Not even worthy of ONE STARWorst experience of my life uptil nw.(THE HARSH WORDS OF D WAITER N MANAGER (who was jst a spectator) ARE STATED AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS REVIEW)(My such long review cn vividly state hw badly ME N MY MUMMA had been treated... at this place.. but plz b patient n read my entire review)M a regular customers from 20yrs... N today the behaviour of the waiter was so impudent and d manager was also v.opiniative.. We ordered 2 PIECES dahi samosas as were v.fond of it of this place..FIRSTLYNo imli chuney in dahi samosa can u evn image this dish without that... He jst served a 1rupee pouch of tomato ketchup n dat too jst kept in the plate.. n least bothered to evn serve in the plate.(Also No corriander and sev)SECONDLYHe served it totally cold.. i understand dahi is meant to b cold in dahi samosa... But the samosas were so cold as if not at al fresh.. at least it should be lukewarm. N wen said this he argued n said dahi fatt jayega itna garam garam samosa dalenge toh... Khaye nai kya dahi samosa phele .. kaisa ata pta nai kya (HE WAS FRUSTRATED AS WE HD ALREADY ASKED HIM TO SERVE IMLI CHUTNEY N HE HD SAID AISE HE ATA YAHA.. but they used to serve wid imli chutney wich was v.v.mouth watering) he kept on arguing ... Still we said politely arey bhaiya kunkuna toh b hona tha samosa n cut it out the topic..THIRDLYAs per my knowledge at this place , if u order 2 piece dahi samosa it means 1 piece in single plate... He served us two in one plate... That is 4 samosas instead of 2.. in two dishes... n wen complained to the manager he said mam 2 piece apne bola na toh single nai dete ... Really pathetic... Atlest wen the customer is ordering u wud hv informed that ....ALL OF A SUDDEN U HV UPDATED UR SERVING POLICIES... COZ AS I HD STATAED M REGULAR CUSTOMER HERE... SO HERE EVEN IF U ORDERED 1PLATE.( which has already happened wid me) EARLIER IF U ORDER 1 PLATE DEY LL SERVE SINGLE PEICE SAYING MAM 1 PLATE MEI DAHI SAMOSE MEI SINGLE HE ATA YAHA PE... n dats v.well knwn that agr customer ek samosa maang rha n ur serving two.. without their knowledge... N once its served to them its ur profit only coz customer will obviously hvTo pay for 2 samosas instead of one...(So so WRONG TO EARN FROM CUSTOMER by cheating them)AND WEN WE TLD THE MANGER ABT THE SAME ... BEFORE D MANGER CUD EVEN SPEAK ANYTHING IN FRONT OF MANAGER ONLY WAITER SAID.. utalo inki plate aur jo parcel b order kiye the vo b cancel kr de( we had ordered for parcel too) n manager was jst merely standing without uttering a single word .May be we were ladies n he was v.much aware that generally ladies simply walk out without arguing... N yes we exactly did the same... we jst said bhaiya bhut purane customer the hum apke yaha kV.unhappy wid manager ... Lack of hospitality... Never gonna return at this worst place again...NOTE TO MANAGERIts the Age of the Customer and it’s up to u to train your waiter staff and greeters to provide customer service that goes above and beyond so the success of your business depends on that.. Really lumped in with poor service by your waiter staff..

This is the best place to eat after your exhausting shopping, i am visiting here since i was a kid , the aouth indian menu is tastiest, and thali is tasty too service is good and waiter are verry nice to the customer

When Roaming around sitabuldi street market with spouse,being feeling hungry ,was searching for decent restaurent ,thats when i saw brindawan restaurent .considering location n rush i though it will be ok..a moment where huge mistake were made,as new to restaurent i preferred to order tested dish so i gone for Butter Masala Dosa,Mind it,it was one of worse dosa i ever had,was partially burnt,Masala have to taste so as chutni n sambhar,was unable to wrap it off.Still feeling hungry but wasnt able to dare to order another thing .Interior of restaurant was also just just ok,wash area was unhygienic .Spl remark : Got good bash from spouse to taste her one of worst dosa ever .Verdict :Not recommend .

Last tine I visited this place it was like nostalgic. Now it seems chef has been replaced. No that taste any more. Sambhar and Chutneys are still the same. Overall Ok place.

Sorry, guyz !!!Very poor service - no one seems to know what is happening - even the person at the cash counter !!The menu is priced on the higher side for the portion, poor taste and quality of the food, which is being servedCheck this place out at your own risk - it is better to skip this place, unless you are extremely hungry and are desperate to have something at once - It is my educated guess that this place has seen better days and has been earlier under a better management, too 👎

Gone back after a gap of almost 40 years with good old college memories of good, clean and tasty south Indian snacks. Specially ordered the same my favorite dish, i.e. Pakodas.. Believe me, it was the same old great taste.. Ended with strong filter coffee.. It was nostalgic moment. Only change saw was the it was not crowded like that time, when generally used to be waiting que. It may be due to change in the geographical city development beyond sitabuildi and development of all the suburban areas..
