The hotel is very close to the airport. I stayed there for a night. While booking asked for airport pick up, which they missed. The person in reception was apologetic and upgraded my room. Everything was fine in the room. The hotel interior is also nice. Staff were very courteseous and prompt. Food quality was really good and quite affordable. May be they are struggling with staff in this pandemic-induced situation, I did not find any bell boy to take care of luggage while entering or leaving the hotel. This is a small aberration and request Management to look into this aspect.

The rooms are decent in size but there are far too many issues with the maintenance of the property. The wooden interiors are chipped at a lot of places with no repair whatsoever. The sanitary fittings are either leaking or would just detach off the handle. There are gaps in the bathroom door and the towel rack damaged. We were given a room with a balcony and realised that the balcony had empty beer bottles from the previous occupants. No one bothered to clean them up. The door would not open with the room key after you stepped outside and then you had to call someone from housekeeping with a master key for help. The only saving grace is that food was very tasty. The only place someone should go to this place is maybe for a bite.

I have come here at 7 pm on Sunday with my family to get fast service & good food. unfortunately, I am still sitting here at 9.30 pm and waiting for my food to come.Starters were very verydisappointing today.I dont know whats going wrong with this good restaurant..!

Its one out those luxury hotels which are nice but they are not extraordinary, though they can be. Hospitality and living experience is still unparalleled, at least in nagpur, but the rooms can do with a bit of renovation and some up to date amenities.

I stayed at this hotel when travelling to amd fro from chennai to bhopal for night halts . Valet parking available, hot water available throughout the day. Rooms were clean and services are prompt. Enjoyed my stay each time. Recommended for stay if one plans to visit nagpur with family. Budget hotel with good experience.

Very poor and bad taste, waste of money.Staff over there are not courteous and dont have sense. Worst experience I had.I can say food taste was worst, worst , worst and worst.Stater, main course all are worst. Also they use rotten vegetables to cook. Dont trust this hotel.

Hospitality is good.Wifi very poor.Construction quality not up to the mark.I stayed in Room 103. Washroom has a reverse slope. Instead of draining out ,water gets accumulated in bathroom.

Hotel rooms were good and clean. Location is primary and very close to airport.However they need to improve on service as it is very slow and needs to be followed up. Also rooms needed to be upgraded. I stayed for a night in August 21 and the corridor was stinking with smoke.Pls. improve

Basically we reached hotel at 11.30pm with our friends including girl and Mr.Ajay (manager) was so rude and disgusting he just refused us to stay over there as we were booking it online.He just said I will not give you the room its my rule I will give room to someone else just get out from here and he leaved by saying just dont let them stay in hotel.Its my request dont book this hotel if you respect your gf/sister/cousin.The manager was so informal and useless.Please take action against Ajay(manager)People just travel distance thinking they will stay peacefully in hotel but manager like him just spoils everything.

Very well maintained hotel, nice food , reasonable rates

Parking is not in hotel campus. Also they will take your vehicle around half a km away from hotel in a common open area. There is no security guard available in that place.If you are planning to saty here, must look for other options. Windows in the room could not be locked as the lock was not working. Room can be easily accessible from terrace and anyone can enter from terrace.

WARNING!!Do not book their banquet hall. They do multiple bookings on the same date for the same hall. I had booked for a family function a month in advance. I had paid the advance amount and also had the receipt. A few days later when I went to confirm the menu for the function, they said they dont have any booking by my name. And when I showed them the receipt they told that they have booked the hall for someone else couple of days after I had booked. I had to book other hotel 10 days before the function for double the price. They didnt even give us the compensation. We ended up paying extra with absolutely no fault of ours.Book halls somewhere else, would never recommend to anyone. They are scammers.

If anybody is aware of standards of Hotel Center Point at Sitabuldi Nagpur, he will visit this Hotel Airport Center Point keeping same expectations, it is not even comparable.My experience was bad. Coffee maker was not working, taps werent getting closed, bathroom door was damaged.So comparably, food is so much expensive. Staff is not professional, but that is attitude of Nagpur, you cant change it.I am disappointed by visit to this place.
