They could have done a better job maintaining social distancing for the covid crisis....other than that...the system is pretty quick and didnt waste much time as my documents were all present.... Beautiful office and helpful people....all you can ask from a good government office

Surprisingly the people are cooparative and helpfull when compared to government offices

They never pick up the call..Just for one signature of officer for single site certificate they too more than 2 month whenever we use to go there staffs say officer illa sign agilla type agilla etc ans and same MUDA officers said in press meet that they provide single layout within 15 days.......

MUDA should at least accommodate water facilities to Vijaynagar 4th stage 2nd phase... layout has been developed for 16000 sites but the response of respective engineers are very pathetic... even after putting up 14years in this layout we still struggling to get water... huge scarcity of water in this area.

Office has got stream lined over the years transformed with better functional place, even though it is govt office at the core essence feels ok with its operation for a common man who rarely enters in for payments of fees, bank attached and lots of open space makes it good, works on Saturdays except 2nd and 4th

Genuine service has public value

Office is good, but the common man has to enter after 3pm.

Friendly and ambient work environment and ample opportunities to help general public
