They dont know how to treat a customer very arrogant staff, no no its not a staff actually only two people are there for service which they called a service staff lol . In which one is lady who is very arrogant in behaviour she doesnt know how to talk with customer whenever you go there and demand for any hp laptop they day that this laptop is not available and they force you to buy laptop that they have only that are worst of them outdated pieces . I request to other people who are willing to buy hp laptop please dont go there otherwise you will be disappointed as i am ,visit other stores in the same area that provides good customer service and full satisfactory information about the product and they sell laptops expensive for about 2-3 thousands than the actual price of the product it was my worst decision that i go to that store .

The lady manager of the store is helpful. The other staff didnt seem too knowledgeable. The price of the printer was at par with the online sellers on Amazon and Flipkart.

I would give 0 stars if possible!I gave my laptop for repair and he took out an IC and said it is non repairable!!I have a doubt that they took my internal original battery!!!!

Useless product and useless service. I took HP printer. It has been 2 months gone. I have been trying to talk to customer troubleshooting for 4 days, there is no answer. I am very sorry for having taken the product of this company.
