Pathetic service of installation. Bought an expensive washing machine, the sales rep was good. Their delivery service and installation lacks coordination and pass on responsibility to others. I wish I had purchased from somewhere else. Even after endless calls, the machine isnt installed yet.

You can choose your gadget from a wide range of variety, the advantage is you can feel the gadget before buying , which is not possible in online shopping, moreover the rates are very competitive. Staff is well trained and polite.

Worst management. Worst parking. Had to wait for half n hour to get my car removed. Called 10 times no response.

Bought a tablet online which was supposed to be delivered within 3 hours.. Nothing delivered and credit card was charged as well.. Dharamepth centre people contact for delivery as well but didnt deliver quoting technical issues which they couldnt resolve.. The gift I intended to deliver n what ibsaw was bad customer service.

Bad experience!I got a juicer, mixer, grinder from them. When I visited the store, one lady came to explain the product specifications and she did not know about single feature of it then someone else came and said this lady is not from this department and simply wasted our time.Also, the other one who demonstrated the product could not explain things properly- she was also bored of demonstrating the usage.I opened the juicer, mixer, grinder today for the first time and it is not working.Apart from this, I also got headphones, pendrive and mouse and they were ready to give a demo of the headphone only after buying it and after paying the bill so even if we do not like the product later, we are bound to take it home.After telling 10 times, they put a stamp on the warranty cards and that is also without the date of purchase and incomplete details of purchase.It is such a big store and they did not have QR Code card for online payments.Their hospitality is worst- they do not even ask you for a glass of water.There are no chairs to sit for the customers(chairs are there only on the first floor)they do not care about their customers.Poor service and knowledge of products.I had also thought about buying an A/C from here- Thank God I did not do that.I have never had such a bad experience in any electronic shop I have ever visited.Not Recommended to anyone.

The worst i have ever seen.Even after payment of money..We couldnt get the goods even after 3 days.Shopkeeper telling some stories...If you want any good to be delivered.. Please dont go to reliance digital...Go to a roadside shop....

One of the worst seller ever. Bought an AC on 26 March and paid full amount (even for installation and stand) . Was promised that installation will be done before or on 28 March. Its 31 March now but still no update. Everyday we get a call saying technician will come today but nothing after that. Have not seen so unprofessional behaviour in my life.If given a choice I would have taken the refund and threw the AC in front of the store .

Overall a nice store with courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff.What I noticed was that most stuff available online on the Reliance Digital website is not seen, available or even known to the staff at the store.I wanted to check about a particular washing machine seen on website but it was not available in this store.Overall a good store with nice deals.

Cannot rate better than this as I did not get chance to visit the store. I have been calling all the reliance outlets for 3 days now and they are not receiving calls. All I hear is Namashkar, corona virus se bachne k liye and blah blah blah..caller tune. Either their cell phone numbers are switched off or hear the corona caller tune. @RelianceDigital - Have the curtsey to lift the customer calls so that you avoid unnecessary crowd accumulation. People might want to enquire via phone istead pf visiting and that will help these people anyway.
