blowing experience here. The car was shining like it was new from outside but moreover when I got inside all I experienced was a completely fresh cabin with hygienic pleasing atmosphere. Great service. Recommended to all.
