Nice experience with Big basket . Friendly & helpful employees

It is not a good online method to buy fruits, all they provide substandard fruits. Even some of the ordered items they never supply and keep the money spent for non-supplied item for next transaction. To make the people to go for bigbasket only.

Very poor quality Fresho poultry meat, never try them and most times they take order and do not deliver and parks the return money in wallet.

Giving only one star as 0 star is available as they cancelled order after assuring to deliver essential groceries 2 days ago. Based on their assurance we did not buy essential groceries from outside to follow Lock down norms and had to go almost without food for a whole day. Very bad service. Should at least have the courtesy to be honest. Even worse is that I paid for the order using my credit card and the refund was given in BB credit points which I can use anywhere expect Big Basket. Now my money is locked with these guys. Day Light Robbery? Think about it before you place your order.

Rotten chicken.Rotten oranges.Spoilt biscuits.Cancelling orders on their own.Placing orders on their own.Calling 100 times to locate address.Failure to give replacement. And much more horrible services. Check out photo of rotten chicken.

I ordered some items and it took nearly 1 week to supply.At the time of placing the order,they agreed to receive payment by debit card.But at the time of delivery,they refuse to accept payment through debit card and even the cash payment.The items are not properly packed and items like banana was completely smashed.The delivery boy was not wearing the mask.Now they have agreed to send someone to collect the cash.

Getting very best quality of Mangoes and other seasonal fruits at the best prices and very good to see some rare varieties which we usually dont see at local market.. Thank you bb!!
